There’s no evidence of election fraud because it’s illegal for election officials to provide it

US Flag, Flying. There is no evidence anyone cheated in the US 2020 election — and we know that for sure because there is no evidence anyone was honest either. There is just no evidence. They’ll sue you if you ask for evidence. Indeed it would be illegal if they provided some evidence. War is peace. Black is white, and ballots are not for counting.

The people in charge of the election in Maricopa County Arizona are so sure they did their job honestly and well that they sued the jumped up domestic seditionists who wanted an audit. That would be the Arizona Senate. But what would they know about elections?

Maricopa County Preventing Valid Audit of 2020 Election Results

by Joe Hoft, Gateway Pundit

A month ago the Arizona Senate voted to have the audit performed and the MCBOS sued them to stop the audit. Then once the inauguration occurred the MCBOS agreed to have their results audited but they would select the auditors. This was so the MCBOS could choose an auditor who would rubber stamp their results. The MCBOS even stated they would only use EAC certified auditors which limited the population of auditors to the two firms of their liking but then we pointed out that these firms weren’t currently certified.

So yesterday the Arizona Senate decided to stop playing games and they decided they would choose the auditor to dig into Maricopa County results themselves.

Now the local Phoenix News outlet, ABC15, is reporting that it’s actually illegal to hand over any actual ballots to an auditor.

What looks guilty but never gets caught?

Thanks to Panda, after much searching he found one news story mention of the Maricopa County situation.

    No-one expects the Spanish Inquisition!
This whole business looks like a Monty Python sketch. In fact the USA election would make a great satirical sitcom. Who has the guts to make it? Who would let it be shown? Maybe just a stage play to be performed in basement speakeasy’s.

Robert tells me that he’s planning to use luminescent rainbow paint, applied with a left-handed paint-brush, for the unicorns while the orchestra providing the backing music will be dressed as tin men (like that chap in “Through a Looking Glass”) in tin foil. Their hats will be particularly shiny.

The great question of China’s Maoist experiment now looms over the United States: Why did a powerful society suddenly start destroying itself?

What Are the Cultural Revolution’s Lessons for Our Current Moment?

Western intellectuals and artists would have felt much less sympathy for the Devil had they heard about the ordeals of their counterparts in China, as described in “The World Turned Upside Down” (Farrar, Straus & Giroux), a thick catalogue of gruesome atrocities, blunders, bedlam, and ideological dissimulation, by the Chinese journalist Yang Jisheng. Yang mentions a group of elderly writers in Beijing who, in August, 1966, three months after Mao formally launched the Cultural Revolution, were denounced as “ox demons and snake spirits” (Mao’s preferred term for class enemies) and flogged with belt buckles and bamboo sticks by teen-age girls. Among the writers subjected to this early “struggle session” was the novelist Lao She, the world-famous author of “Rickshaw Boy.” He killed himself the following day.

There were other events that month—“bloody August,” as it came to be called—that might have made Foucault reconsider his view of Maoism as anti-authoritarian praxis. At a prestigious secondary school in Beijing, attended by the daughters of both Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping, students savagely beat a teacher named Bian Zhongyun and left her dying in a handcart. As detailed in a large-character poster that was adopted by cultural revolutionaries across China, one of the indictments against Bian was her inadequate esteem for Mao. While taking her students through an earthquake drill, she had failed to stress the importance of rescuing the Chairman’s portrait.

The surreal events of the Cultural Revolution seem far removed from a country that today has, by some estimates, the world’s largest concentration of billionaires. Yet Xi Jinping’s policies, which prioritize stability and economic growth above all, serve as a reminder of how fundamentally the Cultural Revolution reordered Chinese politics and society. Yang, although obliged to omit Xi’s personal trajectory—from son of Mao’s comrade to China’s supreme leader—nonetheless leaves his readers in no doubt about the “ultimate victor” of the Cultural Revolution: what he calls the “bureaucratic clique,” and the children of the privileged. Senior Party cadres and officials, once restored to their positions, were able to usher their offspring into the best universities. In the system Deng built after the Cultural Revolution, a much bigger bureaucracy was conceived to “manage society.” Deeply networked within China’s wealthy classes, the bureaucratic clique came to control “all the country’s resources and the direction of reform,” deciding “who would pay the costs of reforms and how the benefits of reform would be distributed.” Andrew Walder, who has published several authoritative books on Maoist China, puts it bluntly: “China today is the very definition of what the Cultural Revolution was intended to forestall”—namely, a “capitalist oligarchy with unprecedented levels of corruption and inequality.”

The great question of China’s Maoist experiment looms over the United States as Donald Trump vacates the White House: Why did a rich and powerful society suddenly start destroying itself?

The Trumpian assault on the West’s “olds” has long been in the making, and it is, at least partly, a consequence of political decay and intellectual ossification—akin to what Mao diagnosed in his own party.

Trump failed to purge all the old élites, largely because he was forced to depend on them

      Speech and Sedition in 2021

The progressive press decides that dissenters should be suppressed.

      By The WSJ Editorial Board

Most Americans learn in school about flagship political excesses in U.S. history like Joe McCarthy’s 1950s inquisitions, the post-World War I Red Scare and the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798. Yet a recent Washington Post opinion piece purports to explain “what the 1798 Sedition Act got right.”

The law banned a wide range of political speech and publication. It was passed by the ruling Federalists to suppress the rival Democratic-Republicans, whom they saw as seditious. The Post piece argues that though their solution was “flawed,” the Federalists had reason to worry about “unregulated freedom of the press.”

We highlight this as one example among many of the emerging appetite for viewpoint suppression among journalists, intellectuals and Democrats in the wake of the Trump Presidency. They increasingly see domestic enemies wherever they look, and are devising ways to use levers of power to restrict, regulate and boycott opposition. It’s an extraordinary and ominous turn in a democracy.

Only non-divisive sources will be allowed, such as those that compare popular media outlets to an “extremist madrasa.” A former Facebook executive was more straightforward when he said on CNN, “we have to turn down the capability of these conservative influencers to reach these huge audiences.”

The trend arrives when one party runs nearly all of Washington and has the loud support of virtually every elite cultural institution and many of the largest corporations. Social-media firms increasingly respond to government pressure in content decisions. With progressives filling out the administrative state, expect politicians and regulators to find new ways to put their thumb on the scale.

The liberal temptation to define their point of view as the only legitimate one—to view themselves as “the government,” rather than one of two parties—is growing stronger.

Amid the summer Black Lives Matter protests, prominent media outlets, universities and corporations underwent internal purges as leftists made demands of liberals. Now conservative figures and institutions are under fire from society’s commanding heights.

The problems of polarization, lies and political violence are real, on both sides. America’s leaders should reach for the country’s best traditions, not its worst, in pursuing a better civil society.

        From the Comments

Sides and parties don’t matter. Truth matters. Who determines the truth? It shouldn’t be the team with the ball. It shouldn’t be the other team, either. It’s better in the long run to expose lies than it is to silence them.

That’s not the problem, the problem is the mainstream media burying and distorting the truth.

        And the corollary.

If you only follow the mainstream media, everything they say is the truth.

Why Hasn’t The House Held Hearings To Establish “Incitement To Insurrection”?

      JONATHAN TURLEY
Res ipsa loquitur – The thing itself speaks

There is a tendency in Congress to follow the litigation rule not to ask witnesses questions that you do not know the answer to in advance. However, the absence of hearings on Trump’s role is glaring as the House managers claim that many in the Senate do not want to hear the truth. There are two houses of Congress and the Democrats are in total control of the House.

There has clearly been inquiries and limited testimony but very little information has been made publicly, including information that is clearly in the possession or available to the House. Instead reports indicate that the House is building what was described as an “emotionally charged” case before the Senate with cellphone calls and witness testimony rather than evidence focusing on the intent element. I admit that I have the bias of a criminal defense attorney but that is not a case for conviction. It is a case of public appeal.

The House has held hearings on the riot but those hearings seem weirdly tailored to avoid core issues related to the trial. For example, U.S. Capitol Police chief Yogananda D. Pittman testified but did so in a closed session. She reportedly apologized to Congress “and the American people” for the obvious securing failures on Jan. 6th. She also said that they were aware of the danger of a riot in advance but failed to take adequate steps” “Let me be clear: the Department should have been more prepared for this attack.”

This is the same pattern with the first Trump impeachment when the House waited weeks demanding witnesses that it could have called or subpoenaed before the House Judiciary Committee. It did nothing and then denounced the lack of testimony on key issues. Both trials turned on intent and the House could not expect to prevail without such evidence. It was like a case of planned obsolescence in building a case to collapse.

It seems as if this second impeachment may also be prolonged as all of Trump’s lawyers have quit. They appear to have the same views on Trump’s unproven claims of a fraudulent election as did the lawyers that rejected all but one of his 62 lawsuits.

Trump is being deserted by lawyers as they are able to determine that he has no evidence to back his claims.

Trump Announces Legal Defense Team for Senate Impeachment Trial

On Sunday, President Trump announced two highly respected lawyers will be heading up his impeachment legal defense team. The former president stands accused of inciting the U.S. Capitol riot earlier this month.

Two lawyers, David Schoen and Bruce L. Castor, Jr. will defend the president in his second impeachment as Democrats lay out what is sure to be a case built heavily on emotions. Schoen has already hit the ground running, working with the former president and his current advisors in preparation for the upcoming trial.

Both lawyers agree the current impeachment case is unconstitutional.

“I consider it a privilege to represent the 45th President,” said Castor. “The strength of our Constitution is about to be tested like never before in our history. It is strong and resilient. A document written for the ages, and it will triumph over partisanship yet again, and always.”

“It is an honor to represent the 45th President, Donald J. Trump, and the United States Constitution,” said Schoen.

The Office of Donald J. Trump provided bios for the two attorneys:

Yeah well … it seems they have “interesting backgrounds”. The five lawyers who quit would not agree to push the election fraud line … it will be interesting to see if the new duo will.

It seems pretty clear that it is totally constitutional to conduct a trial after someone has left office, if the aim is to rule that the defendant can not hold public office again.

Clearly, the end of a term, or a well-timed resignation, could not be allowed to thwart such a sentence if the Senate feels that the defendant warrants it. It’s totally constitutional, it seems.

Also, Ian, it’s WAY more likely that the Trump lawyers who have decamped have a weather eye on being purged, after the event, by the bolsheviks and assorted marxist-leninist rabble who now have controls of the levers of govt, and therefore professional registration bodies, such as that for lawyers.
And that assorted rabble can now call in from the newly-installed Fraudulent of the United States of America whatever markers it wants.

Trump doesn’t need evidence to back his claims. The onus is on the evil left and they have no evidence, just like the first time. Even in the broken justice system there, one is innocent until proven guilty.

But they have all the evidence they need. In the week leading up to the riot, several hardware stores ran out of 1/2″ fibre washers and Vanuatu had rain on a Thursday morning.

Trump doesn’t need evidence to back his claims.

In general, a defendant doesn’t need to prove their innocence, the prosecution has to prove their guilt. However the point here is that (according to informed sources) Donald Trump wants to use the trial to lay out his argument that the election was fraudulent.

The five lawyers withdrew from the case because they did not wish to pursue that line – there are significant penalties (both professional and legal) for lawyers who say things in court that are untrue or unsubstantiated, and the five weren’t prepared to do it.

If the Democrats line of attack is going to be that Trump “incited” the mob – not just on the morning of 6 Jan, but for weeks prior – Trump wanted his defence to be that the election was stolen, so I was justified.

The lawyers wanted none of it … they wanted the defence to be based around the constitutionality of the trial of an ex-president. But there is nothing in the Constitution that says an impeachment trial is moot if the defendant leaves office – and clearly it couldn’t have that loophole.

Steve at 1.4.1.3.1. Hence we have to admire the courage of the lawyers that have accepted Trump’s defence case.

I was impressed by Trump’s lawyers of the last 3 years. That they should cut and run shows just what pressure the ethical people of the USA and all other Democracies are facing. People still in the workforce are in a position of having to choose to defend the livelihoods of their families, stay quiet on the evil and offensive decisions that are being taken aiming to permanently control their lives, their freedoms of thought, action and speech, even when those issuing those controls are totally outside the limitations of the constitutions of most democracies. Such retreat means, in the end, totalitarianism over one’s existence is guaranteed.

There is no longer a half-way-house. This is immediacy. The destroyers of Democracy have just 2 years grace to take control of everything in the USA before they can be tossed and hopefully – but totally unlikely -be presented to fair Courts where Justice is blind with her scales. This has inferences about how the Republicans have to totally clean out their old overstayers, wealth beneficiaries of the failed system.

Arizona is my adopted State as of ~5 years ago…

I fled KommieFornia, the beautiful Sate I was born and bred in. My family goes back three generations. (Don’t seem like much, but remember, CA didn’t really get civilized until around the gold rush in 1849).

Three damn generations. When I was a kid my friends and I would bike to Chavez Ravine to watch Dodger Stadium get built. I saw Interstate 5 get built from my bedroom window. My fraternal Grandmother was born in the late 1800s on a dairy farm that’s now part of Pasadena. That’s how far back I go.

And now I see the same sort of systemic corruption and rot set in in AZ.

At 68- years old, I’m just glad I’m prepped and armed best I can to endure the onslaught that’s coming. That “armed” part, I would never be allowed to do in CA. At least, not I the manner I’ve done.

I weep for my home State, but I would never go back. Not for a minute. Not one thin dime of my money will ever again go to those bastards.

Let’s hope a better caliber of person takes the reigns here in AZ in the very near future.

I suspect I am one of many here who are anxiously looking forward to the Arizona Legislator’s complete audit of the last election in Maricopa County I was heartened that they rejected the partial audit of just the machines which by now would be forensically cleaned and thus confirm the certification by Ducey and the Board of Elections. As Pulitzer stated the truth lies in the ballots themselves and the Board knows this hence it’s reluctance to grant access as if it is the supreme being in the state. Since that county contains 62% of the state’s population it is basically a state audit. There would be a number of other states looking on with interest even those who believed they had a fair election. I would also warrant that Dominion is very interested in the outcome. I fear that some dirty work will be afoot and that the MSM will keep any adverse findings quiet. The latter point is of interest because for the first time less than 50% of the American public trust the MSM. Only 35% trust Twitter.

I’d have to guess about 95% of Americans who mainstream media call “far-right” want only to work for a living, keep most of their money, raise their kids in peace, get them a good education without left-wing indoctrination, own a nice home & be left alone. You know, “extremists.”

        Tilba Tilba

I would agree with a lot of that – although it applies to almost all people, not just “the 95% of Americans who mainstream media call “far-right”. There could be a debate about what “a good education without left-wing indoctrination” might entail.

the problem is of course, that much of the (especially white) working and middle classes have had their present and their future scuttled, their unions trashed, and their jobs shipped off-shore, and many of the lifestyle and material aspirations from say 1950-1990 are no more.

Trump won in 2016 because he spoke to this large mass of disaffected people – and they are a big group. Hillary Clinton lost because she was seen as too much as an insider, and part of the political elite. And she assumed she had the working-middle class vote … and a lot of people who ought to have voted for her voted from Trump.

People got angry and minorities on both sides were vocal and on the streets.

But both the 2016 and the 2020 elections were virtually a tie – which shows how deeply (and fairly evenly) the country is divided. Where it goes to from here is very hard to predict. Personally I think the whole federal government edifice needs to be overhauled, but it’s hard to see that happening.

The Justice System Is Rigged Against The Right

Our justice system promises to treat everyone equally and be blind to political pressure. But taking over a government building as a protest is only illegal if you’re wearing a MAGA hat.

The infamous “Zip Tie Guy” was denied bail this week. Eric Munchel, who went viral for carrying around zip ties during the Capitol riots, was deemed too much of a threat by a federal judge to be allowed out of jail. This order overrode a Tennessee judge granting bail to Munchel.

Why was Munchel deemed a threat? According to federal prosecutors, the zealous Trump supporter needed to be held because people died in the riots (even though they couldn’t prove Munchel’s involvement in any of those deaths), his opinions make him an extremist, and he allegedly was part of a group that yelled at a reporter. The only solid evidence of criminal wrongdoing is that the defendant walked around the Capitol without permission—he didn’t bring the zip ties and there is no evidence he attempted to kidnap lawmakers. That still won’t draw any retractions from media outlets that claimed this foolish demonstrator was a terrorist mastermind bent on abducting the entire Congress.

Even though we grant bail to rapists and murderers, Eric Munchel was apparently too dangerous to be set free. And, as the prosecutors admitted, it was due to his politics. The same federal judge, Beryl Howell, also denied bail to the man who put his feet up on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s desk. Howell said the Trump supporter, Richard Barnett, didn’t deserve bail due to his “entitled behavior.” The powerful need to teach the plebs a lesson.

Many of the Capitol demonstrators committed crimes, but most of them don’t rise to the level of terrorism. Walking around a federal building and taking selfies isn’t 9/11. The arrested demonstrators are facing far more serious repercussions than any other group of rowdies, however. Authorities are even prepared to file sedition charges against some of the Capitol stormers.

No wonder they don’t want to check the vote count. They are projecting their own hatred, but they know they are guilty. Their own conscience convicts them.

And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

The 600,000 vehicles could replaced by 1,200,000 EVs so, for each one in use, they can have one being charged. After all, Mr Musk has to get a return on his investment.

As well audit of health records will be banned, so the public will have to believe what they are told about how successful Biden is in stopping Covid.

If the Arizona legislature is being denied the votes for auditing purposes because it’s ‘illegal’ – change the law…

If that’s the law, then the law is unconstitutional. The US Constitution make state legislators controllers of federal elections.

It is good see this. I hope the senate has to take them to court and it turns into a fight going up the latter all the way to SCOTUS. And force the other states to fix this mess.

The Constitution is now comatose and the SCOTUS is a fraud. If they are not revived and restored to their original state soon they will be dead and buried. The only way to restore the Republic under the Constitution is for the whole election to be ruled and act of Insurrection and the perpetrators arrested for treason. Good luck with that one. Look it’s pretty obvious the US is heading for a collapse in the next few years unless something dramatic happens, like the above. Then and only then will the Constitution be restored so that future elections are conducted properly with complete transparency. What most people don’t realise is the US Constitution is actually the only thing holding the US together. Without it all is lost and it’s free for all as far as the states are concerned.

Harley, it wasn’t just a recount that was required. If you recount counterfeit money, for example, you still get the same amount. What was in question were such issues as eligibility to vote such as underage, dead or non-citizens voting and no signature matching on mail-in votes and even more seriously the injection of fraudulent paper or electronic votes into the count.

How many thousands of ballots where the only vote on the entire ballot was for Biden were recounted? IMO any ballot marked with only one vote should be rejected. How did Biden get so many more votes than other democrats on the same ballot – and some losing? How did Biden get 15 million more votes than Hillary and the great and powerful 0? Why is there video of 30,000 votes change from Trump to Biden in the blink of an eye? Why was vote counting stopped in 5 states with Biden losing big but when resumed Biden took a commanding lead? Why are Republicans being accused of election interference for challenging the election results when the dims did the same thing in 2000, 2004 and 2016?
Why was the accusation of an anonymous whistleblower enough to impeach a president but sworn affidavits of citizen witnesses rejected?

There were close to 3,000,000 ILLEGAL votes across the six swing States. Illegal, never mind fraudulent.

These votes included – dead people – underage people – false addresses – out of state voters – double voters – votes counted before the date stamp on the envelope – illegal voters and so on.

No evidence if these illegal votes were for Biden or Trump (odds are ……) but they were ILLEGAL and should have voided the election in those states.

Even if only 50% of these votes had been for Trump he would have won all six States and the election.

Harley, when and where were the accusations proved false? Prof David Clements examined them and is disgusted with technicalties used to prevent examination of the evidence by his profession. If you count illegal votes many mny times you get the same total.
If you audit rolls, addresses, 200 people with the same phone number, signature matching, dead people voting, envelopes vanished, truck loads of unfolded postal ballots crossing state borders and the sworn evidence then the fraud is obvious.
Similarly, David salvaged some of the video re Jan 6th. The police BLM and ANTIFA cooperated.
What was the point? Nancy did not want discussion on 7 states and the ‘riot’ even sucked the Republicans in.

Prof.David Clements of New Mexico has gone through all the applications for hearing evidence and is ashamed of his legal profession. He finds the lack of legal standing to consider the evidence cowardly absurd. To claim they could not consider the cases because they were political is nonsensical.
Harley, read the evidence! Prof.Clements says to say there is no evidence is a blatant lie. There is plenty of evidence.
Clements has put his job on the line but gives his integrity higher priority.
NM won’t sack him or even address his podcast. Democrats are desperate to keep this out of courts where perjury has consequences.
Clearly videos show police cooperated with ANTIFA and BLM on 6 Jan. Some Trump supporters were sucked into it. Emails are evidence advising ANTIFA how to dress as Trump supporters. The buses used for ANTIFA are filmed. The motive was clearly to prevent 2 hour debates on the fraudulent states. The Democrats won that on the day. The war is not over.
The Trump charge is a baseless sideshow. I hope Trump uses the ‘trial’ to expose both frauds the election and Jan 6.

Richard Denison debated Chris Monkton. Denison spent 6 of 10 minutes talking about a skin lession and 10 doctors recommending removal and 1 doctor saying leave it. Which doctor would you trust. Monkton let it go. I told Monkton I thought he should have said, None of them and want a biopsy!” Chris felt it was to stupid to even mention. Perhaps he was right. Morgan’s did 2 polls on the debate. 1 with the actual audience and 1 with the TV audience. Participants stated for, against or undecided. There was a 15% swing to Monkton. Harley your retort is just silly. You’re just feebly reiterating the same outright denial from your previous posts. Evidence does exist, to say otherwise is risible, and yes, in all probability, far more would be uncovered if access had been granted to equipment, records, etc. in a timely fashion.

The courts would, in an honest world, not be intimidated into hiding behind the misuse of legal devices to avoid hearing the evidence, and be allowed to judge if that evidence proves election fraud. I do not presume it is conclusive of fraud.

President Biden has been part of the problem in Washington for a half-century. Yet, apparently, he just discovered China.

Charles Hurt: As Biden Proclaims ‘Strategic Patience,’ China Is on the March

“We want to approach this with some strategic patience,” White House flak Jen Psaki cautiously explained this week when asked about the president’s approach to the world’s most populous country whose communist government is hellbent on destroying America.

“Strategic patience” is diplo-speak for “do nothing,” “ignore problem” and “pretend does not exist and hope goes away.”

“Strategic patience” is usually followed by “need to learn to speak Chinese!”

In the White House press briefing room, Ms. Psaki went on to say that Mr. Biden needs to “conduct reviews internally, through our interagency …” she trailed off. Then she apologized for not drinking enough coffee that might have helped her more enthusiastically convey Mr. Biden’s sleepy strategy of “strategic patience.”

“I stumbled over that,” she admitted. “I needed a little more coffee before I came out here, I guess.”

        Oh.

        My.

        Goodness.

This is going to be a long four years.

You thought keeping up with the frenzied pace of President Trump was tough. Just imagine how hard it is going to be to shift the engines down slow enough to stick with Mr. Biden.

Pilots call it “engine stall.” How do you say that in Chinese? Also, can someone please translate “Sleepy Joe” into Mandarin?

So, Mr. Biden’s strategy is to do nothing, ignore the problem, drink more coffee, talk to Congress and “most importantly” let other countries set our foreign policy for us.

Oh, my. This is even dumber than we thought.

And here is the problem. While Mr. Biden and Ms. Psaki and America enter this new period of “strategic” hibernation, China is on the march.

This is nothing new. They have been on the march pretty much the entire time Mr. Biden has been part of the problem in Washington.

Even more amazing is that Mr. Biden wasn’t just part of the problem when it came to foreign policy. He was THE WHOLE problem.

Why is the Board of Supervisors trying to stop a ballot audit? If they believe the election was without flaws they would welcome an audit just to be able to say ‘We told you so” when it vindicated them. The board must now have doubts and Ducey must be wondering if he certified a dodgy election. They should all be worried for conducting and certifying a dodgy election is a Federal crime punishable by jail time. Added to that is the knowledge that both the Board and Ducey were given multiple opportunities to do their own audit well before January 6th particularly when numerous calls were alerting them to the fact that dead people were voting as well as other anomalies. The big fear is that if this audit goes ahead then other states may do the same. Since the states have the jurisdiction over the conduct of elections the Feds cannot get involved and if they try everyone will realise the truth; China Joe is a pretender to the throne.

More power to the Arizona Senate. Courage to the Georgia Senate. Hopefully the fightback continues. The SCOTUS might say it is too late to change the winner but what real power will the Democrats have when it is known they cheated? Laughing stock at the minimum.

The Hill: Higher Gun Sales Partly Due to ‘Spotty Unrest’

On Saturday, The Hill reported on the record surge in firearm sales and suggested that “spotty unrest” since the 2020 presidential election is a partial factor in the rush to buy a firearm.

The column in The Hill, written by Jordan Williams, opened with: “Gun sales are on the rise across the U.S. with some experts predicting that gun reform policies championed by the Biden administration as well as the continuing uncertainty around the pandemic will keep gun sales high in 2021.”

In addition to President Joe Biden’s promised gun controls and the coronavirus, Williams mentioned, “protests over racial injustice from last summer” as well as “months of spotty unrest” following the November 3, 2020, election as reasons for the surge in gun sales.

National Shooting Sports Foundation’s Mark Oliva told Williams there is no reason to believe gun sales are going to begin tapering off.

Oliva said, “There’s every indication that it’s not going to slow down anytime soon. I think if you walk into any retailer right now, you’re going to see that gun case and that gun shelf is still pretty sparsely populated. That tells me that there’s still an unmet demand.”

Ironically, the number of shooting victims in South L.A. rose 742 percent during the first 16 days of 2021, even though an “assault weapons” ban and universal background checks are in place.

Surely the fact that the Left and their useful idiots, including corrupt election officials, don’t want a proper audit is prima facie evidence for fraud?

If there were no fraud, there would be nothing to worry about. The Left could then laugh at Trump’s side for false accusations against the Left. An audit that disproved fraud would also be able to provide confidence that the person appointed as President was, in fact, legitimate and it would give stability and confidence in government.

If the Left had been honest, they would have absolutely nothing to fear and everything to gain by a proper audit.

    Hijacking the Clown Car

The GameStop revolt should serve as a message to those in charge: you are loathed by ordinary Americans who are struggling to get ahead.

America, in many ways, has become a clown country.

We lack borders, societal cohesion, shared values, trust in one another, a common culture, and a clear direction for our future.

One could argue that we are more of an economic zone than a nation-state. Multinational corporations park their assets here, and those assets are managed by the ruling class oligarchs to the benefit of the corporate plutocracy and the detriment of the common man. That’s why Walmart can move into your town, sell products at a loss to bankrupt the small businesses, and then jack its prices back up after it successfully kills off the competition.

There’s no system of checks and balances for this pernicious behavior. It’s the “free market” at work, we’re told. If you don’t like it, you can just bootstrap your own multibillion-dollar retail giant.

Politicians are on the other side of the ruling class coin. They are pimped out by their friends in big business in exchange for campaign donation kickbacks, and they pull out all the stops to ensure their pimps get paid. Wall Street, which publicly trades behemoths like Walmart, is the biggest, baddest pimp on the block. Along with securities, Wall Street has been buying and selling our politicians for decades, and everybody knows it. The only time the peasant class—you and I—have a say in any of this, is when the politicians and the plutocrats nearly crash the world economy, and we’re forced to say “yes” to a massive taxpayer-funded bailout to keep their scheme afloat.

The people who are supposed to represent honest, hard working Americans long ago dropped the façade that they are even trying to make our lives better. They represent special interests while they attempt to keep us, the cattle, busy so they can rob us of our milk. It’s been working like a charm.

In our clown country, only the ruling class is allowed to win. If the ruling class is not winning, it will simply change the rules of the game.

They did it when coronavirus hit, deciding that every American could vote by mail for the first time in history, which helped them install their obedient, manchurian candidate. And just as the ruling class expected, Joe Biden sat idly by and watched as other members of the ruling class changed the rules of stock trading to benefit themselves.

GameStop Politics: Democrats’ Hubris And Abusiveness Will Lead To Their Own Short Squeeze

There’s some political equivalent here. I don’t know what it looks like yet, but there’s only so long the rapid destruction of jobs and the economy and political persecution can continue without the political equivalent of a short squeeze on Democrats.

Which got me thinking about the significance of GameStop in this political environment.

It could serve as something of an inspiraction and outline for how to push back against the political equivalent of the short-selling hedge fund billionaires — the smug, aggressive, and abusive Democrats, liberal media, and leftist activists who feel invulnerable to challenge, who brag about how they are going to purge the deplorables from public life, deprive them of the ability to earn a living, cancel them from life and the internet. They are ascendant, taunting people, trying to criminalize political opposition to the party that controls both Houses of Congress, the presidency, higher education, increasingly elemenary and secondary education, the entertainment industry, and Big Tech.

The expectation of having honest politicians is wishful thinking. And the last subject a politician would be honest about is elections — that’s how they get their jobs, so they want people to think elections are fair, and honest. They don’t want to find election fraud so they never look for it. Unless someone confesses to election fraud in public, the fraud will remain hidden.

Sometimes there is a forced hand recount. They are always close to the machine counts. And then state politicians declare there was a tiny counting error, and they fixed it. But the hand recount just verifies that tabulating machines counted every vote, or close to every vote. Half the votes counted could have been from illegal aliens and unregistered voters, but a hand recount won’t find those.

Patrick Byrne and his team believe they have very strong evidence of large scale election fraud:

Interesting read – basically saying Rudy and his team of lawyers were a disorganised rabble, put Sydney Powell on the outer and ignored the evidence his team had gathered, instead going after constitutional technicalities through the courts.

      Thanks Ando, fascinating read

As the weeks ticked by this late summer and fall I became increasingly conversant with characters who were convinced we were on the edge of a massive election steal. They had meetings arranged with DHS in their state, and briefings were taken at least twice in September by DHS and propelled up the chain of command…. only to be killed from Washington. In particular, a portion of DHS called CISA (“Cybsecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency”) put the kibosh on further meetings. This was odd because election security is within their mandate: one might have thought they might be interested. And let me remind the reader, this was not just a ragtag bunch of misfits (“pajamahadeen” as they are sometimes known): these were professionals with extensive federal backgrounds, with all kinds of experiences of and certifications in matters cyber.

Then November 3, the night of the election, everything they had been predicting to me would happen, happened. For now, let me confine myself to a brief gloss of the oddities that stacked up, which were all instantiations of things they predicted might occur.

Ask your local political science professor to explain why it is the case that to steal the national election one does not need, “widespread election fraud”. If the professor is honest, you will hear, “Because instead of widespread election fraud, it only takes deep election fraud in six cities to flip the swing states they are in, to thereby flip the electoral college, and to thereby steal the election nationally. Those cities are Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.”

And what do you, know, on November 3, election night, vote counting in precisely those six cities took unprecedented turns. As James Woods put it elegantly, “Since when do they just stop counting votes on election day in America?” Yet that happened in various ways across precisely those six cities (it is hard to remember now, but in early November it seemed strange to everyone that they stopped counting votes on election day in those cities, though it has been normalized since)

Legislators legislate, regulators regulate but in a period of moral decline who regulates the regulators?
    The final line in the Chris Krebs CISA joint statement;
“When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”

Proud Boys Leader Outed as Long Time FBI Snitch and He’s the Tip of the Iceberg

What is missing from this story is the extent to which the Proud Boys have been penetrated by the FBI. For instance:

Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys extremist group, has a past as an informer for federal and local law enforcement, repeatedly working undercover for investigators after he was arrested in 2012, according to a former prosecutor and a transcript of a 2014 federal court proceeding obtained by Reuters.

The records uncovered by Reuters are startling because they show that a leader of a far-right group now under intense scrutiny by law enforcement was previously an active collaborator with criminal investigators.

Even if the US ever again has fair or free elections, which is highly questionable after the coup de’état, the damage Biden’s handlers will have done to the US by the time of the next election will be so extreme that recovery might be impossible. Recovery was almost impossible after the damage Obama did. More damage might not be so recoverable.

Plus by then, Iran and North Korea will have nukes, China will have invaded Tawain, and China will have consolidated their takeover of the South China Sea.

They probably will also have released the next version of COVID, this time with a deadly payload, against which their own citizens will be immunized.

Also, the US will be highly dependent on imported oil and gas because Biden is shutting down domestic exploration and fracking. And don’t forget Killary gave away a good amount of the US uranium supply as well.

At the rate Biden’s controllers are spending money the Greenback will become worthless as well.

Conservatives will be unable to communicate via Big Tech, by phone, Internet or other means.

General Trump who will lead the Second American Revolution will communicate to his troops and other patriots by off grid digital communications technologies such as LoRa and mesh networks and digital encrypted modes on amateur (Ham) radio. Plus of course, old fashioned techniques like face to face talking.

Yes, some dramatic event will be required to have evne half a chance of restoring the US Constitutional Republic otherwise it will crash and burn like all previous empires. Given history repeats, the latter is inevitable but in the meantime I can’t see how millions of Americans will sit by and do nothing while their Constitution is being destroyed, and their hard won freedoms taken away. Something big has to happen, even if in the end the US collapses. Even the Roman Empire didn’t die quietly.

The Trump Comeback Begins: The Plan to Make Trump and America Great Again

      Wayne Allyn Root

I am the author of the bestselling book “TRUMP RULES.” My book identifies the top 10 rules that made former President Donald Trump one of the greatest winners in world history in business, branding, real estate, celebrity, television, publishing and politics. Trump is the only person in world history to reach the pinnacle of all of those fields. And the only person to become both a billionaire and president of the United States. It’s not a bad resume.

Many critics think Trump’s winning streak ended with a presidential loss. I disagree. I know the man. I understand the man. I know what comes next. It may be Trump’s greatest chapter yet.

Simply because Trump is relentless. He may be the most relentless human in world history. The secret to Trump’s success is “the art of the comeback.” Every time he is given up for dead, he makes the biggest comeback yet. He never gives up or gives in. He finds a way to turn lemons into lemonade. You can’t beat someone like that. You can’t bet against someone like that. As I always say, NBAT: Never Bet Against Trump.

Before I get to the details of the comeback, let’s define “winning.”

In some ways, his defeat was empowering. As president, Trump couldn’t get rid of RINOS and never-Trumpers, because he needed their votes. But from the outside, he can remake the party, elect allies and end the careers of the GOP traitors who stabbed him in the back. Are you listening, Rep. Liz Cheney?

Trump should recruit, endorse and campaign for Trump Republicans in each GOP primary where they’re running against RINOS, never-Trumpers and backstabbers. Seventy-four million Trump voters will vote for his chosen candidates in GOP primaries. By 2022, the GOP will be 100% remade in Trump’s image.

Secondly, Trump should spend the next four years fixing voter fraud at the state level.

Thirdly, Trump needs to raise billions from his billionaire backers to build TMN: Trump Media Network.

Let the Trump comeback begin. Seventy-four million of us can’t wait.

An Australian senior politician and cabinet minister at the time remarked that our conservative (Liberal and National) parties tend to fight in accordance with the Marquis of Queensbury fighting rules, while their leftist opponents fight with gutter tactics.

However, there is also a saying that it is wise to fight fire with fire.

That is true but the problem is when opposing sides want to win an election by fraudulent means it will quickly escalate into violence and possibly civil war. A better option is to have truly open and honest elections but I doubt that is ever possible under the current climate where even the SCOTUS treats the Constitution as trash.

    A Good Question for America

This is what should have happened in the USA..
It seems the Asians are a little less tolerant of election fraud !

Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been detained in an early morning raid along with other senior ruling party figures.

The South-East Asian nation’s new parliament was due to meet today for the first time since the November election
A spokesman for the winning National League for Democracy says elected leaders have been “taken”
It comes just days after Western powers warned against attempts to “impede Myanmar’s democratic transition”
The South-East Asian nation’s new parliament was due to meet today for the first time since the November election, which was won in a landslide by Aung San Suu Kyi’s party.

But the country’s military claims the election was marred by fraud.

Now there are reports that soldiers have been deployed outside city hall in the main city of Yangon.

Phone lines to Naypyidaw, the capital, were not reachable in the early hours of Monday.

A military spokesman did not answer phone calls seeking comment.

This is not rocket science… the CCP and the Myanmar military are in cahoots. Have a look at a world map, and remember that Chinese and Indian forces have been involved in border skirmishes. The CCP needs Myanmar to be a buffer state when they take over Taiwan and SE Asia.
When (and not if) this happens, China will be in a strategic position to attack India. Then what? Maybe the Neville Chamberlains of the appeasing Western World will finally wake up to the CCPs goal of global domination (but that’s just a maybe, considering we have that waste of space Biden as POTUS).

As a stab-in-the-dark guess, I suppose it’s illegal to hand over votes for an audit because those votes are sensitive property crucial to the proper conduct of an election. Fair enough BUT, surely there must be provision for an independent body to adjudicate in disputes. Otherwise the process allows for cheating.

Banks have loads of sensitive information and they are audited without fuss.
