Trudeau faced a tricky choice: he could stop forcing people to get injections-they-don’t-want and the Truckers would all go home, problem solved, but he would look like a loser. Or he could trample, spray and beat them, and steal their money instead. So he did.

When journalists and old women are attacked and police bear down on protesters with the cavalry, pepper spray and batons, we would expect most Western leaders to speak out, and most serious mastheads. Here’s the Wall Street Journal. Note the others in the coming days (or lack thereof).
Trudeau’s Destructive ‘Emergency’
The truckers protest could have been handled without abusing the law.
The Editorial Board, The Wall Street Journal
Protests aren’t emergencies, and Western leaders had better get used to handling civil disobedience firmly without traducing civil liberties. Mr. Trudeau criminalized a protest movement, deputizing financial institutions, without due process or liability, to find and freeze personal accounts of blockaders and anyone who helps them. These extraordinary measures are a needless abuse of power.
Toronto limited the problem by closing downtown roads. Blockades at crucial border crossings were allowed to drag on and cost the North American auto industry hundreds of millions of dollars. Yet when police finally acted, border blockades dispersed peacefully, no emergency powers needed. One ended with handshakes between police and protesters.
Weak responses to civil disobedience have hurt Canada for years. New gas pipelines are increasingly stymied by blockades, often by green or aboriginal activists. On Thursday men wielding axes attacked a pipeline drill site and its workers in British Columbia. That’s worse than anything the truckers have done.
Yesterday, 20 masked people, some with axes, attacked a gas drilling site in British Columbia, casing wanton destruction, risking serious injuries:
Coastal GasLink site in B.C. left with millions in damage after ‘violent attack’ by masked assailants wielding axes
RCMP are investigating what is being described as a “organized violent attack” on pipeline workers, police and equipment at a Coastal GasLink drilling site near the Morice River in northern British Columbia.
The Coastal GasLink pipeline, which will connect B.C.’s shale gas resources to LNG Canada’s export project in Kitimat, is almost 60 per cent complete.
“In one of the most concerning acts, an attempt was made to set a vehicle on fire while workers were inside,” said the company in a statement. “The attackers also wielded axes, swinging them at vehicles and through a truck’s window. Flare guns were also fired at workers.”
It’s not clear which group did this violent assault but they aren’t truckers and nobody seems to care. Will their donor’s bank accounts be frozen?
Fittingly, the US Convoy starts next week:
US Trucker Convoy Organizer to Newsmax: Thousands Expected to Join
Thousands of semitruck drivers are expected to take part in the coast-to-coast “People’s Convoy” to protest government COVID-19 mandates starting Wednesday, Feb. 23, says organizer Maureen Steele.
“We have well over 1,000 truckers. I’ve lost count right now and I know it’s going to grow,” Steele told Newsmax’s “Eric Bolling: The Balance.“
“Our support staff is enormous. We have the Unity Project and they have hundreds of nonprofits that are under them so they literally have thousands of people helping pull this event off.
h/t jojodogfacedboy, Lance, bobby b, MM From Canada, many more.
This issue is of course remarkably divisive.
We form up into our teams — the “CBC team” posts an article that protestors are attacking police and their horses, while the unsubsidized media posts videos of the police on horses riding into a crowd and knocking people down.
The CBC team of course would not be caught dead watching video posted by some unpaid live-streamer from the protest site.
This gulf can not be bridged with arguments.
But it can be bridged.
I don’t say much to people, other than “This feels un-Canadian to me.”
Let them figure out their own thoughts about how the situation is being handled and what other choices there might have been. If they are still on team CBC, well, some day excessive powers will be used against them for one of their thoughtcrimes, and they will understand. Too late, but that’s life.
Please honk, or your local equivalent. Please find peaceful but effective statements appealing to the higher ground, the values and principles that unite us and build safe societies.

I don’t see how Trudeau can back down without losing face and being ousted from govt. So I guess he will battle on. The physical forces arraigned against the protestors was overwhelming. Couple that with the threat of having children and pets removed and the truckers bank accounts closed and insurance removed and you would have to be pretty brave to stand up to the authorities. It depends on whether more of the locals come out to support the truckers but I suspect their patience is wearing thin and the desire to fight for freedom must be equally balanced by the desire to get back to ‘normal.’
The second video down is pretty good, featuring an aghast American reporter asking the head of “Rebel news’ as to why this outrage is going on. Worth the 10 minutes.
Some of the tactics used by the police looked uncomfortably like that used in Victoria although I don’t recall armoured cars being used.
411
What makes you think Trudeau would care what people think of him after he leaves office? Wikipedia and the media are on his side, they now write our history.
He, like a lot of politicians, is “set for life”. He knows he wont be held accountable for anything, even if normal people end up in gaol for lesser offences.
Are the protests futile? absolutely not, I am in full support, but to expect anyone except minor functionaries to be held accountable (and rewarded for their loyalty later) is wishful thinking, in my opinion.
340
I needed a laugh.
As if anybody with any sense believes Wikipedia or MSM!
Unfortunately a sizable percentage of the population probably do believe MSM. What is worse is that they probably use Wikipedia as a ‘fact check’ site!
150
It’s not about having sense though, it’s about interests, not everyone cares about politics, and when they do look something up, they probably use wikipedia, or they google it, and are directed towards the MSM first.
I think it’s a mistake to believe that the “masses” are stupid when it is more likely a matter of priorities and interests.
50
I think you are probably correct James. Although I would also say that the population are quite apathetic to a lot of issues that they should not be.
110
It’s amazing how all those Melbourne Freedom Protests have now been forgotten. Memory holed. All the same tactics are being used by Ottawa police and then some. The Canadian police have the Bearcat armoured cars just like all the police forces in Australia have. There was a big marketing ploy into the police forces of the world a number of years ago. A lot ( like Victoria) signed up. Bearcat armoured cars, plastic bullets, riot gear, LRAD sound weapons plus lots others. Then there are the tactics as well. Media blackouts around the protests, infiltration by provocateurs, media bias. Cutting of food and water to protestors. Even disallowing toilets. Siege type tactics where you basically wait out the protestors who get either get bored, hungry or thirsty. Then there are the more subtle type psychop type tactics. People recording police saying they are sympathetic to the protestors which creates a perception that its not the “police” fault – they’re just following orders etc. I’ve seen that already with these Canadian protests. It happened in Melbourne as well. Unknowingly, people record this on their phone and post on SMedia and become part of the whole process.
230
Everything happening in Canada either has already or will happen in Australia.
141
Armoured personnel carriers were indeed used in the Melbourne freedom rallies.
https://www.reddit.com/r/policeporn/comments/ptji5w/victoria_police_cirt_utilising_a_lenco_bearcat_in/
241
Indeed they did and the worst act was firing upon unarmed protestors that sought refuge at the Melbourne Shrine of Remembrance that has the true imperial foundation stone representing the realm of 1900 Commonwealth Constitution, this unlawful act by a foreign occupier on Imperial land is a war crime and the sooner people wake up to the fact there are two Commonwealths they will begin to understand.
231
If the Polish could beat the old Soviet Union in 1981 then Canadians can do the same to Communist “Not so True-doo”…………..It is just a matter of time now………………………..
90
Trudeaus plan is to end this by eventually making it economically unfeasible. He has aggressively moved to block money flowing to the truckers, freeze their bank accounts etc. Basically he knows that they can’t just sit around indefinitely.
What he doesn’t understand is that a trucker with a cab really needs nothing but food and fuel and they can stay anywhere indefinitely. This is why the protest is already of extreme length and will likely lost months.
When it becomes clear his economic sanctions won’t work, expect the next phase which will similar to what was done in Vicdanistan – protesters will be cornered and herded into dead ends to be mass arrested. By doing this he will slowly start clearing the streets and start blockading against the fuel and food.
He is already working on a system where cars and public transport are not going to operate unless you have a special social pass for workers/residents of the area. Very similair to how the police shutdown the street and public transport in Vicdanistan.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10530603/Riot-cops-clear-final-Freedom-Convoy-protesters-Trudeaus-Ottawa-doorstep.html
I don’t know how many truckers accounts have been frozen or the status of those who donated to them, so that will be interesting to watch over the coming days. Trudeau has used a very large hammer to crack this nut. I wonder what other world leaders make of these actions? Perhaps he will get a contract for training the authorities in China and Russia on how to subjugate their population?
Surely Trudeau can not now seriously invoke his liberal views complaining about anything those 2 countries do from now on? He has lost any moral authority he thinks he may once have had.
340
Trudeau has certainly gone down the same path as dictators of last century who ended up facing International Criminal Court.
180
The arrival of Fascism on the streets of Canada is certainly of no interest to the Australian government, otherwise we would have heard from them.
110
It looks like Trudeau’s paramilitary police and those of his comrade, Dictator Daniel Andrews of Victoria (Australia) must learn from the same school of “ultraviolence”. What a disgraceful way to treat peaceful, freedom-seeking demonstrators.
Imagine if the same thing had happened to a bunch of Leftists. Of course, there would be outrage, but Trudeau or Andrews woukdn’t dare touch them.
410
Even when Trudeau draws up the rules that this protest must follow to be lawful to follow, he used violence against checking to see if they were lawfully to be there.
Certainly doesn’t seem like it was for the health and well-being of it’s own citizens.
Getting trampled with a walker certainly shows that this was set for violence rather than checking people’s identification for being in the area legally by Trudeau’s own orders.
220
I expect alot of lawsuits flying from the exemptions list that the law enforcement didn’t check anyone’s identification as everyone is roughed up and rounded out.
Especially from that unfortunate Mohawk Elder who was trampled by the horses on her walker.
She was on the exemptions list.
190
There is a suggestion that the emergency powers act has been designed to apply only to white people
https://summit.news/2022/02/18/trudeaus-prohibition-on-protests-exempts-refugees-immigrants-and-ethnic-minorities/
That sounds very unlikely until you read the actual wording of the act
113
I am so shocked that a “woke non-racist utopian Leftist society of Trudeau’s creation” is racist. (NOT!)
Trudeau himself is a racist (blackface), and look at people like Leftist idol Che Guevara (https://www.heritage.org/political-process/commentary/el-che-the-crass-marketing-sadistic-racist), the National Socialists, the horrific attitude the Left have of Black conservatives (e.g. the treatment of Candace Owens, Ben Carson, Larry Elder, Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Allen West and Sheriff David Clarke etc.), and virtually all Leftists are racist against white people, even if they are white themselves, etc..
160
A bit of a mistake David. I believe you have been tricked into associating the fun of a masquerade party with racism. Do not be tricked.
The foolishness and hypocrisy of Trudeau has been exposed by his criticism of cultural appropriation not by his participation in the joy and mirth of dressing up. H/T to the memory of Peter Sellars
41
I cant speak for David, but it’s no secret that “right wing” politicians or equivalent are lambasted for innocuous actions, such as dressing up for a party, or just for quoting other people.
What’s wrong with wanting to apply the same level of accountability to Trudeau and his ilk?
Anyway, I think Trudeau is just as racist as most of the “progressive” left. they judge people by skin colour, and are routinely guilty of “the bigotry of low expectations”.
70
Do you really think the despot government, the broken law system and the anti-freedom police in general give a damn about the law? The will use the law to their advantage, not to the advantage of the people fighting for their freedoms.
120
100 years of democratic indoctrination, “The government is us; WE are the government, you and I” “Our army” and “Our police”
60
Does Trudeau (it’s so tempting to transpose the second and third letters) get his medical advice from Elite Bill Gates?
He said, and you can watch the video if you don’t believe it:
https://t.co/BJR0WECwDr
Sadly?
230
Yes, the sadly is a real puzzle. What is he thinking? I have no idea? And with exponential growth, it is free and faster than any innoculation program and reaches the poorest people a vaccine will never reach. Perhaps he saw it as a chance to halve world population and eliminate the deplorables?
The Spanish flu ended the same way, but without vaccines and 30 million dead when the world was 1/3th of the population. Up to 30% of all people died in the Pacific island. And it too is with us today. What’s next from China, Hamster flu?
151
Or perhaps he is an acolyte of the Club of Rome and believes in the Armageddon of overpopulation predicted by Malthus.
It reminds me of the lyrics of a Peter, Paul and Mary song, All My Trials.
“If religion were a thing that money could buy, The rich would live, and the poor would die”. That’s one way to end poverty. Eliminate the poor, the ones who will not update their Windows(tm)
121
The lady who was knocked down by the horses was badly injured, I hope she survives. If she does not, Trudeau will wear it.
Why were the police riding those horses into the crowd in the first place? The dummies.
111
The same reason that Victorian Police utilized the anti terrorist squad against the citizens (and rubber bullets, pepper spray, violent arrests etc). They were ordered to clear the streets by Trudeau/Andrews.
160
The reports are that she has died.
So much for dear eaders keeping people safe.
71
The latest is that she is fine, just a sore shoulder.
60
Thank you. I found reports that she was OK and below wrote an update.
40
Trudeau is running out of time to attack and arrest those Canadians who are protesting, because they believe the first release RNA vaccines are dangerous and the mandates hence unethical.
The covid first release RNA vaccines are dangerous. First release RNA covid vaccination should be stopped immediately, until the public can be informed of the dangers. The RNA vaccination is a medical emergency. Omicron will stop covid in most countries (US,UK,Canada,France, and so on) by sometime in April.
There is an intellectual non aligned group in the world who appear to have woken up to what has happened. There is suddenly a change in tone concerning how dangerous the first release covid vaccines/mandatory vaccination is. It appears we will have an issue which could be used to fix our institutions and remove the corruption.
Covid-19 Vaccines” for Children in the UK: A Tale of Establishment Corruption
International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Research, and Practice
https://www.ijvtpr.com/index.php/IJVTPR/article/view/35
How and why has it come to pass that children as young as 12 in the UK are being injected with a novel form of mRNA technology that is unlicensed, has no long-term safety data, and remains in clinical trials until May 2023?
“Evidence of actual and potential injuries to children has accumulated from before the beginning of the rollout, in spite of repeated attempts to cover it up, and yet, the under-12s are now also in the crosshairs and children are being targeted for “booster shots.”
A clear picture emerges of collusion and corruption at the highest levels in forcing through an agenda that runs contrary to public health, democracy, and freedom.
It is becoming clear that the rollout to children has nothing to do with “SARS-CoV-2” and everything to do with ongoing efforts to refashion the international monetary system in the image of central bank digital currencies and biometric IDs.
In pursuit of that agenda, the transnational ruling class has revealed that it is willing to maim and kill children knowingly, creating enormous potential for a backlash as the public becomes aware of what is being done.”

I share your concern, but not as personally. I also have a mish-mash of thoughts and mixed memories of what I’ve read over the past couple of years which I’ll try and organise and analyse. Elon Musk is on the pro-freedom side in this battle, unusual for a billionaire. He mustn’t be a member of the Elite’s Club.

Tesla, presumably the largest electric car maker in the world, was left out of a Whitehouse conference on electric vehicles. that says it all, really.
NASA need him, because he is saving them money by reducing reliance on Russian rockets, but no doubt the government hate him for not conforming to their rules.
I think Tesla and his other “renewable energy” related things are a bit shonky to say the least, I don’t think he’s some sort of genius either, but he has managed to radically alter the space industry.
However, the cult of Elon is very strong, one cannot criticise him, or his followers will go for the jugular. I asked a question on a YouTube livestream once, asking how it could be economic to buy old oil rigs and convert them to launch/landing pads, instead of building them from scratch… wow, did I cop some flak over that…

Elon Musk is certainly on the side of freedom and democracy. And in this current manufactured Plandemic, my analysis indicates the citizens of the world owe him a huge debt of gratitude.
Musk, like Trump, is not part of the Davos “elite”. It’s a big club, but he ain’t part of it. The WEF players don’t like Musk and he hates everything they stand for.
Tesla is a scam. The fluid cooled batteries are better than anything offered by competitors, but lithium ion batteries are a dead end. Aluminium/air reactors were the answer to electric vehicles.
But SpaceX is the real deal. What Elon Musk did here is truly remarkable. He ate NASA’s lunch. He stole the best scientists from NASA, (the ones opposed to SLS camel designed by committee) and set them free. And free range scientists are engineers and the best.
He thrashed the world’s richest government in a science and engineering battle.
My analysis is that he has done it again, only this time it was the WEF and their cronies that got the thrashing.
Musk had the motive, the means and the opportunity. No one else fits in the frame for Omicron.
Conspiracy theory? Give it a couple of weeks …

The reality is the despot government is not giving up and instead strengthening their resolve to shut down the freedom fighters, and it appears they are winning. If that’s the case the next election is the only way to defeat the despot government, at least peacefully.
80
Depends how you see ‘winning’. I think the protesters won a big reveal on the real nature of their government and bureaucracy. Those still blind to it are people too indolent to see, and never will. The world has been watching.
70
If it is an honest election.
30
Musk’s stand is quite important.
He forms a huge part of the BS world and by splitting from the rest the question is will his Tesla shares become worthless after all its the wealthy left wing elite who buy those virtue signalers.
00
The criticism of Musk for the use of Nazi characterization is so extraordinary when you consider Trudeau invoked the Nazi parallel in the House yesterday but that was largely fine as per the Left.
He may regret this, that is Trudeau not Musk everything I see about Musk indicates that he is over the who left thing and just wants to build stuff big stuff and lots of it.
The Right needs to get him fully aligned as he pulls a lot of capability with him.
70
It’s gradually coming to the point where a whole lot of people will have to make a choice. Join the side that wants to have returned our God given right to certain freedoms or join the side that is in favour of a despot government that shuts down, arrests and puts in prison those on the other side. Like taking polls before an election, it’s hard to determine the size of those two sides. It’s also a fluid situation where a lot of people haven’t made up their minds even up to the point when they are standing in the queue waiting to vote. Give the bias of the MSM against the first side and the distrust by the governments of the first side as well, we are up against a formidable force who desire very much to refuse our attempts in whatever form to have our God given right to certain freedoms restored. Such people who are against those freedoms don’t believe we can be trusted to make our own decisions so they desire to take over our lives in so many ways, and it’s continuing until we are either all subjugated and controlled, or the first side grows to such a size their very existence can’t be ignored any more even by the MSM let alone the despot governments.
Up until recently it was clear the second side (despot governments backed up by the MSM and supported by others) have been winning. Now it’s not so clear but I suspect nothing has changed and they are still winning going by the lengths they are prepared to go to shut down the other side. It’s a numbers game as usual. Whether the side that desires our freedoms back grows large enough remains to be seen. I’m pretty sure that the harder the second side attacks us the larger both sides become. The only cause for concern is the relative sizes. If they both grow too big then we have the risk of an escalation of violence on both sides, and we all know what that means. Our despot governments and MSM will have a field day and clamp down even harder, using it as an excuse to rip away more of our freedoms. It’s pretty obvious where all this is leading and I’m afraid it’s not good for us. Our only ray of hope is to stop major parties from ever gaining power in their own right and allow minor parties that are on our side to restore our freedoms but even that is not guaranteed to work because we can’t fully trust the minor parties and we can’t rely on the voting public never to give back majority rule to either major party. Ideally both major parties ought to be demolished as they are broken beyond repair, and new ones formed with honest politicians who are there to serve and support the people as a whole, but that’s not going to happen.

Okay, just watched the horses. The horses were not happy campers. Lots of irritation, eyes and ears. Those guys sitting in their saddles like sacks of potatoes; not moving with the horse and not directing the horse. The rein work was all over the place and really bad. No relationship with the horses. Compare it to the cowboys and cowgirls.
The horses, even with blinders on, were doing their best not to step on people. They jumped over people rather than do that.
It’s a sad day in Canada when the horses have more horse-sense than the buffoons sitting on them. Horses are anti-vaxxers? Well, why wouldn’t they be.
There are more horse’s assss in the world than there are horses. Just sayin’,
200
It’s ok to give ivermectin to the horses but not to the people. Also, the police riding the horses might not have a good control over the reins but the despot government has a a good control over reins of the police. They are just following orders so that makes it OK, right? WRONG! One day the police uniform will end up being hated as much as the Nazi uniform.
100
Two for every horse in that example?
50
Well, that’s the conservative floor, shall we say? But, the higher you go, the more you find in proportion.
10
Also, the horses know that the “horse deworming agent” really does work both for worms and as an antiviral.
I would much more trust the horse over the storm troopers cruelly attempting to use the gentle horse as a weapon.

Proponents of FORCED VACCINATION (let’s call it that, not the much softer PC “vaccine mandate”) are increasingly using the “seatbelt analogy” and comparing compulsory seatbelt wearing in most Western countries with forced vaccination. This author argues why that argument is invalid.
Besides, you can sue a seatbelt manufacturer if it harms you, plus it actually mostly protects you.
British Medical Journal blog post (copied):

Coercive vaccination: using the ‘seat belt analogy’ is not effective
Posted on August 22, 2021
By Iñigo de Miguel Beriain.
The debate about coercive vaccination is gaining intensity in most Western countries. One of the arguments that have been put forward in recent days in support of coercive vaccination has been that of the ‘seat belt analogy (SBA)’, originally proposed by Giubilini and Savulescu. This argument states that, since the situation posed by vaccines is analogous to that of seat belts, we should proceed to implement coercive vaccination policies on the basis of this historical experience with seat belts.
In my opinion, this argument is not convincing, because 1) not all arguments in favour of mandatory seat belts are as convincing as they seem at first glance and 2) although there are some strong reasons in favour of mandatory seat belt wear, they are not as sound when applied in the case of vaccines. This is due to the fact that the analogy between vaccines and seat belts is not as strong as its apologists believe it to be.
[..]
Today, the paradigm ruling physician–patient relations is that of informed consent. This evolution should not be forgotten when drawing analogies between seat belts and vaccines, at the risk of falling into unacceptable paradoxes. Of course, Giubilini and Savulescu would probably reply to this argument by saying that paternalism should at least be respected if we are thinking about children’s interests. However, this is only true if risk analysis works the same in the case of the seat belts and that of the vaccines.

Seat belt analogy failure:
You don’t have to wear a seat belt and drive to a restaurant but you can be forced to be vaccinated to enter it after walking there.
60
One clear reason the seatbelt analogy fails: pregnant women are advised to wear a specially designed seatbelt. It is known that standard seatbelts can cause injury to unborn children in vehicle accidents. No reproductive toxicology testing is currently complete for the experimental shots.
Another is that mass use of seatbelts doesn’t reduce their efficacy. However the mass use of non-sterilizing inoculations in the middle of a pandemic certainly reduces their efficacy.
150
And you can take your seatbelt off when you leave the car. It does not stay with you !
120
40
The seatbelt analogy is flawed – the seat belt itself may cause injury (many recalls) and when redress is sought from the manufacturer, you don’t find that they have been indemnified by your so-called government.
80
The analogy fails from the start. Putting a seat belt on and then not being in an accident has never killed anyone. Whereas as people have died simply from having the vaccine and not having covid. I suspect no one has ever even had a significant injury from simply putting a seat belt on.
70
I don’t know… I remember my parents HQ Holden with vinyl seats and shiny metal seatbelt buckles… In sunny weather, many is the time those caused some pain if one was not careful.
(yes, I was being facetious)

There is a very good chance Trudeau is Bi Polar. His mother was, magnified by substance abuse (very common with Bi Polars).
Bi Polars don’t do stress or setbacks, and their reaction to any sort of confrontation is always escalation.
His behavior over the last few weeks mirrors the pattern. First there is the ‘crash’ of indecision/incapacitation.
Then they come roaring back with a Wayyy over the top reaction.
I lived with one for 20 years the ups are great…you don’t want to know about the downs.
People who don’t live with them rarely see the downs.

The horse only dislocated her shoulder. Which is way bad enough.

70
Should‘’nt we be seeing breathless reports about the Ottawa hospitals being overwhelmed with ‘’COVID’ patients?

Simple; repeat what has been done for the current one but in spades; meaning total loss of what freedoms we have left, world domination and a NWO.

Yes the simplest and best way to get rid of the despot governments is not to vote for them. Logical and proper. Trouble is most people don’t act that way so a despot government stays or another one comes to power. We get the government we deserve.

Vaccine mandates are a modern form of slavery.
100
Here’s a thought.
Traditionally, of the Anglo-heritage democracies, Australia and NZ have been the most fanatical followers of UN decrees.
Now there are signs of that breaking. Australian PM Morrison said something sensible the other day, quite uncharacteristic of him because he is a complete fence sitter who believes in nothing and fights for nothing.
He said, that there is a difference between dying “of covid” and “with covid”. I don’t think it was widely reported but it is remarkable because it breaks with the narrative. I’m not sure how it slipped past his minders but it did. Therefore, Australia’s commitment to UN decrees and the globalist narrative may be diminishing.
NZ is too small to count in the overall scheme of things
Johnson of Once Great Britain is desperate for political survival so he has also abandoned the narrative.
The US leader’s puppeteers are fully committed to the UN and globalist narrative but the people of the US also have the Second Amendment and if the US falls any deeper into dictatorship they will exercise their rights to remove an unjust government.
That leaves just Canada whose leader is a fanatical Marxist globalist who the UN can trust. The UN and globalists will be closely watching what happens in Canada
50
The protests are working. There is a world wide backing away by the savvy players in politics and the media.
The whole thing will be put down to ‘An understandable over abundance of caution, based to the best available advice at the time.’
The people who gave that advice with fade back, into the obscurity they emerged from.
Some might be offered as sacrifice (Fauci?)
The next crisis/social issue is no doubt being researched (Russian War?)
91
There is a more virulent bug coming out of Japan.
01
Got a report from the CDC?
10
Yes, the protests are working, but the “best advice at the time” excuse will not. After all, the best advice at the time was: never mass use a non-sterilizing inoculation in the middle of a pandemic. Advice that had been repeated by credible scientists for 70 years.
150
I see the CDC and others are trying to get ahead of the looming health crisis following in the wake of the mRNA “vaccines.”
The CDC has issued “An Urgent Warning about the rising incidence of blood clots, even ‘in the healthiest of athletes.'”

Dark day in Kanada

If people need proof that Canada is at the front line of WW III, wait until Trudeau unleashes the Chinese troops already in Canada.
Klaus Schwab has made it clear that China will lead to revolution into One World Communist Government.
Those who doubt there are Chinese troops in Canada need to see this link:
https://exonews.org/china-amassing-tens-of-thousands-of-troops-in-canada/
10
Really? That is too mad to be true? Who would allow foreign troops on their sovereign territory? Do you have any confirmation of this because even a madman would not allow this. Like Daniel Andrews.
50
I posted a link for you to accept or dismiss.
10
I cannot accept the uncorroborated opinions of the “Galactic Council” on ExoNews. It’s too far “out of this world”. And looks like trolling. As they say in South Park, I declare Shenanigans.
30
Have you tried to corroborate or dismiss the report in that link?
I have found many pages online that support it, such as this one:
https://richardsonpost.com/howellwoltz/19370/chinese-troops-on-us-canadian-border/
00
“The Exopolitics Institute News Service (ExoNews) is dedicated to bringing to public attention news concerning extraterrestrial life and its public policy implications.”
It’s a good attempt at humour. And if someone believes it, someone like Phil McCrackin or Hugh Mungus, I would not be surprised.
30
Whether there are Chinese troops currently in Canada or not, the evidence is very clear that Trudeau very much wanted to bring them in, late in the Trump administration, but Trump said no.
Now that Trump is out of office, replaced by the pro-China Biden administration, what now is there to stop Trudeau from bringing them in?
China, says Trudeau, is the model society Trudeau favours.
Consider this Rebel News report on the issue:
https://youtu.be/m7YuTGEb3H8
00
I do not doubt that Trudeau openly praises the Chinese government. And the military games were in Wuhan in October 2019, which is where the CCP said the US released their modified bat virus. Many athletes were sick at the games, which is very unusual for fit young people. As for Canada training the Chinese in how to wage war in frozen lands, isn’t the Winter Olympics near Beijing? The military who built and defended the Great Wall existed in some of the worst, most frozen winter landscape anywhere.
But allowing any foreign power to operate an independent military base on your home territory is rubbish. But amusing. And I like the blurry video of some Chinese somewhere. Some things are barely credible. That’s ridiculous.
50
“Really? That is too mad to be true?”
No offense TdeF, but the last 24 months seem to have been a continuous stream of ‘too mad to be trues’ becoming true.
I keep anxiously looking for some of the ‘too mad to be trues’ to not pan out.
But in the immortal words of Gomer Pyle, ‘surprise, surprise, surprise’.
I was just looking up Trudeau’s age, and the age that Fidel died, just to get a feel for how much longer Justin would be in charge of Canada.
20
Agreed, but this scientific site based on verifiable facts has to make a stand on outrageous nonsense which brands the site as extreme.
I have taken the view that the comments may be sincere but misled but have to concede that people also play games or trolling which can discredit everyone else by association.
And the rhetorical responses seem to confirm that.
00
Hear you, but haven’t you noticed noticed all opinions right of far left are labeled ‘extreme’.
Just see Trudeau’s labeling of all who oppose him.
Or the NYT or Washington Post.
Do you oppose Net Zero?
Welcome to the ‘extreme’,
You are in a fight with opponents that are incapable of, and un-swayed by, your admirable adherence intellectual integrity.
10
Geez, from what I see any site the questions the ‘settled science’ of the climate narrative in any way are labelled ‘extreme’.
We are in danger of reasonably reasoning reason into extinction
10
I wonder what the US thinks about Chinese troops being stationed in a neighbouring country ?

I would say the Biden admin would be happy to have some backup in case the “terrorists and racists” (AKA Trump supporters) get a bit toey.

Does anyone not wonder if the Banks heard Trudope and immediately rubbed their hands exclaiming, “Aha! Foreclosures whenever and against whoever we want!”

The Royal Bank is the bank of the Canadian Liberal party, the other banks aren’t. Any bank that freezes protesters assets or damages their credit ratings will end up with a black-eye out of this, Cannadians despise their banks already.

(this is what the previous SHOULD have looked like – blockquotes went in wrong way around)
US truckers should change things up – don’t got to DC where they’re all geared up to stop you, go protest around Harris’, Pelosi’s, McConnell’s, (and other RINOs) Schumer’s and Biden’s places. Lock down the constituencies of the main protagonists.
Let the people who voted for them know how pissed everyone is instead of them getting the specially tailored version from CNN.
(Aside: Just curious, why am I on post moderation? It’s been MONTHS!)
61
Continuing on from my comment 2.1.2. The other major component of the anti Freedom Protest program in Victoria was the use of the army of social media trolls commonly called #istandwithdan. Daniel Andrews being the Premier of Victoria for those non aussies. They have dominated social media commentary now for the 2 years of COVID. Any time anyone raises criticism of Andrews during 2020/2021 they were besieged with replies from #istandwithdan supporters. It’s a phenomenon unique to Victoria because it’s a lefty thing. Doesn’t exist in NSW because the state govt is LNP and so the “left” dont support. I’ve not seen evidence of it in QLD but there appears to elements of it in WA. In Victoria, it has all been ochestrated out of the State Premiers office and managed by dedicated media managers. Quite notably one person called the PRGUY. My bet would be the Canadian Govt would be also using this tactic.
40
Hands up all western leaders that have spoken our againgst Trudeau’s conduct
Crickets…
“We’re all in this together”
You Schwab puppets sure are…
90
When it was happening in Victoria during the Melbourne Freedom Protests, there was “crickets” from the rest of Australia. Not a word from Scotty or any other premier, lest they disturb the narrative. It was made worse in Australia because most of the MSM are headquartered in Sydney and you run into the old NSW vs Vic thing. Even worse, the local political opposition ( LNP ) also basically said nothing. One Liberal MP made a statement regarding the overt police action and was muzzled by his leader.
40
Not only will you hear no protests from Western governments, but I believe that if our resistance to our loss of rights approached the level we see today in Canada, our protestors would meet exactly the same aggressive response.
70
“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion.
At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, and they will move the tables and chairs out of the way, and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theatre.” – Frank Zappa.
Just like the orchestrated fake White house/fake vaccine shot Biden took.
Get the idea?
80
So is Trudeau doing all this because his is stoopid? Is he that really that stoopid? I know he is stoopid but this is beyond that. Or is he doing this because of a massive ego? No doubt he has one but this is really bad optics. This doesn’t add up. Who is he serving? Is he that committed to the left’s agenda? Who knows? Biden sold his country for only 31 million.
40
Not stupid. Just a bought&paid for brainwashed sociopath puppet of Schwab…
Sociopaths have no feelings for their fellow humans. They see them as emotionless objects. Things be be used and discarded in whatever means they choose.

This all goes to show the amount of unbridled power politicians worldwide have and the sheer lack of power and recourse “we, the people” have. These “elected public servants” promise endless goodies under the Xmas tree at election time and afterwards we get to see the sheer ignorance and incompetence that truly define them.
No more career politicians.
No more gravy trains.
No more indexed super equivalent to the combined pensions of 6 oldies.
A single fixed term for them all.
When they leave politics they go find a new job in the world they have created for the rest of us.
Every significant bill can be critiqued and vetoed by a public referendum.
Let REAL experts and REAL science into decisions.
Mandatory stripping of personal assets for all criminal acts defined as such by international law.
So…how many people want to go into politics now?
That’s what I thought.

Mischief Managed. Tap. Tap.

Just posted by Martin Armstrong:
These people have betrayed their own country. Schwab’s agenda to eliminate even paper currency was to take place by 2024. But COVID is backfiring which has resulted in bringing this forward to 2023 just after the US elections.
This is a battle to the death for Schwab’s Great Reset. Canada MUST be driven into submission and this is critical to the ideas of Schwab and his vision for the world.
Schwab has promised these politicians dictatorial powers with the end of all democratic processes. Schwab is pushing the design of Europe upon the rest of the world whereby the head of state NEVER stands for election, neither does the European Commission which makes all laws and to fool the people that they are still relevant, they get to vote for an MP who has no power to make or overrule laws crafted by the Commission. This is the system they intend to impose of the world and politicians will NEVER again need to worry about being voted out of office. This is why governments are now protecting Schwab. He has promised them a world void of any power of the people to vote them out of power. What Schwab has not considered is that he is boxing in people to the point the only solution will be a revolution.
We all know what will happen next if true freedoms are to be restored don’t we.

We have already crossed the point of guaranteed election results. That happened two years ago.
10
Martin Armstrong is very confident that Schwab’s Great Reset will fail. I hope he is right but I have my doubts. I see only one of two ways for it to fail, once peaceful (via the ballot box) and the other not (don’t need to spell out what that means).
70
Why is there virtually zero coverage of this story in the mainstream media? Outsiders on Sky covered it this morning. The Australian newspaper is burying it.
70
In a nutshell, it’s about the MSM working with the government to follow their ideology and keep the people obedient, follow orders regardless and conform so that leaders have an easier task of controlling the masses to avoid conflicts among the people. Governments don’t like people to think too much outside the box otherwise they start to disagree too much with each other and fight amongst themselves and with authority. The narrative is to establish more control over the people to keep a lid on any tendencies of the people to cause problems by the only means they know; repressive powers.
40
So we wait till the election, stupidly believing that the corruption we now know exists all through the highest levels, won’t corrupt our voting systems …
70
We have maintained a silence closely resembling stupidity.
40
You neglect the power of numbers. If a significant proportion of people stopped voting for the major parties, neither will be able to form government regardless of the little amount of election irregularities that do happen. Of course given the vast majority of people are asleep, gullible and/or are on the side of evil, I see the issue as academic. We get the despot government we deserve. There is no other way of looking at it.
10
Sorry – this is not protest related – just saw this headline in the SMH – here is a clip regarding Brookfield and Cannon-Brookes bid for AGL to ‘accelerate coal phase-out’ – Canadian Tech billionaire, shutting down Aussie power plants. Am I imagining things or is this legit? Is this happening?

It’s not about logic.
It’s not even about a reduction of CO2 emissions, even if that were a problem, which of course it isn’t.
There’s a lot of money to be made for the Elites by the elimination of cheap and reliable coal power and its replacement with unreliables.
Did you ever see Total Recall where the Elites control the air supply and thus the people? It’s the same thing here but with electricity instead of air.

Nah,I say delusions of adequacy.
They are so stupid that they believe they are helping, when in reality they are causing far more harm than whatever they are “fixing”.
After watching “Public Health” respond to this Dread Covid Theatre, with help such as we have seen, these last two years,we need no enemies.
An orgy of ineptitude, incompetence, arrogance and outright hysterical terror.
Now they want you to thank them.
Shall we reward them as they truly deserve?

Look out western world Canada is the wolf in sheep’s clothing. “Tech billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes and the Canadian asset management giant Brookfield have launched an extraordinary joint bid to take over AGL Energy, Australia’s most polluting company, with the goal to shut its coal power plants earlier than planned.”
Stuff candle lit long cold winter nights are made of.
50
AGL is the most polluting company in Australia?
Problem is, too many people believe it.
40
My little prediction.
If Trudeau doesn’t have the votes for the Emergency, he’ll lockout Parliament.
Then repeat, until Parliament kaputed.
(What else to you do with ____ and Confederate flag approvers and other Unacceptables.)
Canadians will do nothing, because the doing required would be too Un-Canadian.
Australia was in the van.
Canada has moved up the lead the Assault.
Australia will mop up.
NZ is already toast.
France is Italy light.
Boris is doing Boris.
10
Westminster democracy does not allow that. Trudeau is not President. He can only act for a limited time
as absolute ruler before any powers are subject to review by the people represented by parliament.
His invoking of the state of emergency has to be approved or it expires. A simple vote of no confidence
could bring down his minority government.
40
And his declaration of a National emergency has very tight time limits. And it is easily revoked by
ten members of the Senate or twenty members of the parliament. No matter what Trudeau thinks, Canada is not an absolute monarchy. And the Governor can shut him down too.
40
Can’t he ‘prorogue’ as long as he wants?
Looks like he has mustered police and military that will follow orders legal or not.
He appears unfettered by law or reality.
10
I’d guess he already had an agreement with Parliament that Parliament would do it’s within-a-week review and decide to NOT extend the Emergency.
By then, T would have Ottawa cleared out and wouldn’t need the E Act anymore. Parliament could feel all powerful and independent. T could then praise the process as being properly hedged and safe for democracy.
And the truckers would be gone and broke and truckless.
10
Overnight, the N.Z Government’s war against the people has been stepped up a notch.
Radio NZ News overnight trotted out one of the paid mouths to explain the real crime that was being committed , which justified the mobilisation of the military against the people , that action now being underway.
The real crime is that the protestors are not wearing masks . The protestors are doing that because of their wrong thinking .
The essence of their wrong thinking is , according to the paid mouth, is that they do not believe in the “lethality” of this virus.
They do not believe the modelling that Jacinda and co. bought and paid for , as revealed in The Jacinda Papers, which predicted 80,000 NZers would die .
The official figure is fifty three, and that may be a lie also, although there is no doubt that 53 people have died “with covid”.
So the propaganda assault on Truth and Reason , not to mention Freedom , will go to “11” over the next little while as the government redoubles its efforts to turn the compliant, unwitting majority against the “dissidents”, whose real crime is to point out that The Empress has no clothes.
She is covered only with transparent lies.
50
Funny, not ‘believing’ in the “lethality” of the virus can get you in trouble.
Nowadays, so can ‘believing’ only biographical females can produce children (literally illlegal to say in Scotland even in private).
In which direction do I look for extremism in modern politics?

I find it incredible that in a democratic, presumably reasonable and caring society, that so many people can still object to being vaccinated, a matter of protecting themselves but much more importantly helping to protect their fellow citizens. I find it almost as incredible that otheres rush to support their selfish approach. If they refuse to be vaccinated, they should be treated as was Djokavic who has since repented and accepted that he cannot compete on the world stage unless he accepts vaccination. Similar objectors must be refused access to venues which are open to those who do the right thing, even if they have some fears of vaccination, but accept it as being a responsibility to the rest of society.
03
John, all I can say is that you should think deeply about what it means to live in a democratic society, and what are the very basic tenets of such a society – such as respect for personal choice in relation to medical treatments.
You surely must have noted the latest admissions from all the government medical “experts” – including Anthony Fauci – that the vaccines will not prevent transmission of COVID? Therefore, it is pointless to say that vaccination will help protect others.
This is such a critical debate in our history, that everyone MUST keep up with the latest concessions and changes of medical opinion from the authorities. In the last 48 hours even Bill Gates has conceded that Omicron itself is proving more effective at slowing down the pandemic, than the vaccines. If you don’t believe me John – it is on record – look it up.
Best wishes.
10
There would be some force in your comment if the “vaccines” were actually effective. However, it seems that they do no more than provide very little, and temporary, protection against the worst symptoms of the disease. Vaccinated people still get infected, and can still transmit the disease.
Getting vaccinated does not protect fellow citizens.
That’s the good side.
The bad side is that the vaccines seem to be very dangerous. Among other side-effects are severe cardiovascular problems (such as myocardia), destruction of the natural immune system, and death.
I admit that the dead people are less likely to transmit Covid.
