It’s a miracle on Election Day!
No incumbent President has ever increased his vote and lost the election. Indeed Obama didn’t win more votes in 2012 he lost three and a half million votes, but still won reelection in 2012. Yet somehow Trump improved his vote by 20% or 11 million votes, more than any candidate in history, but still lost. These types of claims may not launch Supreme Court cases, but they fire up the Court of Public Opinion (share them around). The highly suspicious odds practically glow with gamma rays when combined with lies that trick poll watchers to leave, and democrats that count secret suitcases of ballots hidden under the tablecloth.
Trump had the best win with minorities for a Republican since Richard Nixon in 1960. Must be a racist.
Pollster claims that Biden’s victory defied crucial ‘metrics’ that have a ‘100% accuracy rate in predicting the winner’ and says anyone who viewed the results ‘objectively’ would conclude Trump triumphed
DailyMailOnline
He told Mark Levin of Fox News that with the election results, ‘something very strange has happened because the numbers just don’t add up.’
There are a dozen or more ways to analyze an election and predict the winner, and Donald Trump was ahead in nearly all of them. So if Biden won the election, not only were some of these wrong for the first time ever, but all of them were wrong for the first time ever, and at the same time.
Take the science of elections and toss it out the window.
According to Basham, there are a ‘dozen or more’ non-polling metrics that ‘have a 100% accuracy rate in terms of predicting the winner of the presidential election.’ The metrics included ‘party registration trends, how the candidates did in their respective presidential primaries, the number of individual donations, [and] how much enthusiasm each candidate generated in the opinion polls.’
Everything suddenly went very strange in the middle of the night
More mysteries: Biden apparently won more votes than any other candidate ever in history, yet he did very poorly in most of the non-swing-key states. There was a historic increase in mail in ballots in 2020 yet somehow all the new voters filled in their ballots more accurately than ever before. There was a historically low rejection rates of mail-in ballots. In the Primaries these rejection rates were 10% or more. But in Election 2020, the rejection rates were under 1% or were even close to zero.
The interview with Mark Levin and Patrick Basham
…
From the article Basham wrote at The Spectator
Reasons why the 2020 presidential election is deeply puzzling
Trump’s vote increased so much because, according to exit polls, he performed far better with many key demographic groups. Ninety-five percent of Republicans voted for him. Catholics also supported Trump in higher numbers. He did extraordinarily well with rural male working class Whites.
He earned the highest share of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960. Trump grew his support among Black voters by 50 percent over 2016. Nationally, Joe Biden’s Black support fell well below 90 percent, the level below which Democratic presidential candidates usually lose.
Trump increased his share of the national Hispanic vote by two-thirds to more than four-in-ten.
For four years the media told the world that Donald Trump was racist and divisive, and practically in the pocket of White Supremacists — but Blacks and Hispanic Americans were not fooled.
Not that the Democrats care if black and hispanic votes are stolen. That’s “Equality”!
Where does Peter Basham get his figures from?
It is puzzling to me that Trump increased his vote by 11 million and lost.
If the voting machines had to flip a lot of votes from Trump to Biden in order to get Biden over the line, then the real increase in the Trump vote had to to be an increase of 20 million or more.
282
It is hard to reconcile if the metrics given are so. This election has so many contrivances that seek to undermine the incumbent it could hardly be called a democratic election worthy of the name. I would be very cranky about all of this.
230
It appears that the election hinged on 5 ‘swing’ states and they are the ones (all of them) with anomalies.
If a state was primarily favouring a party, more votes for that party in that state makes no difference – they would win that state anyway. This could be where the increased vote came from but it is irrelevant.
As in Aussie elections, the major effort goes into convincing people to vote (or, in the US case, rigging the votes), in the marginal seats, not in the true believers’ electorates.
120
Which is why the choice of Kamala Harris as running mate was particularly curious since the running mate is almost always from a swing state to help garner support for the ticket, yet California is always in the bag for the Democrats
70
Probably because this juvenile airhead will be popular with the teeny boppers.
80
Biden didn’t choose Harris, she chose him, or I should say the puppet masters behind the scenes chose them both.
80
Analitik didn’t say Biden made the choice.
30
Who needs to pick a running mate to increase votes anymore? Just Dominion it…
150
Wherever Peter Basham gets his figures they do not give the true picture.
The fact that both Biden and Trump received more votes than any previous contestant for the presidency ignores the facts that there are more eligible voters than ever before and voter turnout was greater than ever before.
The correct comparison is the percentage of the popular vote each man got.
Biden got 51.3% and Trump got 46.9%
Biden’s 51.3% is the second best of any Democratic presidential candidate in the last half-century, and the best of any challenger, from either party, since FDR.
On the other hand Trump’s 2016 showing ranks 11th out of 12, while his 2020 performance ranks 10th out of 12.
In comparison Hillary Clinton got 48.3% of the popular in 2016 and Obama got 51.2% in 2012.
https://tinyurl.com/y3fttoum
From these comparisons it is clear that Trump’s performance is not surprisingly good but rather is surprisingly poor.
222
Ian
Try that again, but this time with percentges of eligable voters. Percentages of total votes are questionable because there are questions about many votes, as you know.
120
Actually Ian needs to try it again with the percentage of Mail in ballots that mysteriously appeared in 5 states at about 3 am on Nov 4th breaking in most cases 90 to 98 % for Biden with 0.03 % rejection rates.
Run them suckers through, there’s a couple 100,000 vote margin for Trump the Dems needed to put behind them to get a Biden win. You can forget the rest of the numbers, because even stealing votes the normal way, it looks like the Dems needed another gear to overcome a Trump win.
110
Hey Ian,
Are you msiguided on purpose?
The election is decided by the ELECTORAL COLLEGE.
You percentages are totally meaningless.
All they likely indicate is large numbers of votes from illegal immigrants and various other ineleigible voters.
70
No Goerge I’m not ,misguided but from your comment “Are you msiguided on purpose?, the election is decided by the ELECTORAL COLLEGE. You percentages are totally meaningless.” it seems that you may be . I clearly wrote and put it in bold so it would stand out that
The correct comparison is the percentage of the popular vote each man got. Please note I wrote “populist vote” which is the votes cast and counted.
The Electoral College votes have been, until now, determined by the number of votes each candidate received . The candidate receiving the most populist votes is the candidate voted for by the electoral college
14
My apologies for the typo George!
01
Trump lost despite garnering more votes than in 2016 because more people voted in 2020.
114
Imagine the margin of Biden’s victory if Trump had polled the same numbers as 2016.
Trump
2016 46.1%
2020 46.9%
a huge difference!
213
99% of your comments are nonsense.
Imagine if you stopped trolling and wrote something worth reading.
150
Actually it is 98% so I am twice as reliable as you claim.
25
Noted — 98%
But somehow 97% is more fashionable.
00
Biden has sufficient certified college electors to be declared the next President of the United States on Jan 6th.
16
Trump lost?
NOT BY A LONG SHOT!
Obviously wishful thinking on your part.
That video of blatant fraud where poll observers are sent home and huge piles of fake Biden votes are pulled out from under a table overnight is likely the clincher for 4 more years of President Trump.
This is in addition to widespread blocking of poll observers doing their job should render the relevant votes as invalid.
Apparently there were many activists present in the tally rooms solely to hinder the poll watchers and enable tampered votes to be registered.
And how about the hundreds of sworn affidavits from witnesses to this fraud.
INDUSTRIAL SCALE FRAUD!
150
debunked by a long shot.
211
By way of context, voting patterns weren’t really that much different in 2016. The key swings against Trump were Milwaukee, Madison WI, Atlanta and Phoenix.
The best predictor for a Trump voter is lack of education.
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/12/07/upshot/trump-election-vote-shift.html?action=click&module=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage
212
So,
you’re a “Trump voter”, excellent.
60
Not quite only a little more than 100,000 in a few key counties
20
Of all the evil that the Left have done against President Trump and the United States, this electoral fraud is by far the worst and most destructive as well as being the most illegal.
604
The interesting thing is, they’ve been doing everything they can to discredit Trump and get rid of him. Which in turn has hurt people and the country as a whole.
They haven’t cared in the slightest about any of that so far. And they’ve been right too, because no matter how many crimes the Clinton’s did, or Schiff lied, or 70 million Trump supporters were ridiculed and ostracized. Nothing was done about it. They ran roughshod over anyone and everything.
Why wouldn’t they go full tilt on election fraud this time round?
471
And the GOP establishment were in on it – sadly. They do not realize what this will mean for their future.
150
What fraud?
019
GA, haven’t you been reading or understanding the posts?
Certainly Leftists would be rioting, burning and killing if it was President Trump who was alleged to have done the same things.
120
GA cant think for itself, it relies on the MSM to put thoughts into its brain
160
I find it interesting and informative that GA, Simon and I are aware that this article does not give the salient comparisons, a fact that all of us have recognised and commented upon accordingly.
That you and others cannot, or choose not to, see that it is percentages not raw numbers that provide the correct comparisons is surprising especially as this was and hopefully still is, a science based site.
17
Yes Ian, Biden got a higher percentage of fraudulent votes than Trump did. “Congrats”.
171
Jo, as yet the fraudulence or otherwise of the votes is yet to be established. The judiciary, so far, clearly has not been convinced by Trump and his campaign team that their claims of fraud have any validity.
So perhaps a little premature to state “Biden got a higher percentage of fraudulent votes than Trump did”
16
Biden said nothing and hid in his cellar for the duration, how does he win the election on that basis. Biden was losing until voting was suspended and the dubious influx took over. It’s the only thing that Biden said when he indicated HE KNEW that the system was compromised.
40
No evidence has been presented here that has not been totally shown to be false.
119
Patience is golden Gee Aye; something’s sure to turn up.
40
I’ve been hearing this for a month now. Whatever makes you feel happy.

There is no evidence that could appear, that you would not assert to be false. It’s the flip side of ‘see, that snowstorm proves that global warming is real !’

There is a growing sense that the coup is hearing climax. Watch the video.

On the numbers alone, if SCOTUS doesn’t intercede US North America will be in utter turmoil. LA and Portland riots will be shaded when the real people get their say.
360
If you can steal the presidency through blatant electoral fraud, and all of the constitutional checks and balances fail to correct the record, and stop it, then you can forget democracy in America.
America will have allowed have both a corrupt president, and an illegitimate and corrupt federal administration, to take office.
With a corrupt political ecosystem empowered to drive all opposition out. From coast to coast, city, state, legislatures and courts, institutional and corporate.
Even if the republicans hold the senate the administration will be hell bent on breaking that majority and forcing their agenda, as corrupt administrations have no want or interest in democracy.
The democrats will not stop now and will do anything legal or illegal to enable themselves, and entrench themselves in power for ever.
With the stated intention of flooding of the electorate with new citizens, stacking the supreme court, gerrymandering the senate with new states, and removing the electoral college, they know exactly how they are going to break and remake America in there own image.
Democracy in America will be as superficial and pointless as it is in Russia, with the country ruled instead by state sponsored corruption and intimidation.
380
and the same thing will happen in Australia, and UK too. Both countries already have many leaders who pose as conservatives, ready to betray their citizens.
70
Last Thursday at a Georgia Senate hearing attorneys for President Trump presented the following.
390
That’s only 101,812 votes that need to be discarded.
Thankfully that was only Georgia, I’m sure the rest of the country was “the best and most fair election in US history”.
160
“I’m sure the rest of the country was “the best and most fair election in US history”.”
Surely you mean “fare-est” – as in, most carnival like.
20
That huge underage vote count is a new twist. Were they registered? If so how? If not were they mail in votes that were not checked against registration? How did this happen? These are incredible numbers. I hope they are credible.
Curiouser and curiouser.
100
I really want to know why and how so many dead people keep voting.
They never seem to be bothered by this, but seriously! How?
100
Simple. They sent ‘mail-in ballots’ by post to households by the dozen and unasked for. Simply fill in your own and then fill in 2 of the others posted to your house in the names of your dead parents and post back. No-one checked registers or signatures or anything. Thats one of the many frauds.
100
Those dead people are just always Democrats too!
And, of course, there was so much fraud out there and it was all committed by Democrats.
Even the recounts favoured Democrats.
I wonder if this site will admit to be wrong even after Trump does?
00
Can anyone find a link to that?
60
better still a link to the evidence for that.
27
Gee Aye I still rember Andy asking you for evidence that CO2 was affecting the climate and you never ever were able to produce any !
30
I produced plenty. It is your assertion that I did not.
When I did my evidence was left undebated or disregarded with an ad hom about the source with insult laden assertions and made up physics to fob it off. I’m not in the habit of doing the same thing over and over when the person is rude, demanding and discourteous over and over.
So yes, you are right, I didn’t produce it for most of the thousand times he asked. Before he renamed himself and inhabited another blog, I had not responded to anything he wrote for 2 years – not a thing – so in that period if he had asked me, I would not have read it anyway.
04
https://insideradvantage.com/2020/12/07/how-much-evidence-is-needed-to-investigate-georgia-voter-fraud/
40
“For those who say there is no fraud, the question becomes, when is there enough evidence of potential fraud to warrant an investigation? Clearly that standard has been met, given that the Georgia vote tally is the closest of any state in the country.
It seems only when a Democrat like Stacey Abrams is losing an election is there any consensus that their needs to be a legitimate probe of an election.
Trump may or may not have won the race in Georgia. But we will never know if we do not pursue these serious allegations.
In the 1940s, the Atlanta Journal documented 48 fraudulent votes in the Talmadge Senate race – earning it journalism’s most coveted prize in the journalism – the Pulitzer Prize – for reporting voter fraud in Telfair County.
Reporter George Goodwin documented how Talmadge won a special election for governor and after initially finishing third in the race, his home county came up with 48 extra write-in votes including many dead voters. After winning the election, the state Supreme Court rejected his claim to the governorship.
Abrams made many allegations of vote fraud, most of which were based on far less evidence than what has been provided by the Trump campaign. Why is the media now applying a different standard? What is at stake in this election is not just the governor of Georgia, but the President of the United States.
Our forefathers died on battlefields to protect our right to fair and free elections. It’s time that elected officials – elected to represent the interests of the people – start asking tough questions and trigger serious investigations to get honest answers. The very essence of our Republic — and the confidence Georgians have in it — depends on it.”

In a world where 2+2 can equal 5, why is anyone surprised?
151
I totally agree. That is the point. There are no red lines, there is only chaos, when 2 + 2 does not equal 4.
The 2020 US election fraud… is a different kind of red line. Massive interference, alleged involvement of the CIA and the Canadian company, Dominion. Alleged threats to whistleblowers and hiding of evidence by the FBI. On and on.
I heard the Canadian government and Dominion senior executives met with a large team of US Milt Lawyers, Investigators, and senior officers in Toronto, Canada to discuss the US Milt’s investigation and E.O. 13848. What do you think the Dominion executives said? Nothing. They listened with scared little boy and little girl faces. The 2020 US election interference is the biggest ‘case’, most important, in US history. Military court for all non elected (CIA/FBI) government officials who are charged.
I see the fact that, that individuals and companies, with the most to lose, are suddenly almost as one waking up, as evidence of what is going to happen.
Companies and individuals who work for those companies, who are caught interfering in a US election; face company ending sanction and fines; extradition to the US to face chargers; and face individual US banking sanctions (which every bank in the world recognize. People will be required to use cash for the rest of their lives if they are convinced) due to E.O. 13848.
On 20 Sep 2018, Trump issued E.O. 13849, empowering the US Treasury and State Dept to impose sanctions on Banking, credit, assets, import, etc, including forfeiture, seizure, arrest, prosecution.

Whilst slightly off topic, here are a few excerpts of a speech given on 28 /Nov/20 by Di Dongsheng, Vice Dean of the School of International Relations, Renmin University of China.
This speech was centered around Chiná’s ambition to obtain financial dominance over the world. It also revolves around a book launch in Washington to curry favour; and if you ever wanted to laugh and vomit simultaneously, here is the perfect excuse. Little Di – as he likes to call himself – offered reasons why China could not fix Trump. Some of the reasons he gave were: “I’m going to throw out something maybe a little bit explosive here. It’s just because we have people at the top. We have our old friends who are at the top of America’s core inner circle of power & influence.”
But I love the next bit of trash thrust from this Idiot’s gob: “Who should do it? Just like today, they found out (they said to me), Di Dongsheng, you have a way with foreigners and are better at fooling them, right? Because they had seen how I fooled foreigners, and they thought it was very good, so they said, “You act as the host and guest speaker”, so it’s very similar to our event today, where I’m both the host and a guest speaker.”
This bloke is as bad as his Fuhrer. And the BLM crowd go on about Racism; well this Schmuck aint no better having a cheap shot at our Jewish Brethren.
“Open Up Our Financial Market So We Can Have the Dominance:
Can you understand it that way? I understand it the other way around. I happen to think- this could be another explosive theory-and I happen to think that opening the financial markets is precisely a sort of decoupling of the United States. We’re opening up the financial markets, and that’s exactly what decoupling is in a sense. So I ask you again, why are we given such a hard time in many places?”
I could go on and on and on but recommend you read this diatribe. All Yanks should be spitting chips over this load of horse excrement. https://www.jenniferzengblog.com/home/opening-up-financial-sector-as-goodwill-to-biden-as-we-cant-fix-trump-via-wall-street.
Finally: if China does represent 15% of World GDP then why is the RMB involved in less than 2% of currency exchanges? Ask Kyle Bass and he will tell you: it is because no one trusts the CCP and the above speech is proof.

It appears to be pure dodgy.
Anything the Left touches turns to guano.
Add elections to the list…and science…and humanity.
Interestingly, the latin for “left” is “sinestra” from where we derive the word “sinister”.
In the Bible, in separating the spiritual sheep from the goats, those God chooses go to his right hand, those rejected to his left hand side.
Matt 25:33

It was a great Mark Levin show.
And a good presentation of superficial statistical evidence of possible ballot fraud.
If presented one week after the election.
But it was presented five weeks after the election (tomorrow), not one week after.
That there were such unusual voting patterns is suspicious.
That there were late night vote spikes in Michigan and Georgia are suspicious
That Republican, or all, poll watchers were ejected or tricked into leaving is suspicious.
That 100% of 700+ affidavits allege fraud, or apparent fraud, 100% in favor of Biden, is very suspicious.
That Biden barely campaigned in suspicious.
That the mainstream media ignored Hunter Biden is suspicious.
All of those make me very suspicious.
That at least Pennsylvania changed election rules without following their state constitution is a case for the Supreme Court. I doubt if it would change the apparent Biden victory.
Where is the specific, persuasive evidence that illegal votes caused Biden to win a state he would not have won with only legal votes.
The claim of 66,000+ people under age 18 voting in Georgia is a great start … if that is a real count. I find that number very hard to believe. Election fraud is more sophisticated than that.
After five weeks, we are nowhere close to overturning Biden’s 270 or more electoral votes.
112
The fact that half the registered gun owners in the US went and voted for a person/party that has openly stated they will take their guns is suspicious.
120
MP
How could you possibly know who owns guns, since many people are secretive about that subject, and how could you know how they voted, because people are also secretive about that subject? Especially people who voted for Trump.
18
There is an estimated 120 million legal gun owners, I doubt any would vote for someone who would take these away as Bidden/Harris have continually stated.
90
Your estimates and your doubts are not facts
16
Internet thingy.
“Election fraud is more sophisticated than that”. Done a bit yourself have you or are you speaking from your gut feelings.

The fact John Hopkins University removed this study into all cause death rates is suspicious.

Same script different villain.

“The claim of 66,000+ people under age 18 voting in Georgia is a great start … if that is a real count. I find that number very hard to believe. Election fraud is more sophisticated than that.”
You have to be joking Richard. It should be very easy to verify that number and I doubt the lawyer would have presented it without verification. Even if only half presented a ballot it is still significant and enough.
Here is a guy who has “reverse engineered” the algorithm and he talks of a couple of hundred thousand switched votes. It is a long video but it is all there
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pVAKm8JqvU&feature=emb_title
70
I’m not joking.
It could not possibly take five weeks to determine that 66,000+ people under the age of 18 voted in Georgia.
And the only “proof” is a lawyer for the loser asserting that?
Or is number from some kind of computer game, like long term climate forecasts?
Where is a list of those 66,000+ names?
Or even 12,000 of the 66,000+ names, because 12,000 was roughly the Biden margin of victory?
Sorry, but we need more detail than a single number from a Trump lawyer to make the claim believable.
I bet that’s what YOU would say if Democrats made the 66,000+ underage votes claim in a state Trump won.
29
Well it obvious the Rino Governor and the absolutely corrupt SoS are not going to do any checking. Well maybe they have and found it to be correct but they would never say it publically.
On the other hand they could provide proof the figure is wrong and show the proof but nothing has been made public.
60
The people who make the (positive) claim have to provide the proof.
It’s nearly impossible to prove a negative.
25
Nice play with words Richard. We are talking about a figure here which is either correct or not. The data should be readily available to prove it one way or the other. Just like how many dead people are on a roll.
If the data is not available then the electoral system and the associated data in the US must be one of the worst in the world –in short an absolute joke.
40
To manually track down the age, residence and registration of everyone who voted in Georgia could easily take five weeks. It would take several weeks just to fund, recruit and organize such an effort.
90
Would it have to be done manually David ?
20
Richard,
This is all pantomime,
EO 13848 states
Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.
Trump statement today,
I THINK THE CASE HAS BEEN MADE, AND NOW WE FIND OUT WHAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. BUT YOU’LL SEE A LOT OF BIG THINGS HAPPENING OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
110
There is no list Richard. It is an assertion. If they had evidence for this they’d be through the courts already.
111
Every day you manage to add another couple of ‘fraudulent vote’ methods to the list.
First it was the dead voting, then the computers, then the server, then stashed votes, then double counted votes, and now we have underage voters.
.
This ‘fraud’ must have been a highly sophisticated procedure involving thousands and thousands of people.
Surely there must be some substantial proof appearing soon?
.
Or does it all go the way of ‘the captured server held in the White House”, and just keep fading away?
.
And every time one of these cases gets overturned, we get the ongoing cries of ‘fake news’, and see law abiding republicans labelled as “RINOs” (as if a really loyal republican is expected to ignore the law for the sake of the Dear Leader).

Animal Farm was compulsory reading in school. This was in the late 70’s sometime.

There are a lot of people questioning the car “crash” that killed the Georgia Senator’s staffer. They are saying an exploding petrol tank does not go up like the video showed and certainly does not send the engine block flying away from the car.
170
Fuel tanks don’t explode, period.
Petrol works in a car because the engine block and cylinders compress the air/fuel mixture in a confined space. This burns fast and releases energy pushing the cylinder out and allowing the car to move forward.
Drag cars sometimes explode, but they are maxing everything out of the fuel and revs. I’m not even sure if they’ve using standard fuel mixes.
To remove the engine from the car it had to be a high speed accident (which it wasn’t) or an explosive put in place for that purpose.

Greg & Ozzie: Drag cars are known in the US as Rails, or AA Fuel Dragsters.
Fuel is either nitrobenzene + aviation petrol, or nitromethane + alcohol.
The engines produce some 2000-3000 HP for 10-15 seconds.
Engine mounting bolts stretch 1-2 cm from the torque.
The Railers run about 400 – 500 km/hr over a distance of 0.4 km.
Usually things are OK. But often the engines do explode. Amazing thing to see.
Drivers are in firesuits, with all manner of safety equipment. Rarely anyone dies, but often they are injured.
I don’t think the chap in question had a fire suit, or a safety crew, or a AA Fueler engine.
He got whacked.

The engine becoming air borne is the key….that much burst of energy is not in petrol.
A friend who was a farmer overdid the nitrapil one day taking out a stump, sent it up in the air and over the road into a neighbours paddock. Now thats a lot of ampho equivelent. Now think oabout how much energy is required to not only lift an engine up in the air, but to shear off the engine mounts and do it quickly.
There is no way it was an accident. It had to be a bomb.

No, The Georgia Vote-Counting Video Was Not ‘Debunked.’ Not Even Close
By Mollie Hemingway Federalist
A Note On Lead Stories
The “fact” “check” was originally written by Alan Duke and Hallie Golden, although Golden’s name was removed from later versions of the story. Golden is a freelance writer whose work regularly appears in The Guardian, a left-wing publication. Duke, a CNN entertainment reporter, retired from the left-wing outlet after 26 years.
Earlier versions of the story included a mathematical error about whether the votes that were counted after observers left State Farm Arena could have affected the outcome of the election. The authors falsely wrote that they couldn’t have, when they could have.
A later purported “fact” “check” said it wasn’t true that Republican poll watchers swore affidavits that they were told to leave the center. Lead Stories falsely stated that these claims were the “cornerstone” of Trump’s challenge of Georgia. In fact, the legal claim filed by the Trump team only mentions Fulton County telling the press and other election observers that they were going to stop counting ballots and resume counting in the morning once, on one page of the 64-page complaint.
Again, those claims have been corroborated, not debunked, by multiple press accounts from election night. As for the affidavits, they make the same claim — that Fulton County election officials falsely said they were stopping the count when in reality they were continuing to count through the night after observers left. The affidavits further state that they were unable to get answers to basic questions from officials.
Lead Stories claims it is funded by Facebook, Google, and ByteDance. The latter is the Beijing-based and China Communist Party-linked company known for TikTok. Facebook and Google have suppressed journalism deemed harmful to Trump’s 2020 election opponent Joe Biden. The Trump administration has said TikTok’s ties to the Chinese Communist government makes it a national security threat.
NOTE: In a Kafka-esque twist, Facebook is now using Lead Stories to censor this story critical of Lead Stories.

The Georgia Ballot Underground Railroad
I heard a lot of questions and answers about this event over the past few days, but, the obvious who/why/what/how questions that I haven’t heard from the Clouseau style DOJ investigators who are combing the ground for/against evidence of fraud are:
1. Who was Ralph Jones talking to on his cell phone? A hint, it was a political call!
2. What other ‘work-related’ phone calls/texts came in and out of the room?
3. What triggered the ‘special’ midnight count and who authorized Ralph Jones to restart it?
4. Why did the count stop at 10:30 p.m. and resume 30 minutes later after all but five of the workers left?
5. What was the net gain/loss for each candidate from this late night ballot count?
Politics aside, if we get the answers to these questions, we will be able to easily confirm or deny most voting fraud claims. If we don’t, this event will enter the history books as the defining event of the 2020 elections.

Is there a source for the claim that Fulton had been planning to stop counting at 1030?
Had they announced this beforehand ? If so when?
Remington dossier , December 5, 2020 at 6:41 amReply
Hi Remington,
All the statements regarding the voting activity came from the county officials. The source of the 10:30 p.m. counting stop statement (see below) came from Robb Pitts, the Fulton Commission Chairman.
“They planned to stop scanning absentee ballots at 10:30 p.m. and pick it up back in the morning. No official could explain before press time why Fulton was stopping its count of absentee ballots at that time, only saying that was the procedure.”
Nov 3, 2020 By Ben Brasch, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Based on the footage from the room it is also clear that they followed the 10:30 p.m. shutdown procedure. As you can clearly see the crew is prepping to head out, that is, until one of the two supervisors (the bald guy with the red shirt) gets a phone call at 10:58:05 p.m and is instructed to resume the count.

Back to vote rigging, back to models, back to pretending that despite all the certifications, somehow the result is bogus.
In legal land its 44 to 1 against the Trump organisation.
In health land, Rudy Giuliani now has the Covid virus, 15 million cases, 290,000 dead
In social land, no extension to rent assistance, unemployment assistance and the consequent increases in health costs
So keep it up – America needs distractions – Fantasy Land

1. You aren’t reading these articles and links with a critical mind.
2. You didn’t add anything to the conversation.
3. You just came to ridicule the people on this thread, but with little substance. Just a mocking attitude.
171
NOt reading “with a critical mind”? Are you serious? The anlaysis presented by this ‘pollster’ is ludicrous. Its the sort of selective data based piffle I would expect from some CAGWarmista like Mann et al.
Trump has lost just like ClintonH lost 4 years ago and she actually did win the ‘popular vote’. Trump mis-played his hand to some extent as did ClintonH. Trump pissed on the ‘black lives matter’ movement in the face of public executions by police and Hillary doubled down on the sneering reference to ‘the rust belt’ with her ‘deplorables’ comment. Do stuff like that and you just fire up parts of the electorate to come and do you in and depress/suppress parts of your own side. Plus ca change. Get over it.
218
Sorry, here i will make it clear for you.
legal land – 44-1 lost – none have alleged fraud, rigging, vote flipping etc. If they had evidence why was it not presented to court?
health land – the world’s worst response to Covid – 4% of the pop 20+% of the deaths – another measure for failure
social land – unable to pass stimulus checks, extend rent assistance – callous disregard for millions
so instead of focusing on substantive issues, we are looking at models which proved that even though Biden outpolled Trump, because Trump’s vote increased he should have won. This completely ignores the record turnout and so is a distraction.
510
“looking at models” – Hmmm who lese looks to ‘the models’ to peddle their fluff and nonsense?? What sort of people do that? Could it be that CAGWarmista disease is not just of the lunar left but also infects the rabid right or the terminal Trumpistas? The symptoms sure look similar.
13
This article isn’t about proof. It’s an opinion peace which identifies some metrics that would normally be demonstrated to show who won. They indicate suspicious activity, but do not nominate what those activities are.
As far as presenting evidence to the courts; it’s up to the courts to take on the case if they believe there is sufficient substance to the claims to proceed. It may indeed be evidence, but evidence alone isn’t the entire question that the courts need to address.
Running a court is incredibly expensive and the community pays the majority of that cost. The courts won’t take on a case unless they believe there is a likely chance of a positive outcome to the complaint.
This does not preclude fraud, nor does it demonstrate that fraud was not done. But rather that charges are unlikely to be successful. And there are many reason why they may be unsuccessful, not just lack of evidence.
60
Greg – why did you bother with this blather. “The courts won’t take on a case unless they believe there is a likely chance of a positive outcome to the compliant”. Where is jurisprudence is this codified?

Yup. And yo wonder why the Intel agencies wont let people like a well known chinese company roll out 5G.

President Trump: “The Case Has Been Made – You’ll See a Lot of Big Things Happening Over the Next Couple of Days” (Video)
President Trump spoke with liberal reporters today at the White House after he honored US wrestling champion and Iowa Hawkey wrestling coach Dan Gables.
President Trump did not appear worried at all.
President Trump told reporters, “It’s a disgrace to our country. It’s like a third world country. These ballots pouring in from everywhere using machinery that nobody knows ownership, nobody knows anything about. They have glitches that aren’t glitches. They got caught sending out thousands of votes. All against me by the way. You know this was like from a third world nation. And I think the case has been made and now we find out what we can do about it. But you’ll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days.
101
Gosh, what a load of utter drivel. Lies, damned lies and statistics at its feral, fetid phantasmagorical worst. Analysis that is as shallow as a puddle of day old kitten’s piss.
Biden lead in the polls the whole time by a decent margin, not a lay down misere but consistent. On top of that there was COVID throwing voting patterns between in person and mail in or advanced votes way out from their normal bounds. On top of that was the ‘black lives matter’ issue turbocharged by goat bothering hillbilly cops gunning African Americans down in public places on video. What ensued fired up both sides of the partisan divide.
Of course the numbers were out of whack with historical patterns, why wouldn’t they be. What sort of nuff nuff would expect them to be just like any other year?

418
To be fair, Trumps approach appears to be legal and judicial, whereas the dems approach seems to be a moral-free free for all
Given the mountain of evidence of wrong doing by the Lefts and its apparent predatory behaviour, supporting rule of law and democracy is important to maintain a democracy when its under systemic attack by evil.
Science and law are similar – both rely in most cases on evidence and proof, so the dodgy election in the USA is under the microscope to firstly establish root cause , then the path to legal remedy.
Specualtion is OK, as long as its noted as such.
101
Here’s a second yeah/nah. The “‘black lives matter’ issue was not “turbocharged by goat bothering hillbilly cops gunning African Americans down in public.” It was turbocharged by a very manipulative propaganda campaign, whose soul purpose is to destroy Western society. George Floyd was obviously not gunned down. (The cop is going to be given not guilty, the main reason being, they have upped the charge to 2nd degree murder, which does not fit the situation at all!) ‘8.56 seconds.’ What happened then? The ambulance arrived. Did they show you that? These guys were dealing with just another day in the hood. Google, ‘Daily Mail’ and George Floyd, and watch the full 30 mins of the cops body cams. We have been manipulated.
The Kenosha shooting can be taken in the worst possible light, but a wanted rapist, fighting with police, then diving into the car to grab something, tends to set off alarm bells for police, whose lives are on the line every shift.
Now, in the 3 months between George Floyd and Kenosha, the normal stats for black homicides, by black people, is about 2000 (includes about 20 children. Do you know any of their names?) Unfortunately in that 3 months, because of the brutal police pulling back, there were an additional 2000 murders of blacks by blacks. Are you willing to assume any responsibility for them? Do you know any of their names? Cut the emotional masturbating.

MS, we have seen it all before, but to differing degrees. I think at the moment we are in the “denial” stage of a fairly standard grief response. People with a lot emotionally invested in a Trump Win / Crush the Left outcome (tribal stuff) can believe what has happened. Sad for them, been there my self but not to the barking mad extent going on in the US at the moment.
Anyway, it will pass and maybe, with Trump gone and the very strong focus he puts on division gone, get past Jan 20 without the baby man dropping us into WWIII and things will look up a bit i think.
Of course it will provide fodder for the conspiracy theorists and Trump cultists for decades though………. 🙁
214
Do you honestly believe that a party who did everything it could to remove Trump from office for the last 4 years, would allow him to win the election? It defies credibility!
100
Yeah/nah. The theory that no candidate can lose if he increases his vote is dumb, because in this case Trump was also responsible for the majority of Biden’s vote! Sure it was thanks to 5 years of never ending propaganda, but that’s how it is, Trump is not a lot of people’s cup of tea. And the figure for the Dems to lose, because of losing the black voters, is 80%. 85% they are pretty shaky.
I dont think Trump winning or losing can change anything. The brainwashing through the education system has filtered up through the whole of the society, putting useful idiots into positions of power and influence. (It’s interesting that it is said that Trump lost, through losing the educated (brainwashed!) suburbs) But the program is conducted by serious power trippers, who once they have power, have nothing else to give. All their energy just goes into holding on to it.
Sure, a huge chunk of society have been somehow immune to the brainwashing, being the individuals willing and happy to take responsibility for themselves, but once the power trippers get a roll on, get enough ‘victims’ to do the dirty work, historically the only way to deal with them has been extermination.

Someone please explain to me why there is a such thing as a Computerized voting machine?
The notion of having a computer to cast your vote is nonsense to begin with.
160
CarGuy…speaking as someone from the center left…..voting machines suck. I can think of no good reason, but them i am from OZ and we have a rational, preferential, fully paper voting system. All trackable and eminently re-countable. Maybe it means they need to employ a few more people to do and count the election, but most Australians are happy with that. AND we have the Australian Electoral Commission, non-partisan, public service, to draw electoral boundaries according to actual RULES not who runs the State.
Also, none of this Electoral College crap. You are always going to get the bollocks we are seeing now until the US gets a more rational system in place. Until the…buy popcorn mate. 🙂

Plandemic
TDS
60
That is actually the same as mine. If the pandemic was planned it makes no difference as the outcome for voting is the same. TDS is what brought out more voters to vote against Trump which is exactly why I wrote “Trump”.

It defies any reasonable basis of belief, that millions would turn out just to vote against Trump, yet not not vote down the ballot.

I have Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Wisconsin.
Both Florida and Ohio were over in a couple of hours. They must have much faster counters. Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin had step changes in the wee hours. I understand the zero time is 7pm east coast making midnight 5 hours into the count. Georgia and Pennsylvania took an extraordinary amount of time to get Biden across the line.
Pennsylvania has something weird going on a couple of hours into the count. The records are time stamped and my x-axis aligns with the time stamp.

Yeah. And then from the abrupt halt at about 6 hrs to about 14 hrs while zero Trump votes were added, after Trump was soaring ahead of Biden – Biden gets a sneak?
Not buyin’ it.
80
Interesting, thanks.
Your Georgia plot shows a gain of over 20,000 votes added to Biden between midnight and one o’clock in the morning. Are you able to say how many of those votes came from Fulton County, and more specifically from State Farm Arena?

Elections Undecided by Midnight are Void & Preempted by Federal Law – Foster v Love (1997; 9-0 Decision)
by Ren Jander, JD, ©2020 The Post & Email
“When the federal statutes speak of ‘the election’… they plainly refer to the combined actions of voters and officials meant to make a final selection of an officeholder… By establishing a particular day as ‘the day’ on which these actions must take place, the statutes simply regulate the time of the election, a matter on which the Constitution explicitly gives Congress the final say.” Foster v. Love, 522 U.S. 67, 71-72 (1997)
We will take a closer at this binding precedent below, but in preview, please understand that it emanates from a 9-0 decision of the United States Supreme Court, wherein the entire Court joined, not just the outcome, but also the opinion on this very point.

After the pervasive voting problems in the 2018 midterms, I wrote an article with my Brazilian colleague Victor Pougy describing the extraordinary speed and efficiency with which Brazil — a country not exactly renowned for its speed and efficiency — counts its votes.
Brazil is not a small country. It is the fifth most-populous nation on the planet. Although its population is somewhat smaller than the U.S.’s (330 million to 210 million), its mandatory voting law, automatic registration, and 16-year-old voting age means the number of ballots to be counted is quite similar (105 million votes in Brazil’s 2018 presidential election compared to 130 million votes in the 2016 U.S. presidential election). And on the same date of its national elections, it, too, holds gubernatorial and Congressional elections in its twenty-seven states.
And yet Brazil — a much poorer and less technologically advanced country than the U.S., with a much shorter history of democracy — holds seamless, quick vote counts about which very few people harbor doubts. The elections are held on a Sunday, to ensure as many people as possible do not have work obligations to prevent voting, and polls close at 6:00 p.m.
For the 2018 presidential run-off election that led to Jair Bolsonaro’s victory, 90% of all votes were counted and the results released by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the election: the time the last state closed its polls. The full vote tally was available within a couple of hours after that. The same was true of the first-round voting held three weeks earlier — which also included races for governor, Senator and Congress in all the states: full vote totals were released by computer shortly after the polls closed and few had any doubts about their accuracy and legitimacy.”

Did not notice Richard C post below when I was posting the above. He has referenced the same opinion but it covers it more detail.

Of all those metrics. The most curious to me is the mail-in vote rejection rate. It’s amazing! An historical number of around 10% of mail-in votes gets rejected due to some irregularity. Signature matching, address matching, you name it. Presumably, people that are used to vote by mail are the most prepared to do so and yet, 10% gets rejected… This election, they had a historical record-breaking number of mail-in votes. People that never did it before, have cast their votes by mail. It’s only logical to expect that at least 10% of those newbies would get rejected. In fact, it’s only logical to expect more than that! But what we saw was the exact opposite of that, less than 1% rejection rate? That is truly amazing.

GA has certainly earned a bit of coin today with its puppet masters, reminds me of when i was a kid and we would collect glass bottles for 5 cents each and then run down to the shop and buy lollies. 5 cents a comment these days wont buy it much.

There’s 70m people in the US who desperately want to believe there was voter fraud.
If each of them gives me a dollar, I’ll happily go on tv or write a blog to argue it’s there.
I’m Patrick Basham.
And I’m Jo Nova.

The big flaw in US elections is that the 50 states can do what they like with regards to voting procedures…THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY!! Until there is, especially in this day and age of cyber hacking etc, future US elections will be mired in controversy. The only answer is to go back to manual counting (in normal time…hello GA!) and eliminate any machine-based skullduggery. I just hope Australia doesn’t eventually go down the machine-count road…if it does, then elections can go (literally) off the cliff.

BTW, I have a friend whose father and grandfather were members of the KKK in America (Georgia Chapter). While my friend is not a racist (he defied his father and moved to Australia), he told me stories of what it was like in the Southern US states from the 1930s to the 1970s (not pretty reading). Even today, there are big problems in these states, especially Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. I just hope that, in the future, some resolution may be achieved.
