Roman Balmakov explains the difference between the Insurrection Act and Martial Law. Whatever action happens (and it may not be either) must be done properly, according to the Constitution and they must also be seen to be so. There are significant consequences. Neither is an easy option, nor necessarily the best.
If the media were not enforcing a blackout, people would be marching in the streets in the hundreds of thousands and they would be camping outside State Legislatures until those did the job they are constitutionally expected to do.
The Epoch Times is doing excellent work.
Meanwhile President Trump tweeted this video last night (though it’s not clear who made it). Two hours ago he also cryptically tweeted “Martial law = Fake News. Just more knowingly bad reporting!”

Russell Ramsland says “big things coming in next couple of days”
Has there ever been so many rounds of big things coming? Skepticism is natural, as is patience. Given the gravity of the situation, when history books are written about the 2020 Election and transition, if the hyped Big Response doesn’t come ’til January, it may not seem so unreasonable.
Reported by Newsmax and Gateway Pundit
The Michigan Secretary of State wanted to redact everything… What are they so afraid of?— Ramsland.
Why is election software not 100% Open Source?
Dominion and Michigan State don’t want their vote counting software published, but that’s the point. Votes don’t need to be tallied electronically, let alone by mysterious black boxes.
Redacted Information in Dominion Audit Report Shows Races Were Flipped: Analyst
The analyst who led the forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems in Michigan said on Friday the information state officials pushed to redact shows that the outcomes of races were changed.
“The original report had log evidence that we published in the report to show exactly what we did and exactly the findings. Now, those did ultimately get redacted. And so now, the complaint is ‘well, but there’s no real proof and Dominion says ‘no, these things can’t be done,’” Russell Ramsland Jr. said during a virtual appearance on Newsmax’s “Greg Kelly Reports.”
“But at that point, Dominion’s argument is no longer with us. Dominion’s argument is with their own user’s manual and their own logs, because the logs—had they been able to be published—show very clearly that the RCV [ranked-choice voting] algorithm was enacted. It shows very clearly that the error messages were massive. It was very clearly [sic] that races were flipped,” he added.
The leadership of the most powerful nation on Earth depends on software that the public can’t see?
In the audit, Ramsland said his team concluded Dominion’s voting system “is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”
The Judge said it might be released in the future. But delayed is also denied. The main tactic of the establishment is to delay in the face of incredibly short timeframes.
Surely the people of the United States could afford to pay compensation to Dominion in full if the redacted software showed it was an honest player and had lost some competitive advantage. But we can all guess what Dominion really fears.

Ah, HAH! What STELLAR SOURCES ol’ Simon uses!
The Gaurdian. CNN. The NYT.
Such paragons of absolute unbiased reporting!
May we ALL tremble and sing the hosannas as we bend the knee at our betters!
(I’m guessing Simon has taken up Gene’s place as the one who throws the turd in the punchbowl before this thread’s party even gets started. Well done, dude! Well done.)
423
Sorry for the all boldface.
I screwed up again. Gotta learn how to handle those thingies better….

FF. You too have them wrong. What they purvey is not reporting in any shape or form at all. They may call it reporting, but they truck out only highly variable quality fictions.
What Reporting? where? That’s why they are known as The Legacy Media. Worthless.
Certainly got Simon fooled, but not you too, I hope.

I would like to see such, better sooner than later.

Simon doesn’t know about the “discovery phase” of a suit. Big LOL!

If true, they would be highly entertaining, I think.

If Trump secured all those machines first, I wonder if such legal action would not proceed beyond blustering threats.

‘File your lawsuit’: Lin Wood and Sidney Powell respond to Smartmatic’s demand for a retraction
Attorney Lin Wood, who is now representing fellow attorney Sidney Powell, tweeted his response to lawyers from Smartmatic USA Corp. who are demanding a retraction from Ms. Powell over claims she’s made about the voting machine company:
I represent Sidney Powell. I have carefully reviewed your letter of December 15, 2020. I am not impressed. Ms. Powell retracts nothing.
File your lawsuit.
Well, it’s succinct and to the point:
110
The is the scenario some of us have been talking about for some time. If it turns to tbe case we look forward to the arrests of many people involved in the fraudulent election and seeing them placed in military trials and if found guilty placed in prison for life.
Also, if true this will be a good move by Trump:
Trump May Tap Sidney Powell As Special Counsel In Election Case, Important Executive Order In Works
393
Exactly what the US President does about all the evidence in front of him must have a lot of people worried. It explains why even ex President Obama suggested Navy Seals expel him from the White House, something which seemed outrageous at the time? And why so many Democrats have been giving public opinions all year on what to do if he does not just concede? What did they know that no one else knew?
But Trump is no shrinking violet. And he will take advice from many people and find the best strategy.
So expect the media to get hysterical because they are trying to blast him out of office, shame him out of office, talk him out of office, even accuse him of not being a real Republican. Because they know he won the election.
It’s all about strategy and Trump knows he has at least 70 million people behind him. Get your facts right even if it takes time, prepare your case fully, then act quickly. For example, if the Democrats are so confident they won, what is the problem with rerunning only the Presidential election in the few disputed states? Half the people in those states would agree. What business is it of the media?
Donald Trump is still the US President until the inauguration. And after that.
563
Well, if he is true supporter of the US Constitution first and foremost, and the people second then he will if necessary use the Insurrection Act of 1807 and the recent EOs to do whatever is necessary to stop the rot by re-running the elections. Either that or he is a wimp and Biden becomes POTUS on Jan 20. Time will tell.
Seat belts on everyone.
312
Yes my thoughts exactly.
I have a nagging worry that there is much promising of “stuff” but zero follow through…I am just hoping Trump isnt just another NWO puppet like Biden.
What has stopped the master of the blag from actually arresting swamp critters and banging them up?
110
what’s stopping him? I would like to know that too, but sometimes it’s good to give them enough rope to do something( ) … trouble is: Those who allow too much rope out don’t always get the chance to reel it in and throw it over the X-Bar. -may even get themselves entrapped in the coils. – Think that’s what the MSM is doing – teasing a dance out of him amongst the coils – Scottish Sword dance perhaps?
20
The Democrats will boycott any fraud free re-election and then wide spread rioting will require Martial Law. While Trump may have the general support of the military, he doesn’t have the support of the top brass. All roads seem to lead to civil war or succession or both and the CCP rubbing its hands with glee.
62
Not to sure about that Top Brass thing. With the Pentagon putting Biden of for 2 weeks.
I’m guessing what ever is going to happen will happen in the next 2 weeks.
90
My reading indicates that
The nearest military unit to the WH is the Marines, not the seals.
The Marines take their responsibility as a Praetorian Guard seriously.
They dislike [understatement?] the CIA.
The military, outside the Pentagon, is generally pro Trump.
Obama should be careful what he says.
BTW I could hardly live further from “the action” than I do.
171
As Gina Haspel been seen?
With SCOTUS feeling the need say they didn’t have a shouting match, you’d think she’d get someone to photograph her doing her shopping or something.

Interesting to note that “Heels Up Harris” has not resigned her Senate Seat
190
Exactly
60
Thanks Jo for maintaining the focus on this subject. We cannot rest until it is resolved or lost.
Neither should happen but one or both must happen. Trump has been amazingly cautious about taking any precipitate action. I presume he wants to maintain the civil law and his own legitimacy by exhausting every other avenue first. But he has been failed by every Government Agency, even though they are all required to uphold the constitution and the law.
The FBI should have made arrests by now, but they have not. Bill Barr made a half heated attempt to investigate the election fraud but the state AG’s all turned him down. Ratcliffe was supposed to deliver a report on the 18th Dec but has failed to do so. The press has totally closed ranks. The Supreme Court wimped it. The State legislatures are thinking about their options.
The only people who might make arrests now are the military, and even they might not want to do so. And they can’t act unless martial law is declared.
It is not a good situation. But I think Trump will keep “pushing forward” as he is fond of saying.
493
Peter, SO much to unpack in your statement…
But I’ll give it a go.
“Neither should happen but one or both must happen.” Agree.
“Trump has been amazingly cautious about taking any precipitate action. I presume he wants to maintain the civil law and his own legitimacy by exhausting every other avenue first. But he has been failed by every Government Agency, even though they are all required to uphold the constitution and the law.”
Excellent synopsis. Remember all the calls for him to intervene in that manner in the riots and mayhem in Portland and Seattle. But he refused to do so. He, instead, encouraged and waited for local and state authorities to act.
“The FBI should have made arrests by now, but they have not.”
Gee, I wonder why. Aren’t THEY the ones who tried to oust Trump from office? Who framed General Flynn? Who put Roger Stone in prison and gave CNN a tip-off so they could film his 4:30 AM arrest? James Comey? Crossfire Hurricane? Need I go on? And now they’re run by another swamp creature Chris Wray. And now, see directly below, Barr being the overseer of the FBI.
“Bill Barr made a half heated attempt to investigate the election fraud but the state AG’s all turned him down.”
I’m sorry Peter but you were on both accounts. He made no attempt whatsoever to investigate the fraud. He never presented it to any state AG’s. Ergo, they never had a chance to turn him down. Barr was a do-nothing from the start. All hat and no cattle, talk and no action. A part of the swamp.
“Ratcliffe was supposed to deliver a report on the 18th Dec but has failed to do so.”
That’s because Ratcliffe has been waiting for the other intelligence agencies to back his findings. They so far refuse to do so because they are left-behind swamp creatures from the 16 election and before. Deep staters, all.
“The press has totally closed ranks.” Of course they did. “The Supreme Court wimped it.” Yup. “The State legislatures are thinking about their options.” We will see how that all shakes out.
“The only people who might make arrests now are the military, and even they might not want to do so. And they can’t act unless martial law is declared.”
The only people in the military who will balk at making arrest are some flag officers. Trump will take care of those if there are any left that refuse to follow orders from the commander-in-chief.
Thanx, Peter, for the fertile ground!
321
My hope is Trump is exhausting every legal avenue before instituting martial law. Again, I dont want martial law at all, but when a lot of govt agencies in effect appear to be CCP outposts, arrest and detention ( and possible capital punishment for the ringleaders) is likely the only option to restore the republic.
If Trump refuses to act, then the possibility of civil war is high if ( and I dont know the mood amongst patriot groups ) patriot groups see it as a fight with the Left they will have to win.
Interesting times….
131
Yeah… it sort of has that feel of the calm before the storm about it.
70
Thanks Fuel Filter,
With respect to John Ratcliffe, I don’t know why he didn’t deliver an interim report, even if it was just the cover page and list the agencies who have so far failed or refused to provide the requested evidence or data.
100
Last Thursday DNI chief, John Ratcliffe, was interviewed by Fox’s Tucker Carlson:
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/intel-community-assessment-delayed-amid-dispute-over-whether-china-sought-to-influence-2020-election
Amanda Schoch, Assistant DNI for Strategic Communications, also said in a statement to Fox News:
“The IC has received relevant reporting since the election and a number of agencies have not finished coordinating on the product,” Schoch continued. “The DNI is committed to providing this report to our customers expeditiously.”
The report was expected to be released by Friday, but “sources familiar [with the matter]” told Fox News that there is a dispute within the intelligence community over what should be included in this 2020 ICA.
“Sources told Fox News that a number of senior intelligence analysts are “adamant” that China sought to influence the 2020 presidential election, while a number of others are downplaying China’s activities surrounding the election.
Some analysts claim that China’s efforts were “minimal” or only plans that ultimately were not acted upon, while others are arguing there is “ample raw intelligence” about China’s intentions and actions.”
Ratcliffe’s clearly made up his mind about Chinese “influence” and gone public. Is it also a tactic to tell the “intel community” to get its act together ASAP?
“The intelligence is so clear that China is our greatest threat,” Ratcliffe said. “People that equate other things, or say, oh, you know, Russia is a greater threat, they are politicizing intelligence.”
He added: “I am hoping now that the election is over, now that people have voted, and if there is a Biden administration, that they will get past politicizing intelligence and be honest about China and acknowledge that China, and China alone is the greatest national security threat that we face.”
Will the DNI Report – when/if released – mention Hunter Biden’s deals/dollars/links with Chinese companies?
We’ll know soon, I hope……but don’t hold your breath.
Possible reasons for the “delay” include:
(i) squabbling/turf war in the “intel community” over reputational damage for not blowing the China whistle earlier, and
(ii) a pro-Biden attempt to slow down the process/clock by intentionally ignoring the reporting timeline in Trump’s 2018 EO.
80
G’day Peter C,
” Ratcliffe was supposed to deliver a report on the 18th Dec but has failed to do so. ”
Is that absolutely true, or is that just the impression we’ve been given by MSM? Is it possible that Ratcliffe had produced his own report to hand to POTUS, in private, on Friday 18? In anticipation of delays by the swamp…
If my memory is correct the EO explicitly allowed for an incomplete “assessment” while stressing the deadline.
Cheers,
Dave B

With 212Million registered voters and 66.2% voting,140.344 M voted. Now if Trump got 74 M, that leaves only 66.344 M for Biden. These numbers don’t add up to what we are being told. Lies and more Lies!
90
Not strong evidence, it hinges on the 66.2% voting, but that comes from Washington Post.

I bet the CCP isn’t happy about this:
Taiwan fight for Trump
261
There are also many expressions of support for Trump coming from the expatriate Vietnamese community worldwide.
They are under pressure from the Chinese through the annexation of territory in the South China sea.
Australia will breathe a collective sigh of relief if Trump remains President because the pressure from China that we are currently experiencing will be lessened.
352
Wow,
Might be slightly off topic.
But I can see where the Taiwanese are coming from. Would Biden oppose CCP annexation of Taiwan?
240
One step at a time please. Let’s wait and see who is POTUS after Jan 20 before we start on the next round of discussions. It’s even possible albeit unlikely it won’t be Trump or Biden but someone else. I’m still hoping for Trump.
150
The NWO plan apparently includes handing Taiwan back to China and a nuclear confrontation with North Korea….stay tuned…
61
A nuclear confrontation with North Korea will be unlikely. Rumour has it that KJU has been killed and any sightings are of just body doubles.
Rumour is a scurrilous dog … but sometimes it’s all we have ….
40
O’Biden wouldn’t “oppose” China in anything.
Taiwan would be assimilated, along with long suffering Tibet and next in line Australia.
Hong Kong is stuffed but has been hard done by.

To be far RR while you and I might consider that unreasonable, it is far from unprecedented.
To go waaay off topic, this sheet is making the US ungovernable. The old fashioned Robber Barons never hated their country, unlike today’s mega rich.
120
Makes me wonder just how big the swamp really is ?
170
Massive and worldwide. That’s why I don’t believe it will ever be eliminated by any human and so we will eventually end up in some kind of NWO. I’m just hoping Trump stays as POTUS for another 4 years to delay the inevitable to get my affairs in order as best as possible before the super storm hits.
193
Spot on. One thing very telling was recently when journalist Sharri Markson was interviewed by Steve Markson about the leaked CCP database, she mentioned when she contacted some corporations about the employment of CCP staff, their response was they didn’t care about political affliations. To me that spells COMPROMISED. There is no walking this back and not even a 100 Trumps is going to get us out of this.
160
Not the world’s greatest editor here. I meant Steve Bannon not Steve Markson.
70
I’m having big trouble working things out. It seems that the democrats can cheat BIG TIME and if Trump can’t prove the cheating in courts that won’t hear the cases in a couple of months [time you won’t get a DUI case heard if you plead NG] then the GOP must play by Queensberry Rules and concede.
To add insult to injury it is then demanded that the sore losers kiss and make up, totally forgetting four years of “Not My President” and being assaulted in public.
I’ve got news for you Simon, it doesn’t work that way. Sore losers may actually BE sore losers.
302
I suspect the main reason why the courts are not bothering to take the cases seriously enough is because they view things differently. They believe in the election process even if fraud took place. Even a corrupt process to them is more important than the truth of a widespread fraudulent election, which to them is too much trouble for them to comprehend and tackle. This is nothing new. The difference this time around is they are dealing with Trump and also the fraud is monumental and can’t be ignored any more by the people unless one is living under a rock. Even our ABC won’t be able to ignore it. Even if Trump throws in the towel and Biden ends up as POTUS, millions of people will not accept it and burn the place down in protest simply to release the bottled-up anger that must be by now about to burst at the seams. It’s not good but it is a natural reaction. That in itself must be in Trump’s mind and more reason for him to take the martial law path initially in its lightest form before going all out if things get really out of hand by either side. We have up to a month to find out how it all pans out.
252
The Taipei march is a powerful message. Taiwan is the wealthiest per capita country on earth. The way they handled Covid is a testament to their good management. The way they warned the rest of the world against China spreading Covid shows they have a good understanding of the Chinese motives.
Their voices carry a lot of weight. This link has a short clip of the march:
https://www.opindia.com/2020/12/donald-trump-taipei-taiwan-rally/
I wonder if Trump has seen this; to me, it as compelling as the military support on his arrival for the army-navy match. There is a clearly a lot at stake globally when you see the interest in Trump being returned. Is it a movement against global oppression? Are the Taiwanese trying to send USA and important message?
252
Isn’t it interesting to see so much support for Trump by ordinary people coming in from other nations but from leaders such as our own PM Morrison; the silence is deafening. I find it extremely revealing.
311
The Hong Kong protestors carried the Stars ‘n Stripes. US liberals betrayed them.
200
According to this it’s also foreign intelligence agencies who want to help Trump with intelligence gathered about the election.

“Why is election software not 100% Open Source?”
A good question. But better questions would be:
Why do Americans need a machine between themselves and their ballot and between their ballot and the result?
What is the purpose of the machine?
How does it make the voting process better?
It seems to me that it just adds an extra layer of obfuscation where fraud can occur. Maybe that’s the point.
440
Such a fundamental question, too basic for anyone to ask/answer.
Australia can afford to hand count paper ballots [one night’s OT in most electorates] and the US is as rich as we are.
OK I know the states make their own rules on how to decide on electors but the Feds can insist the constitution be followed or the electors can’t be seated. It is going to pan out that way methinks.
250
When I was younger I did local elections on the Sunshine Coast. After voting ended at 6pm we counted till 11pm. It wasn’t hard even at the end of a 6am to 6pm day.
You’re right FrankH; the machines are there to make the count uncontestable. In the same way the Delphi Method of management makes the wanted conclusion a matter of fact, you’ve just got to fool the participants into believing the outcome was a fair method (which it is not).
The Democrat Mayors, Governors and Politicians all skim money off everything they do. So when it comes to elections, they’ve used exactly the same method. 1% of the dead voting, 2% illegals voting, 3% cats and dogs voting. A little here, a little there. It all adds up, they’ve been doing this for years. Trump was such a watershed moment that they had to go all in to beat his numbers.
180
Yes but the difference this time is the Democrats went too far in key states and it’s now obvious fraud on a mass scale was committed. Not only is there a lot of smoke there is a lot of fires everywhere to be seen if one cares to open their eyes. The anger is building up more and more like a coiled spring on both dies now so how that will be released depends on what Trump decides to do. I hope he does the only thing that really will uncoil that anger in a controlled manner rather than allowing it to explode in a rage by way of a civil war. It has gone too far to ignore the build up of anger by those who believe the election was stolen from Trump, which now matches the build up of anger by the left over the last 4 years for Trump unexpectedly winning over Hillary. Clearly something big is going to happen one way or another.
140
Why is the software not open source? Absolutely!
I could never see why the software has to be complicated. It isn’t a complicated job.
I don’t know what system of counting is used, but if it deals otherwise than in whole numbers it probably isn’t sound.
60
It doesn’t make the process any better in fact it makes it worse going on the shemozzle this election appears to be not to mention the ‘hanging chads’ thing some time back. The Yanks go for techno crap cos they can and some spruiker sells it to them as ‘the way to go’ and they soak it up like junk food. Once in place there are vested interests on the one side and distrust on the fringes. Imagine having court cases with the prosecution just saying that someone saw the accused commit the offence without the witness actually turning up. Result? Kangaroo Court. Thats waht we have with this loonscape, a rashackle, fragmented, hillbilly electoral system run by fractions partisan appointees and elected officials, widely distrusted and wide open to accusations of fraud by a narcissistic piece of trash like Trumplethinskin ad his coterie of yesyesyesboss people.
00
Do not confuse narcissism with self belief, something that even you must concede is required by all leaders whether of a sporting team, business, or a nation. Particularly of the leader of the free world. Would you rather a leader with self confidence and intestinal fortitude, or a shifty, weak-kneed appeaser who hides in his basement?
30
Machines are used because they are easier to rig. Hand counts with scrutineers, as we do, are practically foolproof. Our problems all relate to lack of voter ID which is opposed by the ALP and Greens who reckon it’s an assault on privacy. They have no problem with ID for entry into clubs though so their real problem is dead people and multiple voting which favours themselves.
60
Aren’t we seeing a new tactic of some sort?
Did Sun Tzu write about Passive Aggression?
Demonstrated by the Black clad hipster kids that blocks your path, calls you names, spit in your face,
forcing you to defend yourself, and then accuses you of initiating violence.
Accuse DJT of tyranny for 4 years.
Lie about everything he says.
Impeachment on baseless grounds.
Accuse him of murder over a virus.
Cheat the E.
Attempting to install an elderly puppet obviously compromised by an adversarial foreign power.
Leaving no choice but this action.
I just heard a Maggie Thatcher interview in Sweden where she tells them straight to their face that England, Canada, and the US saved them to bask in their holier than thou neutrality.
And birthing the feckless UN and EU.
220
Maybe…but if the Left gets its rear end handed to it by Trump and citizens ( who know who the local thugs are ) then it wont squeal so loud next time. I think its possible the locals will deal with local troble makers…they just need the sanctioned reason…and then its on.
121
Yes perhaps we shall see the militia and the military on the same side to fight the evil left. It would be a cakewalk. I suggest they send all the left to China. If China doesn’t want them then a lot of prisons need to be built to “house” them since they dare not be let to roam around causing havoc endlessly.
71
I’m getting a vision of the Marines and the CIA on opposite sides. Did it start in Germany? Was there an incident in DC itself early in the administration? My memory is failing on that.

Totally on board. A few weeks back I was thinking about an historical precendent for what we are currently experiencing. Initially I was thinking about the English Civil War but recently the 1933-34 Germany seemed a much better fit.
You have a compromised aging leader in Hindenburg, polarisation, economic troubles, rioting and the answer is Hitler and corporatism.

Thanks, Joanne, for authoring an absolutely dependable and intelligent site for both the scientific method and freedom.
Some information, if this has not been posted before. See Chiefio dot wordpress dot com for two excellent exposes on Dominion Machines, as only an expert can do it.

Here is a reasonable discussion of all methods available to President Trump and how they are being followed. Most essential is that every American become aware and every citizen of other countries become aware – and then willing to act in support of freedom.
President Trump will be inaugurated on Jan 20.
A brief outline:
Main Effort – dog-and-pony shows with state legislatures – getting the news out to the people with oath-sworn witnesses and signed affidavits. “The point is to face the nation in the forums that matter, with the reality of what just happened.”
Supporting tactic 1 – Law suits/court cases
“ 2 – Court case (e.g., GA) referencing foreign involvement
“ 3 – (Hollywood-movie stuff) – Gathering intelligence on conditions that pose “an obvious threat to U.S. national security.”
Excellent reading.

Trump is the president, he know in march how dangerous the virus was (Bob Woodward’s book), and he downplayed it. Compare that to other Federal leaders like Scott Morrison, or Jacinta Arden. You can not escape the fact that even now Trump is not acting on the virus.
Also more are dying in Republican states
by the way, name calling is not a logical argument, now is it?
724
You mean the “covid deaths” that according to the CDC is actually only 6% of the deaths, the other 94% was from pre-existing co-morbidities?
That virus?
Its really clear the virus itself is cover for a bigger attack on democracy. The vaccines appear to be rather iffy ( witness the nurse who collapsed within minutes of gettinf the vaccine in Chattanaooga ) and an excsuse to impose Soviet Style movement restrictiosn and internal passports, also a communist invention.
We understand exactly what sgoing on – thats why its essential The West survives the attack on its democracy.
182
The President downplayed the virus? Really? Was he not heavily criticised by the Dems for closing the border early to flights from China? Wasn’t there also some fool of a Dem who recommended going out and hugging the Chinese people in NYC?
By the way, that’s a second ‘Peter Fitzroy’ I’ve seen here today…two different avatars.
180
Whose doing was it that sent many old people with the Wuflu into aged ‘care’ homes, might I ask?
170
There’s the snarly monocled one @ #14 and the grumpy one @ 14.1.1 !!!
50
Your understanding of how this site works, is matched by your understanding of what Trump has done. I urge you to do some more research.
My main point stands – advocating for martial law or the Insurrection Act is not democratic. But it is stupid
56
Peter, you are disingenuous about the Virus and the responses to it. Either you don’t know, don’t remember, or don’t care.
Trump closed the flights from China while still being impeached. Nancy Pelosi went to the Chinese district to hug Chinese and criticize Trump.
Besides all that, the virus is only the common cold virus with an Aids immune defeater attached. It is no more dangerous than the common cold, but it is significantly more contagious.
It was in fact Dr Fauci and others who funded the virus lab in Wuhan to research gain of function of the virus. Dr Fauci wanted to do the research in the US but was blocked from doing so. So he funded the Chinese labs instead.

It appears to be all Deep State….
Here is a possibility –
What if the plan is to basically *crash* the US communications ( i.e. forcibly shut down all social media, cell phone towers etc, but blame the hack for it ) and under the cover of confusion and darkness, get paid thugs to physically raid the White house and physically drag out Trump….and….blame it on the Whole of Govt hack ( which was likely performed by the Deep State anyway )?
It seems the Deep State are trying depserately to cover their election shennnigans by erasing the evidence ( through the whole of govt hack ).
The Deep State have promnised to remove Trump, no matter what, so who is to say they wont try and remove the one thing that will hold them dead to rights, Trump?
Its getting depserate….inaugeration day is getting close, the Pentagon has stopped Biden Transition meetings, so right now the hyenas are getting a bit hysterical.
Washington may become a dangerous place if this scenario is correct.
50
most of the virus infections got to america from europe, so selectively closing a few routes from china did nothing – America with 4% of the population of the world has more than 20% of the cases. Face masks, social distancing, both fails from Trump.
What is the response now – a few million doses for 360 million people. Income protection? rent assistance? I don’t think Trump could run a chook raffle in the Burke pub (although he might, with help, run one in a RSL)
511
Dream on…..apparently the vaccine onloy works for 2 months…why bother.
Id rather just let it rip[ through the population and be doen with it…given its only in real terms about the same death rate as anormal flu, so what.
I suspect the real game is paraysing the population so they cant move, then basically force the vaccine on everyone while they are locked down, so when the next bug comes along, most people have already been primed to go down fast…by the experimental RNA vaccine….
Right now, the eleite are just messing with us. The virus isnt that dangerous, were being herded currently into “pens” so we can be easily managed.
I suspect the next vaccine will be the actual “kill” shot.
Everyone has been warned.
70
I have been thinking along similar lines OS. Being paranoid doesn’t even come into it. Somethinmg sinister awaits the credulous.
10
Compare that to other Federal leaders like Scott Morrison,
Right, so in that case Scott Morrison must have been responsible for the 800+ deaths in Victoria, nothing to do with Dan Andrews, just as NY was nothing to do with Cuomo. Now I understand.
100
Aged Care – his responsibility – so yes
49
Who let the virus out of the quarantine hotels in the first place? Oh that’s right, no one in the Victorian Government is to blame. Under the Westminster System, which Australia is reportedly following and, as the appropriate minister cannot be identified, the most senior person in the Victorian Government should accept the blame and resign. An apology will not suffice. What do you think will happen?
80
“/In the meantime Trump watches as thousands of his citizens die every day, way to go”
Seems like I remember in the beginning we were told that 2.2 million could die in US.
So the current numbers are a miraculous success.
I personally know of only one person that died of (with) the V … he was 98
I also know a physician, employed by a major urban east coast hospital chain, who says that the hospitals in his group were at 30% capacity the entire year.
BTW, under the US system lockdowns and mask mandates are controlled by state and local authorities.
If Trump had tried to dictate these actions Federally, he would have been labeled a tyrant.
Cuomo had far more control over NY than Trump.
What was Cuomo watching?
For Gaia’s sake, what will the casualty count be for economic destruction and delayed medical care caused by media/political/globalist fear mongering?
.
250
What an absurd statement to make. It’s not up to Trump anyway, it’s up to the states to do what is necessary, similar to here in Australia. Your hatred of Trump has not only blinded you, it has exposed you as a clueless foot in spades.
190
Not much of a return to the blog is it? Mudslinging all the way interspersed with running through the games room and overturning the equipment. A special Peter Fitzroy manifestation of covid cabin fever is my tentative diagnosis, after all he said his sayonara about a year ago and as it went largely unremarked perhaps in isolation he has taken offence.
70
So what good is trump, if he cannot lead? “it’s up to the states” what a load
58
Its been explained to you Peter bin the comments above. Don’t be obtuse.

The usual claim is that it would be too vulnerable to hacking if source code was released. This is a tacit acknowledgement that the system isn’t very secure and it has been well demonstrated that security through obscurity is never sufficient. This was the model for Win/Dos, and we see how well that worked out. Furthermore, many of these voting machines are easily compromised windows based platforms, some going back to Windows 7.
130
EAC “no certified machine is connected to the internet”
Source code is the property of the owner – you can not force them to publish it. This is the basis of capitalism
421
Dear PF
Capitalism + Government colluding to hide the vote counting process = Fascism.
You are ignoring the whole cake, focused on one ingredient that troubles you. A bit like
poortrough wallowing old Paul Barry or the Ruddster with the word Murdoch, you may have the same trouble with the word Capitalism. You do really need to work on definitions and sources. I understand finding important ideas on the web is a little difficult. The extra effort can be enlightening and helps to moderate the symptoms of Cognitive Dissonance you are experiencing.
I would also suggest Turning Point USA as the young people there appear to have crossed into the real world and are now experiencing the ‘Fun side of the Island’. Both positive and constructive.
Happy to help.
101
Peter,
Nobody can say that no certified machine was ever connected to the Internet, directly or indirectly, either before, during or after the election. It only takes being connected once and it can be compromised where legitimate software can be replaced with a modified version that cheats. At some point, a software update required it to be connected to a network, and/or any USB stick with an update came from a connected machine.
If any source code has the potential to determine who wins an election, not insisting on widely disseminated it for scrutiny by independent experts is so irresponsible, it borders on treason. It should be a law that no closed source platform can be used for anything related to voting and that the MD5 checksums of all programs and libraries used be validated before and after an election.
It’s not like any of this is some kind of secret intellectual property that must be protected, as all we are talking about is capturing and accumulating votes. Anything protectable can be adequately covered by patents or copyrights. Depending on secrecy never works as anything can be reverse engineered.
70
“Source code is the property of the owner”
Correct.
The owner of the code is the Venezuelan outfit who can justly claim it meets the design requirements after thorough tests in their elections.

Hi Jo, something seems to have happened to your site. I was about to reply to a response and everything suddenly reduced in size slightly to the extent that it’s hard to read. I’ve checked other sites and they’ve stayed the same. Do you know if anything’s happened? ToM

I had a power glitch about 8 am, which upset my bedside clock, my wifi and my outbound mail, but only briefly. It, or something like it could have caused your event.

From Breitbart Trump denies considering Martial law. Good. Though the Democrats are raising every sort of scenario. The most outrageous of the Democrats after Pelosi, ‘pencil neck’ Schiff is talking of a military coup. No moral compass. That’s rich coming from Schiff.
These are all signs that Trump has them worried but it is so clear that they have been worried all year about his response to blatant cheating, approved from the top of the DNC. Like the whole impeachment fraud, the many Clinton coverups, the FISA fraud, the many seized and disappeared lap top computers, the crimes of the CIA, FBI and DOJ and desperately trying to keep the Biden family crimes out of the press. And the only member of Trump’s huge family they have been able to get to turn on him is his estranged and lifelong bitter niece.
150
When Trump makes statements, read between the lines and refer back to the relevant Act. The Insurrection Act does not necessarily mean martial law is used. It means the military are called upon to restore order alongside the civil police. In other words, the Insurrection Act allows the POTUS to use the military to enforce the existing civilian laws under sate and federal jurisdiction. Martial law would only be required if things get too carried away and people act in such a violent manner that the police can’t handle, which I tend to believe will happen anyway but time will tell. Trump is just saying he is not considering using martial law for starters, but he might in the end if the situation warrants it.
140
There are other( para)? military organisations in the US, such as the Texas Rangers. They look like the SAS, have the authority to act when there is electoral malfeasance and have allegiance to the president. Just wondering.

Trump campaign has just filed an emergency motion in the Supreme Court. The ball is now in the SCOTUS’s court. It’s now do or die for them.
https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/international-news/rule-of-law/trump-filed-in-supreme-court-today-triumph-of-hope-over-experience/

It’s now up to the Supremes to decide the future of the United States. Either tyranny of the Left and throwing away the Constitution or freedom and law and order under President Trump.
120
The US Supreme Court has failed in its constitutional duty. Failure to act on electoral responsibilities.

I’m not sure what the next move is if almost the entire judiciary of the United States is morally corrupt and refuses to enforce the laws of the land or Constitution.
90
That has been my opinion for some time now, but one I was reluctant to voice because it seems so preposterous to say that the judiciary has largely given up the law in favour of politics. But they are not embarrassed about it, they are blatant about it and expect kudos for being political.
100
It all reminds me of the old story of the lady watching the troops march by;
“Look, my Donald is the only one marching in step!”
31
The problem with the judiciary is they only deal with relatively simple cases. When something as big as an extensive fraudulent election is put up the judges refuse to touch it and prefer to ignore it and move on. That’s a coward’s way but it is what it is. The rather let the election remain as is in spite of the fraud rather than face the angst of looking at it to try and figure out the truth. They just handle the truth. So, it’s really up to Trump to make the move. If he knows the election was stolen from him by massive fraud then he has to decide whether he himself has to suffer to angst of protecting the Constitution and the Federal Republic, which go hand in hand, or he just walks away and has a much easier and simpler life. We can’t read his mind so let’s wait and see what he does. We won’t have much longer to wait since Jan 20 is the drop dead date.

Peter
SCOTUS is basically half way along with this case or the main argument presented. Before the election they considered the issue of the PA Governor and SC running over the State Legislature who had made the rule that all votes had to be in by 8.00pm on election night. The initial vote was a draw, so Justice Alito asked that all votes received after that time be separated and I think he said SCOTUS would revisit the issue ( I may be wrong with the latter bit).
I cannot see how they cannot take the case because if they don’t, they are not up holding the Constitution, which I thought was one of their key responsibilities.
I think they will try what they did with Sidney Powell’s case and they will take it but say the opposing parties have until late January to respond (or maybe even later). This should lead to major public outcry, hopefully a shaming of SCOTUS and the public actually saying they no longer have any respect for the Court. The US public have to push back strongly on all levels of the judiciary.

The Insurrection Act does not apply in Australia. I don’t need to learn about it.
I want to learn more about Climate Science with reference to the Australian climate.

RoHa
Don’t you see the connection between Trump not getting a second term and what will happen with climate policy world wide?
120
Ok! Grand Solar Minimum developing, note impact on Australia in the not too distant future as natural events make a mockery of warming trend computer modelling …
https://xyz.net.au/2018/12/record-cold-northern-hemisphere-grand-solar-minimum-deepens/
00
……. “The decline in solar output corresponds to a collapse in the Earth’s magnetosphere, a protective barrier against radiation from outside the solar system. Increased cosmic rays penetrating the atmosphere lead to increased cloud cover, thus reducing temperatures and increasing rainfall events. Higher levels of cosmic rays hitting the planet also lead to stronger and more frequent volcanic eruptions. These are just some of the mechanisms by which the reduced solar output creates global cooling on Earth, particularly in the northern hemisphere.
Down here in Australia, we should be much better off. The primary risks for us may be a tsunami of refugees as the SHTF in the northern hemisphere, glaciers in Tasmania and the Australian Alps, an overall reduction in rainfall away from the coasts and changes to climate zones in different regions. Given that civilisation has only been here for 200 years, and the last Grand Solar Minimum was 400 years ago, no-one knows exactly what will happen.”
30
What more do you need to know about the CAGW scam? It doesn’t matter anyway. Both major parties are on a unity ticket. What is about to happen in the US is far more important and relevant.

The vote has never been legitimate because the “Constitution” was never legitimate. No Treason
The Constitution of No Authority
by Lysander Spooner
I.
The Constitution has no inherent authority or obligation. It has no authority or obligation at all, unless as a contract between man and man. And it does not so much as even purport to be a contract between persons now existing. It purports, at most, to be only a contract between persons living eighty years ago. [This essay was written in 1869.] And it can be supposed to have been a contract then only between persons who had already come to years of discretion, so as to be competent to make reasonable and obligatory contracts. Furthermore, we know, historically, that only a small portion even of the people then existing were consulted on the subject, or asked, or permitted to express either their consent or dissent in any formal manner. Those persons, if any, who did give their consent formally, are all dead now. Most of them have been dead forty, fifty, sixty, or seventy years. and the constitution, so far as it was their contract, died with them. They had no natural power or right to make it obligatory upon their children. It is not only plainly impossible, in the nature of things, that they could bind their posterity, but they did not even attempt to bind them. That is to say, the instrument does not purport to be an agreement between any body but “the people” THEN existing; nor does it, either expressly or impliedly, assert any right, power, or disposition, on their part, to bind anybody but themselves. See the rest here: https://jim.com/treason.htm
00
The democrats suspended the Constitution 50 years ago. We as a Nation must start enforcing the Oath to the Constitution. It says to protect this country from foreign and domestic enemies. When a politician pushes communism or the overthrow of this country, they are in violation of that Oath.

Unfortunately the problem is, like in Australia, the ridiculous power of the States over the Federal Constitution. I would love to see the disintegration of the states (both USA and in Australia) so that we can have some sort of PRAGMATIC and LOGICAL discourse of decision-making
