The fightback begins

The Tech-Giant-Dem Shock and Awe campaign caught mainstream America off guard and unprepared for the new regime of censorship and Psy-ops. Parler is still fighting for survival, and barely exists. But the fight-back is taking form. Two Democrats have now said they will not allow the Filibuster rules to change. Today, only 5 Republicans supported the Democrat impeachment and a Federal Judge has issued a restraining order against the Biden administrations demands that violent criminals bound for deportation be released into the community instead.

Plus a grassroots response: activists start protesting Cancel Culture at the Bed Bath and Beyond Store, by filling trolleys then abandoning them with notes explaining that they are boycotting the shopping chain until they restock the MyPillow products that were cancelled purely because the CEO is a Trump supporter.

Imagine if 70 million Trump voters spent a half hour this week doing something to Save America. How fast would the medieval Cancel Culture get put back in it’s box?

Don’t just sit there.

Impeaching the impeachment. Looks like Trump will be acquitted.

Rand Paul called for a vote on whether the Impeachment is even constitutional, and showed that the Democrats have little chance in convicting Donald Trump for inciting violence, given that they need 17 Republican Senators but only five of them even think the case is constitutional.

Rand Paul: It’s the democrats inciting violence

In Rand Paul’s speech before the vote he shows how the Democrats call and enable violent mobs.

Bernie Sanders said:  “The Republican healthcare plan for the uninsured is that you die.”

As this avowed Bernie Sanders supporter shot Steve Scalise, nearly killing him, and shot one of our coaches and two or three of our staff, he screamed, “This is for healthcare!” Ask me or anyone if that’s incitement.

No Democrat will ask whether Cory Booker incited violence when he called for his supporters to “get up in their face” of Congresspeople, a very visual and specific incitement.  No Democrat will ask whether Maxine Waters incited violence when she literally told her supporters, and I quote, “that if you see a member of the Trump administration at a restaurant, at a department store, at a gas station or any place, you create a crowd and you push back on them.” Is that not incitement?

Should Kamala Harris be impeached for offering to pay for violent people to get out of jail who’ve been burning our cities down?

I want the Democrats to raise their hand if they have ever given a speech that says, “Take. Back. Fight for your country.” Who hasn’t used the word “fight” figuratively, and are we going to put every politician in jail”

Judge restrains Bidens order to restrain US govt from restraining violent illegal immigrants

It’s a law on a law on a law. See how complicated the legal war has begun? Trump did deals with four states before he left office giving them 180-day consultation period before the incoming Biden administration could change the rules. But on day one Biden issued a blanket demand that not only would violent criminals bound for deportation be not deported, but that they would be released into the community. It’s hard to believe it was so reckless. It also effectively decrees the whole ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement) agency would be pointless and powerless but would still exist. Looks dystopian, smells dystopian…

PJ Media: Judge Blocks Biden’s Deportation Moratorium

U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton issued a temporary restraining order to prevent the Biden administration from halting deportations, the Associated Press reported.

More information on the extraordinary deportation moratorium which appears to neuter the whole point of Visa deadlines, as well as ICE. Watch Tucker Carlson’s face in the interview with Stephen Miller on the video at the PJ media article. Agog.

Activists fight back against cancel culture

Bed Bath and Beyond stopped stocking the MyPillow range after the CEO openly supported Donald Trump. In reply, activists wandered through the store filling up their trolleys, then abandoning them with a note asking the store to Stop Promoting Cancel Culture, and promising not to shop there until they did:

The Media Action Network has launched a Basket Boycott and petition against Bed Bath & Beyond after it announced it was pulling MyPillows due to CEO Mike Lindell’s politics.

We’re encouraging patriots to visit their local Bed Bath & Beyond, fill up a shopping cart, then abandon it with our statement about free speech. And never shop there again until CEO Mark Tritton reverses his decision.

“This isn’t about pillows. It’s about the continual punishment of conservative speech,” said Media Action Network founder Ken LaCorte. “And we’ve had enough.”

“Every time we turn around, another conservative has been silenced under false pretences of ‘hate’ or ‘isms’ or the most recent offense-de-jour. We’re fighting back.”

Under the Constitution (if it has any merit left, which is debatable) dictates that the only President that can be impeached at this stage is Biden. Trump is no longer holding the office of POTUS. If I were Trump I would say go ahead impeach the POTUS. That would require Biden to attend trial not Trump. How dumb can the Democrats be?

On Trump’s impeachment, Senate Majority Leader Schumer said

“make no mistake, there will be a trial and when that trial ends senators will have to decide if they believe Donald John Trump incited the erection”

They must be impeaching him for building the border wall.

Isn’t all this talk of impeachment a barefaced lie?

By my understanding Trump was never impeached at all! Impeachment involves a process that was never completed.

For all these wannabes trying to corrupt history I point out that Nixon was not impeached, either. I suspect they didn’t know that, too.

No, impeachment is equivalent to indicted. Conviction occurs if the Senate concurs.

The President has been impeached when the house of reps decides on the formal charge and issues the paperwork to the senate for trial.
Impeachment has occurred regardless of the outcome of the senate trial.

Well really this is not the perfect start for the topic. And yet it is. Glen Beck having a brilliant discussion with Eric Weinstein. Right and Left coming to talk, and listen.
This is as much clear thinking as I have heard in a quite a while. A left guy who is shunned by the left, because he has criticisms of the left, crying out for some intelligent conversations. He is equally hard on the right. The cults can destroy us. Glen Beck finishes saying ‘I’m a hugging sort of guy, and I just wish I could give you a hug’. It is a pretty deep discussion, but start from maybe the 29.00 minute, when it starts getting current. Up ’til then it is sort of history theories. There’s a million of them. Maybe that’s one of humanity’s defining traits – we love endlessly creating theories.

The suggested fight back has promise and one of the first, detailed above, can be adapted to suit.

Just go shopping, select some pillows, but have second thoughts when near the checkout.

    A real pillow fight.

Next, go round to the EV showroom and buy a battery powered car for half an hour. Ask if Elon Musk endorses them ; the answer Will inevitably be yes, that’s the cue to walk away in disgust.

      I like the idea Keith.
Can it be applied here in Aus and who should be targeted?

        Targeting is the ethical quandary.

In the U.S. many targets have already identified themselves but in Australia we have the incessant “switch to a green energy supplier, Red Energy” is one I constantly hear.

Some banks are advertising that they will no longer do business with coal mining companies.
After listening to radio comment to that effect I’ve thought of going to cancel my business with that bank, but it’s too much work.

Best thing might be for as many people as possible to go to that bank and open a new account with $100,
then after the next public braying that they, the bank of honour, refuse to lend to a coal development everyone could go in on the same day and cancel those accounts, and say why.

There might be a hundred people on this blog who might do that for a stir.

Locally in the Hunter valley the Red Energy group is talking about building a gas fired power plant the Local national parti has put out the proposal that they want to build a new HELE Coal fired plant, much more attractive to local miners.

Lots of potential to push back against this ugly monster.

In 2018 from memory there was an unusual newspaper article about a small group of Australians (engineers?) who were travelling to Japan to visit a new technology coal fired power station recently commissioned at the time.

It is based on an improved High Energy Low Emissions system with what would be called an exhaust gas reticulation valve in a Diesel engine, the emissions are recycled resulting in an energy boost and therefore lower emissions released.

The so called renewables industry here and their government, state and federal, supporters choose to ignore this even better than HELE technology advancement for replacement of ageing coal fired power stations here.

When the area of land required to theoretically replace all of our power stations with wind and solar, plus “firming” back up systems and feeder transmission lines to the main electricity grid is calculated it becomes clear that by this measure alone a wind and solar grid future is impossible to achieve. And then consider the cost if it was possible and practical.

I read a couple of years ago that an engineering association in Great Britain had advised the government that if the internal combustion engine fleet was changed to electric vehicles theoretically to generate the electricity with wind turbines would require the on land and coastal areas of Scotland to achieve. They were not recommending it, just pointing out how impractical it would be.

The politics behind renewables is pure manipulation for new world order purposes and along the way crony capitalism wealth creation.

          330

The late UK physicist Sir David McKay often would warn people about the huge tracts of land necessary for renewables. One illustration he gave was that to provide biofuel to cars on a not heavily trafficked road one would need crop land for 10 miles, on either side, to provide all the fuel necessary.

As an engineer I am sickened by the complete inability to look at the whole of the problem, and see that renewables are a complete load of rubbish. Yet Scomo and the clown car brigade are signing up. Some of the LNP pollies do understand it but are being shoved aside by the Dave Sharmas, Tim Wilsons – people who simply have no idea whatsoever of technical issues. The Left seem to have this strange idea that the laws of physics can be circumvented at will and that telephone number costs are somebody elses problem.

But I firmly believe that cooling temperatures over the next 10-20 years will be a rude awakening and eventually kill off the whole stupidity. It will be interesting to see how long the BOM and co can keep “homogenising” and massaging figures to continue with “hottest ever” and “unprecedented” temperatures..

Also fossil fuels are only the tip. All smelting must stop, so no more metals. Smelting is using carbon to remove oxygen from metal oxides. So no metals for our windmills, solar panels, cars. No heating, no cooling, no plastics, no refrigeration, airconditioning, chemical industry. CO2 or ozone killing gases everywhere.

Then concrete. Concrete making is a chemical reaction from calcium carbonate, burned to produce lime. You know concrete, the essential stuff which builds our roads, our overpasses, tunnels, piping and holds our bricks together, so it’s back to log cabins. Except that without metals you cannot cut wood. And goodbye reticulation and dams. Rainwater caught in your hands then.

And then it seems all the animals on the planet are at fault. Herbivores have to go. All of them. Except the cute ones.

              So no meat.

Now what to do about those 7 billion people, an extra 5.5 billion since 1900 emitting as much CO2 as a billion cars. All have to go.

Then the planet will be saved? It’s perfectly fine at the moment. At what point did any of this make sense?

Dennis says propaganda but I say ignorance. It has been necessary to abolish history and science from the curriculum in order to produce the sort of dumb kids who follow Greta. The same ignorance explains why no journalist ever asks a Matt Kean (of renewables replacing coal infamy) how his numbers add up. We had blackouts in Sydney on Australia day because people were home and had the AC on. Only people in their seventies have had a decent education. Everything since has been window dressing.

In my opinion climate change hoax, warming trend creative accounting, emissions reduction targeting focused on CO2 and much more are all segments of a political plan for new world order. The inevitability of gradualness – a socialist Fabian Society saying. All to fool and condition the people to accept and to be grateful of being saved from a failing planet.

The crony capitalist globalists are cashing in on the wealth creation opportunities presented to them which are given government priority support.

Those politicians are not interested in anything other than implementing the agendas.

By the way, UN Agenda 21 (2021) was changed to Agenda 30 (2030) but more recently 2050 has become their target date timing for completion.

Many people think the Paris Agreement is not a legal treaty, the UN knows otherwise:

                https://unfccc.int/process-and-meetings/the-paris-agreement/the-paris-agreement
“The Paris Agreement is a legally binding international treaty on climate change. It was adopted by 196 Parties at COP 21 in Paris, on 12 December 2015 and entered into force on 4 November 2016.
Its goal is to limit global warming to well below 2, preferably to 1.5 degrees Celsius, compared to pre-industrial levels.

To achieve this long-term temperature goal, countries aim to reach global peaking of greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible to achieve a climate neutral world by mid-century.
The Paris Agreement is a landmark in the multilateral climate change process because, for the first time, a binding agreement brings all nations into a common cause to undertake ambitious efforts to combat climate change and adapt to its effects.

Implementation of the Paris Agreement requires economic and social transformation, based on the best available science. The Paris Agreement works on a 5- year cycle of increasingly ambitious climate action carried out by countries. By 2020, countries submit their plans for climate action known as nationally determined contributions (NDCs).”

I realise that the psychology of individuals can have a hugely blinding effect on people. But you’d think it’s so obvious by now that no self deception could work in the face of the reality we see.

Australia Day AC use in Sydney led to blackouts, but it looks like we won’t see many days like that here as it has been a very cool summer – except for a couple of brief warm-hottish stretches of a few days or so. That said, once the BOM gets its hands on the data, Sydney will have once again had its hottest ever summer, and the grid held up despite the extreme temperatures throughout.

The Left wing journalists quickly bury anything that could possibly assist Australia in using our best by far energy asset..coal..eg the breakthrough in CCC at RMIT, that converts CO2 to solid carbon at room temperature.

For a few days that research outcome was hailed in international media as a step change in CCC research …their enthusiasm being at the thought of a geo-engineering application …using it to pull CO2 out of the atmosphere…to complement their ‘must-have’ windmills and solar panels….nothing said about using it in conjunction with the wicked HELE coal plants…so that we could have a reliable energy supply.

Since then there’s been nothing about it …and has never been anything at all about it on Australian on-air media as far as I know.

I don’t know whether it’s working out or not …but seems an awful lot of people don’t want it to…after all, solving the CO2 ‘problem’ without being able to use their hoax as a pretext to force the democracies to surrender their sovereignty and submit to Global Socialism….is kryptonite to the Left

But the greatest thing all decent thinking Americans can do is dump Twitter and go to Gab or Parler, dump Facebook, stop using Google and gmail (I use DuckDuckGo all the time now and find it far better particularly if searching for covid, climate change or political articles.) and get off Chrome onto Brave or other browsers.

See Tony Hellers clip that he found of Tulsi Gabbard and her comments. https://realclimatescience.com/2021/01/tulsi-gabbard-minces-no-words/

Whilst I disagree with Tulsi about her assessment of the “riot” on the Capitol (when police open the barriers for you and usher people in I get suspicious…) she is dead on with her other observations on prominent compromised civil servants and politicians. I personally was disappointed when Tulsi left the Democrat race, but she was forced out because she was actually sensible and did not have problems attacking Big tech….

Tulsi Gabbard seems far too sensible to be in the modern ‘Democrat’ party at all.

What the Democrats are proving to the world is that they know they did not win the 2020 election.

All of their actions are those of a regime that’s taken the country not by election but by force and malfeasance…and must now hang on to their power by force and malfeasance.

They chose a revolutionary means to their ends of tyrannical power over the lives of Americans….more akin to Castro than to a party that presumably wants the world to think it’s legit.

So now they want to legitimize their Fascist power grab in an effort to make the world forget about their fraudulent means ..with their troops at the Capitol they hope to force us to concentrate on what they need a gullible world to swallow as justification for their means.

In order to do that more than half of all American voters have to be cast as dangerous domestic terrorists posing a clear and permanent danger to law and order and to the average Americans that they all are..

The Cabal has a huge task with that considering the danger their own program and their doddering Trojan Horse poses daily to the average American family with his malevolent pen .

Only a party that has come so much to depend on being able to lie with impunity…placed as it is above the law by its lawless FBI/CIA enablers…could possibly think that people around the world who are watching the horror they’re creating would see the Democrats as anything but a deranged totalitarian junta unleashed by the deadly confluence of a sociopathic communications sector…rogue deep State and many members of the judiciary who are at best cowardly …at worst subversive of democracy and the enemy of the people.

We’ve all got skin in this game…where goes America go all of us….and our ‘leaders ‘are treating us with similar contempt….even while making a show of being democratic leaders…so we all need to be demanding answers of our smug snake oil salesman posing as a PM…eg is what he sees happening in the US now and over the last few months his idea of democracy …and why didn’t he have a tiny fraction of the guts Trump has…and see to it that Australians were able to use HCQ and Ivermectin…and how many died because he wouldn’t allow it etc etc.

Tulsi plus The Donald would be a great combination for a third party presidential team. Her socialist economics would be countered by the establishment economic traits of The Donald. In short, they would act as a check against each other’s worst tendencies and combine on the important areas of rule of law/constitution, political correctness and the voice against The Swamp

And the five Senate RINOs include ex-Presidential candidate Mitt Romney whom Trump backed into reelection. He just hates Trump because Trump did what he could not, despite his wealth. Collins, Murkovsky are people compromised by their liberal constituencies and hanging by a thread. But Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania have a lot of explaining to do.

Through his Presidency, Trump was crippled by turncoats, most notably Republican leader of the Congress for two years, Paul Ryan who stopped Trump at every turn despite being on the same side and is now on the board of Fox News and turned even Fox against Trump. The difficulty is that the money on the side of big IT, Banks, Wall Street is so good and the Hollywood parties are even better. Never have the people of America been so betrayed by their elected representatives.

As for boycotting businesses which push gender, critical race theory, BLM, AntiFA, vote rigging, just do not buy their products. They will notice. They have people doing nothing more than watching sales. And if half of America boycotts, they will change their tune overnight. Actually, it all works.

Big business treats people as malleable idiots. Just treat them the same way and walk away. And that includes IT companies. They are accountable to their shareholders and if their share value drops with traffic, they will change overnight. It’s all about the money.

Trouble is: in a small community, with cameras , you become very vulnerable to sanctions: then what?Corner sotres , where, price, etc. But for the Masses in the “great ” cities, you may well get away with it. Cn just see it in France or Germany ( real Enviro nutterland) for starters, Anti anti-meat or anti-chemicals in food, etc. “save the farmers, save ourplaner – eat veg, eat insects, etc …. CHAOS ensues. but at grass-root level, if done on a big enough scale, would get noticed. Hull! – in NW Scotland a small school started the anti-Plastic straw campaign and look what’s happened.

Sorry folks. Check the date on the complaint. The incident occurred when? Under which president? Biden was not in office. The attempt is to hold the office holder in power then, accountable. For his actions, then. Another big prevarication, Dems called the proud boys to action? They could call, but, a proud boys work for soros? Neat! My only take on this, roberts should be fired for refusal to do his duty. But, he would have lent a hand to the Dems, to keep them presenting evidence, not opinion.

    04

    • #
      Ed Zuiderwijk

Impeachment is, by definition, an attempt to remove from office. That removal has been effectuated already by the voters. Therefore the whole circus is moot, UNLESS the Demos consider that the removal has not taken place. That is, that implicitly the Demos consider that the vote has not happened and therefore that the current potus is an imposter.

The logic of the situation would mean that the Demos consider that Trump is still in office and that implies they consider that the election result was void. Mr Trump’s defence will be full of dynamite.

    Why are they doing this?

Could Democrats have another reason to impeach Trump and ban him from ever taking office again?

Imagine Trump is impeached a second time and subsequently barred from taking office again and then the truth comes out, that the election was switched (no blame attached to Biden, naturally). What to do then? Trump is barred from ever taking office again…

And why is Biden pumping out executive orders at such a rate? Is he (are they?) worried he may not have much time before things catch up with them?

    150

    • #

No. The Dems are a vindictive lot and are simply seeking revenge for the defeat of Hillary. The beauty of their hatred of all things conservative is that it will eat away at them until they are destroyed. For those of us who believe in God we wonder whether he is on the side of good or whether he just lets us make mistakes but then He does work in mysterious ways. Think on this. We know Trump won in a landslide, likely by ten million votes. If he was now POTUS the Dem controlled House and Equal Senate ( although the Senate election in Georgia was probably rigged as well) would spend the next four years impeding any progress. As it is most people are aware that Biden is a pretender and his win was fraudulent. The Dems are overtly showing their criminal colours and I would think are alienating not only Republicans but good thinking Democrats. Trumps loss has also exposed the depth of corruption in the swamp and who the main players are. IOW the enemy has been well and truly outed along with their supporters and the rats in the ranks of the Republicans. Trump can now begin the cleansing of his own party in preparation for a return. State legislatures now know who to be dumped and realise they can no longer entrust election law and control to governors and SoS. The great reset espoused by the Democrats may well become the great reset of the Republican Party which will emerge much stronger and much more cohesive.

It will be a lesson for us apathetic Australian conservatives to follow. Why do we allow a Matt Kean to ruin our electricity grid? Yes a Coalition government is preferable to an ALP one but only if it represents conservative values and common sense. Gladys has handled the CCP virus quite well but she still allows full term babies to be killed. She allows Kean to come up with crazy renewables ideas, she allows our schools to teach utter crap, she kills commercial fishing with marine parks. Just who does she fight for? Not for me.

        I agree Lawrie….

We have to out Morrison and his Photios comrades now…

There’s nothing conservative about either Morrison or Gladys … Australia is led by the Left….the GreenLabor Left and the WetLeft LNP.

Australia may as well be a one-party state because our only voting options are hard Left ..or Wet Left doing hard-Left policy….it’s the only reason his polls are good IMO ..the Left are voting for him to get their policies done for them.

I wish Tony Abbott would form a new conservative party, and take the ‘N’ out of LNP.

There’s no way the WetLeft Libs can win on their own…

If conservative Libs defected and Tony Abbott formed a coalition with the conservative Nats…One Nation preferences could get them into government.

It’s the only way to repair Australia IMO.

The MSM would be almost all in the GreenLabor camp …but it’s up to us …conservatives…to try to counter that with reason and reality….and the reality of what happens to a country when gullible people buy the lies and propaganda the media wants them to buy is inescapable and incontrovertible in the US example.

Australia can’t be led by a creature who just goes along with stolen elections…the shutdown of freedom of speech and the death of democracy in supposedly allied countries in order to get along with the international Socialists.

That’s a massive betrayal of us by our leader …and betrayal of decent law-abiding Americans.

I want Morrison to answer questions for once in his life without the snake oil…eg what is his explanation to the Australian people and the American people….especially Trump supporters…for the fact that via his Photios faction comrades…under the Turnbull/Bishop regime with him as Treasurer…Australia and DFAT did more with DFAT’s subversive London scam to interfere with and catalyse the destruction of the Trump Presidency than Russia and China put together.

Both Australia and America deserve an answer to that…

Which heads at DFAT are going to roll…when will Trump and Papadopoulos get their public apologies….from Downer…DFAT….Morrison and Australia….broadcast in no uncertain terms around the world?

Morrison proudly sez he’s in sync with Europe on the Paris accord and CAGW…and I haven’t heard him say a word about Trump being refused access to DAVOS by the evil Gnomes of Europe all rolling up in their private jets…when the murderous Chinese Communist Dictator for Life and slave-owner…is being duchessed around the place and is the keynote speaker.

I want to know why the smug and feeble PM doesn’t demand an explanation from the gnomes re why they grovel to a dictator who’s broken numerous contracts with Australia …is stealing international territory and militarizing it….stealing IP…spying and unleashing a deadly virus on the world …..bragging about his ‘nine dashes’ noose around Taiwan and the international shipping lanes…etc etc ..and why the people of the world should believe a word the Gnomes of Europe try to flog to us re their CAGW hoax or anything else …in the light of their grovel and duplicity..

        We owe them zip…zero…zilch.

I want to know why Morrison who has zero mandate for doing anything that the UN demands on the Paris Accord…when asked at an election Australia has voted against it…he knows that and defies the will of the people …again..and again….why is he so eager to kow tow to the UN and Europe as he hurtles Australia down the suicide path to energy insecurity as the only country on the face of the earth whose government is forcing its citizens to struggle to survive on totally weather-dependent electricity with weather-dependent props.

Neither smug and pugnacious Morrison nor his good mate Turnbull…no one has ever gotten a mandate from the Australian people to make Australia completely dependent on the most undependable thing on earth…the weather …when all of Australia’s trading partners and competitors have multiple energy options in big hydro…nuclear…and connectors to neighbouring countries that have all the options .

Morrison intends …no matter what he says about keeping Liddell open…he intends Australia to be 100% dependent on weather-dependent electricity…and he intends to pay Communist China and other foreign carpetbaggers with our TPM…to generate our Mickey Mouse intermittent electricity. .

    Don’t just sit there.

    Wife: pulled Facebook account.
Me: I pulled everything off of LinkedIn (I’ve been on there since early 2000) except I left a statement supporting Free Speech and the Evil power of Big Tech (as my new career). Every one of my Linked associates got my political message because I “changed” jobs! I can continue using the platform to spread information in support of anything I like including focused boycotts etc. by simply changing my “job status”. I removed all my previous work history. Since doing so I have had an increase in “views”. Daring Huh? Imagine if everyone starts doing this with their LinkedIn account?

I plan to be very vocal with any business that becomes a “canceler” and even more; offer support of any business that is visibly anti-cancel On this we need to act fast lest the cancelers get an even bigger foot hold. The hell with Antifa! how about ANTICA?

We need/could use a public clearing-house place to list businesses that are pro-free speech and anti-cancel. (yes I see the irony of cancelling anti-cancel) We need to very actively push back against this dark force. Especially banks and insurance companies. They need to know right now what they risk financially if they dare to go “Cancel”.

IT IS TIME FOR A REAL VIRTUE SIGNAL CAMPAIGN!

By The Way, if you need secure communications; you can still Order up a “land line” telephone line and get yourself and like-minded souls, old-school fax machines then devise a code system to send messages by fax. (for example start by sending a page from a large book then use that page to select letters by row and column to spell out your message during any other communication. Change pages often. You can key shift the alphabet and so-on then type a message and send by fax. The fax message itself is pretty hard to de-crypt in transit and adding a layer of simple code will stymie all but the NSA and even there you’ll make them have to work pretty hard.

Conservatives in the USA have only one avenue to get things right. Starting in the swing states, they must demand controlled access to the voting machines and the ballots. A team composed of the group that audited the machines and software in Antrim County MI, and the Jovan Pulitzer team who analyse the ballots should be retained to do an audit. At one week per state, an answer would be available within two months if the swing states were in play, and all 50 states could be done in one year. Early results could be used to challenge the election, and overall results should identify any and all ways that cheating occurred among the states. I don’t understand why the state governments (legislatures) cannot access the data. They set the rules for elections. I don’t understand why state courts won’t force access for legitimate parties. I don’t understand why groups of peaceful but noisy Republicans are not protesting every day outside the buildings housing the machines and ballots. Drive them nuts! Set up a go fund me to hire the audit teams. $1 X 74m voters should do it. Instead, this issue festers – and it could explode the way the democrats are plowing forward with the slimmest of mandates. One might even think that they know they could lose all three branches in an honest audit.

I don’t understand a lot of things. Maybe that is because the American border is 120km south of where I live, and we have to register and show IDs before we can vote, and voting other than in-person on election day is restricted and controlled. Pretty simple solutions based on common sense.

Aussie experience – we have compulsory election voting state and federal. Also local municipality for ratepayers. There is an electoral roll which you are encouraged to join when you turn 18. I would say high 90 % of people would do this. On election day you are required to at least attend a polling station and get your name crossed off the electoral roll to show you have attended. Generally no ID is required. You dont necessarily have to vote. I have a couple of friend who get their names crossed off and then dont vote!! Large fines if you don’t vote without a proper excuse or if you vote multiple times ( fraudulent voting) Your vote is recorded via pencil and paper- no voting machines. I have often been critical of our seemingly “archaic” voting system. However, after watching the recent dog’s breakfast called the US Presidential 2020 election I’m thinking our system is not so bad. 🙂

“Judge restrains Bidens order to restrain US govt from restraining violent illegal immigrants”

Some lawfare on this point could become interesting. Under article IV of the US constitution, the federal government must protect each state “against Invasion”.

A state suing to cancel Biden’s order might argue that illegal immigrants are “invaders”.

Under the Biden climate plan, America will be discouraging U.S. energy independence, starting with suspending Federal Oil and Gas Permits, encouraging the shuttering, and halting of further fracking efforts in America, and the cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline. As a result, China just received an unwarranted gift of industrial and military advantage.  America’s most serious competitor can now look forward to Canada’s oil flowing across the Pacific on tankers, rather than south to the U.S.A. via the safer, cleaner, and more efficient pipeline.

Why not boycott China? It’s all about China.

Why is China not forced to reduce CO2, close factories, push up electricity prices, stop buying coal, making concrete, buying cars? How is the biggest polluter in the world in every area able to play the victim with any credibility? And now officially railing against economic warfare, cold war and bullying? It’s breathtaking.

And a lot of the US businesses from Hollywood to Google are driven explicitly by trying to please China. And we in Australia are currently being boycotted and threatened as next after the invasion of Taiwan. And still our politicians are trying to shut down our coal, pretend aborigines were slaves and there are 200 genders. The cold war is already happening and Premier Daniel Andrews is doing his own private deals with opportunistic communists like himself. And the Wuhan Virus did not come from Wuhan. Of course.

      I beg to differ, TdeF.

This not “all about China”. China is the proxy warrior/enemy. The real enemies are those who made China what it is today. If you trace it back you’ll see it has been the close knit international bankers.

Who taught Mao his revolutionary ideology?

Who advised him how to prosecute his cultural revolution?

Who gave the US and the rest of the West the idea – must have also, legally or illegally, bribed and blackmailed key politicians and media if they were reticent to execute it – to transfer our manufacturing and technology to China?

The West is being played, China is the proxy warrior but don’t discount that China could turn out be the ‘golem’ that will get out of control or no longer be useful to the desired outcome. In that case, and I believe it’s most probable, it’ll be destroyed just like the West. West and the East will be the ashes on which a NWO is built.

Of course the real owners behind the curtain may achieve the same outcome without global destruction by slowly grinding us to dust by these policies of sabotage that we see all around us such as AGW etc etc. But make no mistake they’ll also be willing to execute a big war if need be to deliver humanity into their hands in the aftermath.

Having said that, I agree we should deal with China. Stop exporting to China and prevent them from owning assets in Australia.

And our immigration policy must change.

Part of the manipulation by the owners I refer to above has been to reorganise global economy to make every nation interdependent and racially intermixed. It makes for bonds that are more difficult to extricate.

Don’t forget the Chi-comm influence in all this, especially now that Beijing’s agent is now US “President”.

A lot of American companies are producing China Communist propaganda or complying with Chi-comm demands for censorship, including the Hollyweirdos.

    For the sake of transparency.

I’ve had to change my identity and email registration here to avoid automoderation. Moderators tell me that probably some other online ‘bot’ or ‘application’ has me ‘marked’ and if follows me here to auto moderate my posts.

My former board identity is “Boris” with the black avatar.

GD, yes, it makes any meaningful exchange difficult as posts wouldn’t appear until several hours later.

Changing your name spelling didn’t work but email address did. It will happen again if I use that email for other sites that are Google penetrated.

          Hmmm. Google you say?

Do you remember their original motto? “Don’t be evil”.
I wonder if they were doing the usual Democrat word reversal. “Do be evil”. They Always say the opposite of what they mean. Bah! I’m just talkin’ smack.

If there was ever a bot that followed you, it would be facebook and google.

I noticed last night while doing some google searches, that when the search comes back blank, as in no articles were found, it identified me by my gmail679 account. Which I must state clearly, I’ve never opened a gmail account.

This is how they track you you. Google tracks anonymous people via a gmail account they create just for that purpose, and facebook opens a facebook account in order to track your every move and page you visit.

FB is insidious. I have an account that I haven’t used, nor wish to, for several years. I originally allowed the women in my life to set it up so I could see how our baking app was travelling. Big mistake. Anyway, I’ve been told that it’s nigh on impossible to have an account removed so I haven’t bothered.

I’m going to isolate online accounts in different browsers and keep them separate and never cross them over.

I’m thinking of converting my Android phone to a Linux os. Just haven’t tried it yet on spare Android phone.

Trump initiated the insurraction act. Trump has never conceded the election. I would let the trial proceed and fail because it is unfounded. The election was fraudulent. That fraud will remove Biden as courts will eventually have to consider the evidence. That will surely make Biden’s inaugaration illegitemate and what does that do to his EOs? Democrats know this! That pushes their behaviour. They are running scared. Trump is quiet letting this sham collapse. Then to the courts. Taking down Parler only proved Trump’s order is legitimate and preceeds Jan 20th.
This is far from over. Fredom is under attack in this modern war. The Democrats lost many of the battles they started and the inaugarration battle was illegal and the 2020 election battle is still in play. Currently people like Prof. Clements and videos prepared with witnesses are compelling. Democrat hatred is not as motivating as their fear Hunter’s laptop. Nancy’s laptop is returned but who has the data copies?
BLM and ANTIFA are clearly behind Jan 6 and Pelosi knew. They even messed up the timing on that and John Sullivan proves who plotted the Jan 6 invasion.

Sadly, there is no way they’ll remove a sitting President, even if it is proven beyond all doubt that he was fraudulently elected. There is case law for this in the US whereby politicians have been proven to be fraudulently elected, even to the satisfaction of the court, but courts have ruled that removing a fraudulently elected official would be too disruptive.

Each case has to be treated on its merits. This has outstanding controversy. Trump did act while still POTUS. The Biden laptop data was hidden by the FBI. Nancy with BLM and ANTIFA sabataged Jan 6. Biden is an illegitimate POTUS. His son’s laptop proves Biden has deals with China. The Chinese are now flying bombers in Taiwan airspace. This is far more than minor fraud. Courts did not hear evidence.
        There is np precedent.

I do not know how the act Trump carefully legally invoked has been removed. Trump had to use Parler to publicise the invoked act. Parler was removed by the swamp. after the event.
Surely the removal of Parler justifies Trump’s action. He remains POTUS until the parties he named are brought to account.
Removing Parler did not resolve the parties Trrump named guilt. Many actions before and since prove Trump’s act was needed.
It states that he remains POTUS until those parties are called to justice.
          Watch this unprecedented space.
Why are troops in Washington? Are the troops loyal to Trump who they know is still their legitimate commander in chief?
Let the senate try him but don’t argue about him not being in office. Prove he was not guilty.
Prove, with the texts that NYPD, FBI and others were aware of BLM and ANTIFA were invloved. Those texts from Jan 4th make it highly unlikely that Nancy did not know.
The plan was to prevent debate on relevant states and worked.

Donald Trump did not invoke the Insurrection Act 1807 – in order to overturn the 2020 presidential election, or for any other purpose.

I do not know definitively that there was no election fraud (it’s always hard to prove the negative), but I am deeply sceptical. And anyway, my view (and everyone else’s on the Internet) doesn’t matter at all.

Donald Trump’s Department of Justice said there was no fraud. All 50 states certified that they ran fair and honest elections, and certified their electors as per the regulations. A majority of these states (including nearly all the swing states) had Republican officials.

More than 60 cases and 85 judges | justices failed to rule that there was any electoral fraud.

I just don’t know how much more assurance anyone needs that the election was legitimate, and Joe Biden is the legitimate president.

It is constitutionally impossible for the Supreme Court (or any court) to remove Joe Biden as president now that he is sworn in. It is over.

A president can only be removed by impeachment, by the 25th Amendment, and I guess if you apply extreme prejudice, by assassination. None of these is likely to occur.

The point of the impeachment trial is to see whether sufficient Republican senators are willing to remove Trump from the party by barring his running again – and therefore to give it “clear air” for its campaigns in 2022 and 2024. There are young and ambitious aspirants.

And even if Trump is acquitted by the Senate, the Democrats probably believe they have still had a win for two reasons:

      1. Trump is still in the mix, and could contribute to Republican Party tensions and chaos for a few more years;

      2. Democrats have campaign fodder to use against GOP senators seeking re-election in 2022 – “These senators refused to convict the person who incited riots and attacked our very democracy on 6 January” – or words similar to that.

But anyway, the 2020 election is over, and Biden is in the Oval Office and cannot be easily removed, notwithstanding the wilder commentary one sees.

Name one case that heard the evidence. Lok up Propessor Clements coments before theu are removed. This law prof has been through all the case details and finds the judges technical excuses to avoid seeing the evidence cowardly.

Name one case that heard the evidence.

I don’t think this is the point. There were obviously good procedural, legal, technical, and merit reasons why the cases did not progress.

Why do YOU think that the 60+ cases didn’t get to first base? This is a genuine question – as a neutral I also find it extraordinary that it occurred this way.

Of course I don’t think there was an anti-Trump conspiracy, or cowardice. And nor were the judges concerned about social unrest – they only care about good law.

I have worked in a legal environment for almost three decades … the law is a hard taskmaster, and you have to be good to succeed.

Trump had the most ludicrously incompetent legal team imaginable … ranging from Four Seasons Landscaping through to the Kraken. And I particularly liked the “10 to the quadrillionth power” or whatever it was, to describe Biden’s odds of winning the six swing states.

I trust you appreciate just how embarrassingly awful they were. No wonder Trump didn’t win a thing … these people couldn’t have defended a parking ticket.

Tiba, I repeat, name one single case where the judge found a reson to hear the evidence. Prof Clement has been through them all and cannot find a valid legal technicality to avoid hearing the evidence. Clements shows evidence and states, placing his job on the line, that to say good compelling evidece is abundant. Further denying the evidence is dishonest. Read and listen to his video. He won’t be sacked as that would lead the evidence into court and Democrats fear th evidencegetting to court. . They even feared 7 states being debated Jan 6. That was sneaky, cunning and the time is allowing Republicans to realize how the debate was prevented. Prof Clements shows proof. Others prove John Sullivan’s lies and involvement in Jan 6.

(70 out of 75 million Democrat voters a week after Confirmation): Hey, wait a second, I voted to get rid of Donald Trump, not his making-America-greater-than-before energy/employment/tax/immigration/foreign affairs policies! Excellent approach to woke businesses. Not only hit their balance sheet, but full trolleys with notes is a direct viewable protest. Too many leftwing brainwashed useful idiots are parroting that Trump destroyed the economy by renegotiating the trade agreements with foreign powers especially tariffs on Chinese imports. Of course because they no nothing about economics and are fed selected information by approved media activists, they can completely ignore that the woke virtue signalling of corporate America is doing greater damage thru cancel culture. A great ‘passive’ fightback almost impossible for woke spin doctors to display as the exact opposite, which is their method in their propaganda war.
