In this newly uncovered phone call, Julian Assange can be heard calling Hillary Clinton’s State Department and trying to warn them so they could protect their agents and stop the releases.
James O’Keefe @JamesOKeefeIII
Assange believed that there was a great danger to United States Agents and interests with the publication of unredacted documents stolen from @Wikileaks by his rouge former employee Daniel Domscheit-Berg.
This is a recording of State Department lawyer Cliff Johnson on August 26, 2011
The audio shows that Assange went to great lengths to try to prevent the uncontrolled publication of the full US State Department cables by third parties on the internet.
Gateway Pundit:
Project Veritas Releases Shocking Never-Before-Heard Phone Call Between Julian Assange and Hillary Clinton’s State Department
Notably, the audio from the call on August 26, 2011, makes clear that WikiLeaks only re-published the full US embassy cables after they were on hundreds of websites, torrent sites and Twitter. Specifically, the full cables were published on Cryptome.org and the Pirate Bay — days before they were published on WikiLeaks.
Johnson responds by asking, “And who would be releasing these cables? Is this WikiLeaks?”
“No, we would not be releasing them, we are doing our usual thing of continuing on with our redaction plan, but we have in the past 24 hours released a some 100,000 unclassified cables as an attempt to head off the incentives for others to release the entire archive, but I believe that nonetheless while we may have delayed things a little by doing that they will do so unless attempts are made to stop them. We have already engaged in some legal attempts to get them to stop but I think that it will not be enough,” Assange explains.
There is a move on to ask President Trump to #PardonAssange.
Rudy Guiliani argued a year ago that what Assange did was just journalism and free speech.
Trump could Pardon Assange – but he won’t, as he could not care less
021
Why do you say that Julian Assange is careless?
121
would he have published otherwise?
015
Assange was full of himself and loved publicity , although this is a revelation.

I though that the “Pentagon Papers” case established in US law the legal principle that journalists could not be prosecuted for publishing material even if their source material was illegally obtained.

The Pentagon Papers were published and the prosecution not continued because of Nixon’s fall from grace post Watergate. The irony is that they did not cover the period of the Vietnam conflict overseen by Nixon (January 1969 to 1974) but were focussed on what had taken place pre Nixon, from 1945 to 1967, and largely under the Democrats Kennedy and Johnson
According to Google:-
“Ellsberg was initially charged with conspiracy, espionage, and theft of government property; charges were later dismissed, after prosecutors investigating the Watergate scandal discovered that the staff members in the Nixon White House had ordered the so-called White House Plumbers to engage in unlawful efforts to discredit Ellsberg.”
Assange on the other hand seduced/entrapped/coerced/encouraged/whatever whatshername to leak military records of a war that was still underway.

Robert – it is the same rule for this site, the character of the publisher is not relevant
012
Initially due to media coverage, I also had doubts about Julian Assange, but I also listened to his detailed explanation of his liaison with the Swedish girls. Then the moves that followed that, were in my mind undoubtedly orchestrated. The reference to the state department and PM….? Did that infer the British government, were too lazy to respond, but have been instrumental in crucifying him ever since?

Trump has been roundly criticised for his handling of the virus. It appears that Corona is almost the least of the Country’s problems.
Trump was the metaphorical vaccine the Country needed, unfortunately at least two jabs were required. Looks like the application of disinfectant every 4 years is insufficient to control the very virulent disease known as corruption.

With this post and the Byrne story, we see the constant Psyop we are subjected to since at least the Gulf of Tonkin.
Most of watched with amusement as Hollywood used it for plots.
With the V Psyop, it is no longer entertaining.

Is the kraken targeting HRC now that it has nothing else to do?
020
I would have thought it wanted protection under the endangered species protocols
022
At the moment there are many of them though if they fail to breed as seems likely, you are right.
012
I think we will find that a Kracken when prepared properly, is a dish best served cold.
80
It is slowly unravelling.
The former boss of Cyber Security (CISA ) before Trump fired him recently, Chris Krebs said this at the Senate hearing yesterday
“Most Secure Elections In US HISTORY” and then when pressed HE ADMITS – I was not referring to FRAUD !!!! ”
He also confirmed some Dominion machines were linked to the Internet.

I believe in wikileaks the idea. This leak is, however, more complicate. And I must admit, I see all issues from the perspective of current events, in real time.
We are missing the bigger issue of the leak and its consequences. The Leaker and the receiver of the leak did not fear/respect the US state. Any high intel leaks out of China?
And Obama’s response. Pardon leaker? Makes sense same guy now supports defund police and pay for play. And what makes it pathetic is the Obama adm charged whistleblowers to stop leakers from sending them to jail or getting charged with treason.
If this was China, as China has gone to ‘unrestricted’ ‘war’ fare… the Chinese equivalent of the CIA would have done their job stopped the leak (in china leakers are killed and their families punished or killed so hence no leaks) and the Chinese CIA would have got the leak data and shutdown wikileaks (By any and all means possible. The Chinese believe that the US cannot defend against unrestricted warfare.)
An example, of ‘unrestricted’ warfare is how Chinese agents get Chinese whistle-blowers in the US, to shut up …..
Agents in China, arrest a whistle-blower relative in China, on fake charges, for a serious crime and then go to the US, and in the US, whistle-blower, give the Chinese person who is taking refuge in the US) two choices return to China or take a ‘suicide’ pill.

There is so much more to Hillary’s garage server and her live in friend Huma Abadeen and Huma’s jailed husband, the eponymous Anthony Weiner. Another critical laptop seized by the FBI when the Chief of NY Police wanted to prosecute the Clintons for child sex offences on Epstein’s Fantasy Island, including individual aircraft bookings for each of the Clintons. It’s as if the material on that laptop, previously Abadeen’s laptop obviously, just vanished. The CIA have been running interference for the Clintons for two decades. Crooks protecting crooks.
However on the ongoing US elections I was aghast but not suprised when closet Never Trumper Mitch McConnell wanted to move on and accept Biden victory. He is as bad as Senate leader as Paul Ryan was as leader of the Congress, but again he has a Chinese wife. It is an amazing coincidence and might explain a great number of things. Trump is really angry again at the leaders of his own party who always side with the Democrats and there is no mention of China’s influence on the elections.
It’s not just the swamp, it’s that the CIA and FBI are the swamp police and used the FISA court to spy on fellow Americans, with the head of the FBI wearing a wire to trap the President. All straight out of Hollywood. And fair players like General Kelly became ‘enemies of the state’. The differences between American alleged democracy and Chinese communist dictatorship are vanishing.
The Americans had a forty year cold war with Russia. Korea was and remains a proxy China war with America. Vietnam was a proxy war between China and America. It is now a hot trade war with China with spies everywhere, but the Democrats still talk of Russia as the enemy. Why? Little Australia is being damaged and warned as part of a long term program to isolate America because the CCP need American trade to prop up a bankrupt Chinese economy. Once they get rid of Trump. BLM, Climate Extinction, Slavery, Cancel Culture, Anti FA are all attacks on America orchestrated by their enemies, including China. It used to be Iraq, Iran and North Korea as the axis of evil. China is the Panda bear, cute but deadly.
100
40 year cold war.
It’s a fundamental fact in human nature that first hand information takes precedence over second hand information.
The tyranny of rule that we saw in the USSR was absolutely dependant on first hand memory of how bad things were before the revolution. Only that could justify what came after.
I always expected that once the old guard had faded from influence the primary concern would become how bad things were after the revolution. Then we would see dramatic changes, with intelligent thinking getting a look in.
Another thirty years on I am still hoping.
But I don’t know how that goes with China.
10
” Vietnam was a proxy war between China and America. ”
Really?
During the war Russian munitions were railed across China to North Vietnam.
After 1975 Russia required significant “reparations” from Vietnam and Vietnams education system taught Russian as the countries primary second language over Portugese and French.
China is treated with suspicion by Vietnam.
10
Much as I hate to admit it the President is looking more and more like Monty Python’s Black Knight, fighting on with both arms and legs cut off.
I think the best thing for The US (and the world) would be for Trump to step down with dignity while at the same time undertaking to fight for the Country from the sidelines with the view to exposing the corruption and draining the swamp.
No one in the World has a better opportunity than Donald Trump to achieve this. He has enormous grass roots support plus he has knowledge and contacts from 4 years as President.
I have no idea about the costs but if possible a national free to air (with optional open subscription) broadcasting channel would be a good idea.
Someone has to speak out about things like climate change, the great reset and all the other PC rubbish afflicting society.
He needs to develop a working relationship with the GOP wherein a Trump endorsed candidate would run in 4 years’ time.
This is necessary for two reasons,
1/ To protect his own considerable legacy which will otherwise be trashed by his opponents both now and by those who write history.
2/ Whether he likes it or not, he now finds himself in a position where responsibility demands that he tries to continue the fight.
The world desperately needs him right now like no one else and his greatest strength is that he has right on his side.
35
Sure, but if they get away with such blatant vote rigging, there will never be another fair election. The US will become a one party state, like China. And the FBI and CIA are already running the show and destroying hard evidence as fast as they can seize it. Every laptop has vanished without trace. And they jailed General Kelly without any evidence at all after a forced confession after threats to his family, real KGB stuff.

Oh looky….AMA appears to now drop its opposition to HCQ?

Two weeks before the election.
Interesting timing and content.
What does it mean?
40
Of more interest to ourselves; will doctors no longer face prison here if they prescribe HCQ? Is it magically OK now that Orange Man Bad is facing eviction from the WH? People here should be demanding answers from our own medical elite and their politician lickspittles. How many of the 800 Victorian victims of Dangerous Dan might have been saved with early treatment by HCQ.
150
If HCQ was used exactly as specified by the Zelenko protocol, I expect most of those who died would still be alive.
Purely and simply, our politicians and medical authorities are responsible for murder.
There was no scientific basis to ban the treatment. The deliberately sabotaged studies which purported to show it was ineffectual were political statements, not scientific studies.
They killed all those people, and continue to do so around the world just to prove “Orange Man Bad”.
If President Trump is lawfully declared President, as he can still be, you can be assured that the AMA will once again disallow it.
120
I stated it a long time ago and it still stands; Dan has blood on his hands. He ought to be charged with manslaughter. A CEO and other senior executives of a company involved in such negligence would be in prison by now.

Good find.

Thanks OS,
Great news, and well found.
Interesting that there’ve been no headlines in SMH or ABC.
I’ve sent a copy of your comment to my State and Federal pollies and asked them to inform their colleagues and relevant ministers as well as the PM and Premier (of NSW). Suggest any readers of this do the same in the hope that the message gets through somehow.
Cheers

I haven’t heard that Julian Assange has been convicted in the USA.
Further,
” … a 1915 Supreme Court decision. In Burdick v. United States, the Court ruled that a pardon carried an “imputation of guilt” and accepting a pardon was “an admission of guilt.”
So as Ford pardoned Nixon, I guess DJT or Biden could pardon Assange.
But, if roaming free in the USA, he might have a few folks looking for him. If I were he, and pardoned, I’d stay away from the U.S. He could return to Townsville, I think.
30
This is the reason that Flynn did not wish to be pardoned – he wanted to clear his name in court. But since the judge involved would not even follow the directions from the DoJ to drop the case and even hired his own lawyer to continue prosecution, the
chances of a fair trial basically fell to zero.
But a pardon for Assange (and Snowden) would still prevent the US “Justice” Departments from pursuing them, even with the implication of guilt and in his (their) position(s), I would think the tradeoff is worthwhile. I’m not sure who these “few folks looking for him” would be able to do from a legal perspective if he were pardoned. Illegally, well it depends on the risk/reward of continuing to pursue Assange since WikiLeaks would continue to operate in any case and the smokescreen of a prosecution would be off the table.

A video that explains Trump’s path to victory. 14 minutes
https://stateofthenation.co/?p=42061

A good summary. He stated there were 7 states with dual electors. I did not realise there were so many.
I also did not realise that the insurrection act had been invoked as recently as 1992 as well as three other times since the 1950s.
I await the weekend with more than usual interest; what will John Ratcliffe report. He doubted that Biden would ever form an administration. I cannot imagine his view did not have some insight beyond what the media offer.

“rouge” former employee. Did Assange have a Red under the bed all the time? You can’t trust anyone these days.

IMHO JA is still a hacker he started as a hacker. But to the point. Check your local libraries for a DVD to borrow named “Risk”.
Great movie of the insides of Assange org over years. I have seen it a few times and could see it again. There is a sequence of them calling US State Dept – dunno if it was the exact same call as above. Risk has many instances portraying his/their near zero self awareness.
