Is Australia a sovereign nation or just a state of Pfizerland?

Don’t mention the Australian vaccine: The TGA bans Aussie Professor from talking about his work

Australia has a mini Ministry of Truth already. It’s called the TGA.

Australians can probably still get a Pfizer vaccine in chemists and carparks across Australia, but they still need to fly to Iran to get an Australian-made vaccine. The good news is that at least this week it’s legal for Australians to finally fly to Tehran without taking Pfizer or Moderna shot first — as long as they don’t fly on an Australian airline. (Not mentioning any names, Qantas!)

The people mostly responsible for this situation are the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Association). They’re supposed to be looking after Australians health but somehow all their decisions happen to be exactly what a Pfizer CEO would want. Spooky eh?  The TGA rushed the approval for the Pfizer vaccines, but still, millions of doses later, won’t release the procurement contracts, even under FOI. Signed on our behalf, and for our own good, yes? Did they even read the documents that Pfizer AND the FDA tried to hide for 75 years?

Now meet Professor Nikolai Petrovsky from Flinders University, Australia, who had already developed protein based vaccines against the original SARS in 2003 and MERS in 2012, so he was the obvious choice to develop an old fashioned protein based vaccine in Australia. (Hey, but it’s not like we want to develop our own vaccine industry, eh?).

So he went on to make a protein vaccine against SARS-2 and has got approval to use it in Iran. Last I heard (months ago) they had sold 6 million doses to Iran, apparently with great results.

With all the makings of a Great Banana Republic Australia promptly sacked Petrovsky for taking his own vaccine instead of one of the foreign ones approved by The Sacred T.G.A committee. We can’t have vaccine experts at uni picking their own vaccines can we?

Somehow the Australian government spent something like $6 billion on foreign vaccines but asked the small Australian company to pay $300,000 to get approved here. So Petrovsky ran a GoFundMe, and it was so popular it raised a million dollars.  Finally he has permission and funding to run Australian trials, but now he doesn’t have permission to talk about it. Who knew he needed that? Apparently the TGA says it will fine him $13,000 or maybe one million (convenient, eh?) if he does. (Updated: I hear it’s an $11m threat now).

If only Australians were smart enough to hear the words of Professors without “protection” by unaccountable committees?

Unfortunately, Australians can’t take the Australian vaccine in Australia, and if they fly to Iran to get it, they still can’t return to their jobs in Victoria or WA. Who voted for the TGA? This committee controls what every doctor and medical professor can say in Australia. But doctors don’t even vote for them.

For those who are interested —  Petrovsky’s “Spikogen” vax has no RNA or DNA — just protein, and there’s no Furin cleavage site, or TMP (Trans Membrane Protein) either. Those are two parts of the spike that might make it less likely to get into our cells, or to stick in the cell-membrane of our cells  and poke out. (When our cells have those viral spikes displayed they will attract the attention of wayward immune cells and thus increase the risk of myocarditis and other autoimmune reactions). As to how well it works, we hear there are very few side effects. I’ve seen no data yet. If only the Australian Government was trying to help Australian researchers?

The Ministry of Medical-Truth are the same agency that also banned all doctors in Australia from prescribing ivermectin  for Covid, because it might reduce the sales of Pfizer, I mean — because “people might not get vaccinated”.  They actually said that. They also said they banned doctors from using it because some people who weren’t doctors on social media were getting the doses wrong. Like that makes sense. And apparently we were running out of one of the most common drugs on the planet, and still are, because no one in government thought to order any more from Indiamart?

Just in case you wonder who your rulers are Australians

The TGA Advisory Committee on Vaccines

“The Committee is established under Regulation 39F of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990 and the members are appointed by the Minister for Health.” The ACV was established in January 2017…

Advisory Committee on Medicines Scheduling (ACMS)   The committee that banned ivermectin.

But make no mistake, the man responsible for the TGA (at least for a few more weeks) is Greg Hunt, Minister of Health. Once upon a time he was Director of Strategy at the World Economic Forum (2000–2001). Curious.

The TGA is a disgrace. It’s time to shut it down.

If it were completely captured by Big Pharma, which decisions would it have made differently?

Being slow to approve competing drugs might be exactly what it was set up to do?

Attacking sovereignty is a popular tactic among despotic tyrants. Putin’s war is attacking the sovereignty of Ukraine as Biden’s pen is attacking the sovereignty of America.

    Gary North:
The modern bureaucratic system known as administrative law has grown in the West since 1900. Agencies write rules, and then they sue individuals. The bureaucracies supply the judges. In the United States, they are called administrative law judges. They are not independent. They are not part of the judiciary. They are part of the executive. They declare the laws, try the laws, and impose sanctions. In the United States, regulatory agencies publish over 80,000 pages a year of fine-print rules, three columns per page, in the Federal Register. The rules are written in legal terminology. They can be understood only by specialists. The individuals or businesses that are brought to trial must pay legal fees as high as $1,000 per hour per defense attorney. Most people capitulate. The agencies go after small businesses to get precedents. Then they demand that larger businesses comply.
Large established businesses have lawyers on retainer. They can afford to fight rules that will cost them a lot of money. They appeal to federal courts after their cases are decided against them in the administrative courts. These cases drag on for years. The agencies’ resources are drained. But large businesses are happy to see the agencies prosecute small competitors. This reduces the competitive threat from small businesses.
The agencies are almost autonomous. They are funded by the government. Few politicians pay any attention to what agencies do. The agencies’ employees cannot be fired except for criminal activity. They are protected by Civil Service laws. They are close to lifetime employees.
These government functionaries attempt to regulate entire sectors of the economy, agency by agency. The agencies do not agree with each other. There is no central plan. There are hundreds of these agencies in the United States government, each independent, each with the authority to issue regulations. There are at least 250 agencies and departments. There may be as many as 430. No one knows. This is why they are autonomous. Their rules govern production. This reduces the authority of customers. Businesses are afraid of violating rules. They do what they are told by bureaucrats, not what they are told by paying customers.

Pretty big discrepancy in ‘spoiled ballots’ to the population votes.
Less than 1% is what you’d expect but 13-14% is highly suspicious.

Remember there were only 18000 double votes in the last election; not enough to change the outcome we are told. When there is only one or two seats deciding who governs a few extra votes can have a big effect when some seats are won or lost by 100 votes or less. Making it more suspicious is the fact that it is only the left side of politics, Labor and Greens, who oppose voter ID. So we know that the left benefit from no ID, double voting, GetUp, union donations and the media particularly the ABC. It surprises me we have conservative governments at all.

Yes. Under preferential voting if you put the majors down the list and minor freedom loving parties above them, if the pro-freedom parties don’t win the majors will still get your vote but they will be denied public funding at the next election because that only goes to first preference winners.

NOTE to overseas readers: Australia is one of the few countries in the world with compulsory voting. Even morons are forced to vote, and it shows!

Some are good in that they are trying to end medical mandates, reduce government interference in life and businesses etc – yet are fully on board with the insane “net zero CO2 emissions by 2050” mantra.

There is still a lot of ignorance out there in the minors and independents. In one case, the party’s policies are simply not visible on their website, even when you specifically click on the icon that is supposed to take you to those policies. I’ve emailed them requesting ALL their policies, but so far – crickets! It’s a party I’d like to support, they even have a candidate in my electorate. Not good enough.

I’m not going to give a primary vote or early preferences to any party that does not include the abandonment fo the whole RET, renewables, net zero etc malarky, regardless of their other policies which might be worthwhile.

Unlike the governing principle of the Mosaic law, that every citizen heard the laws read publicly once every seven years, administrative law can barely be understood by specialized lawyers. There are so many rules issued by each agency that its bureaucrats can interpret them almost any way they choose. A bureaucrat can be arbitrary in picking and choosing which rules to enforce. He decides how it should be interpreted. The agency will back up its agents’ decisions most of the time: solidarity. Not to do so would be a public admission that the agency has made a mistake. No bureaucracy does this voluntarily.
The cost of regulations in modern economies is beyond accurate calculation. Businesses must spend money complying with the regulations, not complying with customers’ preferences. Regulations raise prices in some cases, or reduce production in others. Sometimes they do both at the same time.
Voters do not perceive that their choices are reduced by regulations. They do not understand that economic growth is reduced. They think they are being protected from exploitation by businesses. Instead, they are being exploited by bureaucrats.

A buyer assumes that he is being protected by the state from fraud or unsafe products. He assumes that he therefore has reduced personal responsibility for investigating the terms of a proposed exchange. This assumption of safety may not be true. True or not, he wants the state to protect him. This is the first step in his surrender of his personal responsibility, and therefore also his liberty, to the government. He has transferred to state bureaucrats the responsibility of protecting him. But by reducing his range of choices by forcing businesses to sell only on state-approved terms, the state may also suppress innovations that would benefit customers. The state’s bureaucrats determine what production processes and offers are best for customers. They substitute their judgment for the judgment of buyers and sellers.

Interesting expose’ on how to undermine a modern world.

The recent case of Kovid19 documentation running to hundreds of thousands of pages of misinformation is good example.

In that case anything over ten pages could be seen as a deliberate attempt to hide the truth and now the VaXXinees who have been damaged, or worse, would need an army of investigators to search that pile of junk.

Now, how do we stop this deliberate abuse?

    “Is Australia a sovereign nation”.

The first step in fixing any problem is to clearly define it and without doubt, this and the last few posts have done that.

    Thank you Jo.

Many of us hold the idea of Australia as a sovereign nation firmly in mind from school days but now, decades later, feel devastated at the collapse of decency and common sense under the management of grasping opportunists in every level of government.

Illuminating the problem is the beginning of the end of this sad era but climbing back up is not going to be easy.

The word sovereignty means one who is above all. It is the supreme and highest power. The Christian defines the Sovereign Lord as unlimited, independent, with original authority.
For fallen man, sovereignty belongs to the state because the state is the source of law.

Lordship and sovereignty are virtually synonymous: the attributes of one are the attributes of the other. To be sovereign is to be subordinate to no one: all is subject to the sovereign, but the sovereign is beholden only to himself. Sovereignty entails possessing the authority to define, to determine the definition of all things.

Why are alternative traditional vaccines important?

Because the ones on offer are potentially dangerous and poorly tested.

Of course, the free and independent thinkers of this blog already knew this.

Increased emergency cardiovascular events among under-40 population in Israel during vaccine rollout and third COVID-19 wave

    Abstract

Cardiovascular adverse conditions are caused by coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infections and reported as side-effects of the COVID-19 vaccines. Enriching current vaccine safety surveillance systems with additional data sources may improve the understanding of COVID-19 vaccine safety. Using a unique dataset from Israel National Emergency Medical Services (EMS) from 2019 to 2021, the study aims to evaluate the association between the volume of cardiac arrest and acute coronary syndrome EMS calls in the 16–39-year-old population with potential factors including COVID-19 infection and vaccination rates. An increase of over 25% was detected in both call types during January–May 2021, compared with the years 2019–2020. Using Negative Binomial regression models, the weekly emergency call counts were significantly associated with the rates of 1st and 2nd vaccine doses administered to this age group but were not with COVID-19 infection rates. While not establishing causal relationships, the findings raise concerns regarding vaccine-induced undetected severe cardiovascular side-effects and underscore the already established causal relationship between vaccines and myocarditis, a frequent cause of unexpected cardiac arrest in young individuals. Surveillance of potential vaccine side-effects and COVID-19 outcomes should incorporate EMS and other health data to identify public health trends (e.g., increased in EMS calls), and promptly investigate potential underlying causes.

It’s a kleptocracy fed by egos.

Legislators try to define themselves by how much money they spend on the policies they think are important. Saving all living creatures from climate change is worth a very significant portion of the civilized worlds GDP. Saving all humanity from Covid is also worth a pretty penny but somewhat less because after all, it only a few tenths of a percent of all humans.

It reminds me of the story about hotdog sales, after all, no one knows what goes into those things either. Cheap hotdogs don’t sell well because people are suspicious of what’s in them. If they hotdog is expensive, people assume the ingredients are better, but no one ever checks.

According to The Australian newspaper, published on the 22nd of march there is no evidence that this vaccine works.

Never mind the bleedingly obvious evidence that in Iran, a country which allows the Australian Vaccine, it is the vaccine of choice. Many millions of doses administered, many millions of happy customers.

From the TGA: COVID-19 vaccine weekly safety report – 28-04-2022
“Four COVID-19 vaccines are currently in use in Australia – Comirnaty (Pfizer), Spikevax (Moderna), Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), and Nuvaxovid (Novavax). To be registered for use, these vaccines must have met the TGA’s high standards for quality, safety and effectiveness.”
“Vaccination against COVID-19 is the most effective way to reduce deaths and severe illness from infection.” But apparently doesn’t stop you getting Covid?
“Myocarditis is a known but very rare side effect of Comirnaty (Pfizer) and Spikevax (Moderna).” “Myocarditis is reported in around 1-2 in every 100,000 people, but more common after the second dose in 12-17 year-old boys (13 cases per 100,000 Comirnaty doses and 22 cases per 100,000 Spikevax doses)”
    Total adverse event reports 123,568
    Total doses administered 57,480,049

      “Total adverse event reports 123,568”.

      Total?

I know people who have undergone frightening after-effects which are totally out of character for properly developed vaccines.

These were not reported and the two cases where the recipients feared for their lives were dismissed as “an anxiety attack” and “heart lung trouble due to old age”.

If there was a real total available it might point to something highly irregular being forced on us and the future tally when current youngsters start to have babies may add to that total.

The evidence is clearly in favour of the Petrovsky vaccine over the others:
    https://91-divoc.com/pages/covid-visualization/?chart=countries-normalized&highlight=Australia&show=highlight-only&y=both&scale=linear&data=deaths-daily-7&data-source=owid&xaxis=right&extra=Iran#countries-normalized

Iran has about 10% lower vaccination rate than Australia but Covid has all but gone there. Current death rate in Iran is 1/7th of Australia’s. Australia has daily average of 152cases/100k while Iran is down to 1 daily case/100k.

It could be that Iran’s high case rate before vaccines has provided natural immunity but I now know a number of people who have had Covid more than once.

Also, Petrovsky early on in the COVID 19 saga proved unpopular by stating that he thought the virus structure had been manipulated. I can recall an interview with him on SKY, where he said just that. That was early 2020. The inference being that is was a virus that had been modified in a lab. Back in the days when everyone who mentioned the Wuhan lab theory were censored, sanctioned or deleted from any media. If anything, Petrovsky should have headed up Australia’s response to COVID. His academic, research and commercial knowledge of virus behaviour and vaccine development would be hard to match. In some ways he would be the Australian version of Dr Robert Malone.

So glad I waited for Novavax (still makes me smirk writing that name here! 😛 ) and even happier that I got the Rona in late January (day 2’s headache was the only real pain I had), now I have immunity and don’t need to get any shots.

It’s pretty diabolical what they’ve done to Petrovsky. But Australia has form with our scientists. Both sides of the fence.

Think again. The exemption for infection lasts only 4 months. The TGA and co refuse to recognise natural immunity, and bow to their Pharma bosses (who provide much of their funding anyway).

With 11 shots ordered per person its clear the TGA is part of the problem here, incapable of actually following established research and time honoured well known concepts such as asymptomatic spread (there is none) , natural immunity etc etc .

Just sack these parasites and we will all be better off.

“Is Australia a sovereign nation …” Is the most important question Australia faces and it faces it silently in spite of the fact that our immediate fate depends upon the answer. Our governments have never been elected to outsource governance and yet they have been doing so at a reckless pace for years. In outsourcing authority they outsource responsibility, and like Caeser they can wash their hands and beam weakly at us that they are ‘good global citizens’, and don’t we all want that? There is nothing in the Paris Accords that we could not impose upon ourselves if we chose to, there is nothing in the 2005 International Health regulations we could impose upon ourselves if we chose to, there is nothing in the upcoming WHO sponsored health takeover that we couldn’t impose upon ourselves if we chose to, nor is there any reason why we should be hastily rushing to enmesh ourselves in Biden’s Declaration for the Future of the Internet announced precisely at a time when Elon Musk is working to free it. The government’s rush into digital ID legislation is way ahead of public understanding but is entirely consistent with supranational agendas, and isn’t it amazing how these ‘agendas’ mesh seamlessly into a unified governmental apparatus. And now we have another emerging symbiosis between the World Trade Organisation and the World Economic Forum: https://www3.weforum.org/docs/WEF_The_promise_of_TradeTech_Policy_approaches_to_harness_trade_digitalization_2022.pdf
(How much influence there is in that one word “World” , the Forum after all is a private, non-governmental, unelected organisation which should really be called The Klaus Schwab Economic Forum).

The whole question of sovereignty should be front and centre to this election cycle. The beauracratic fascism we are witnessing in Health is manifest across all aspects of sovereign responsibility and metastasising ‘under the radar’ as it were, at an alarming rate. Unless we wake up immediately we are headed directly into a sedated dystopia where ignorance will indeed be the only bliss.

You are a bit more generous than I.

Born to farming and loving it, I was sent to high school in Sydney because local schools only went to year 9 with limited facilities.

There in a class of 112 I ranked second scholastically, and last athletically. I remember when I got 961 out of 1000 in the class aggregates, I got beaten by four marks into second. And would have lost half the missing 39 in English. Then I went farming. I can’t help wondering what might have happened had I made a different choice there.

As time went by, I often found difficulty explaining to people things that were obvious to me. I formed the opinion that the proportion of the population which could successfully consider a problem with more than one variable was less than 10%, and possibly as low as 1%.

Then I was told by a clergyman: “I did a course lately, and they said that only one in forty of the population has the mental ability to initiate new thinking”.

Which fitted so well into my observation that I adopted it. We all depend on that 2.5% to keep us on track. A lot less than 15%.

      Which track?

” The ACV was established in January 2017…”

Important year, 2017: In January the US FDA refined its Emergency Use Authorisation of Medical products and Related Authorities, effectively cla\earing the way suppression of non-vaccinial therapeuticsand Obama lifted the Gain of Function moratorium eleven days before leaving office. The following day Fauci announced a surprise pandemic would during Trump’s upcoming term and a week late (18/1) Bill Gates launched the Coalition for Epidemic preparedness Innovations (CEPI) at the World Economic Forum talkfest. In May G20 Health Ministers met Berlin and took part in a pandemic training simulation (MARS, mountain Associated respiratory Virus), sponsored by the Gate Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, World bank, WHO and German government, at which Australia signed a digital ID agreement with Germany. The G20 ministers congratulated CEPI on their stirling 3 months of activity. By July CEPI has formally insinuated its way into the WHO.

In Australia the TGA ACV activity is fully compatible with the Gates / GAVI / CEPI / WHO vaccine only agenda.

In what looks to me like a related story, the Weekend West Australian ran a bizarre set of stories on Saturday: an article on page 8, and a full 2-page spread in their “Agenda” section (pages 40-41). I searched for the articles in the West’s website but couldn’t find them. Anyway they’ll be behind a paywall. So here are some extracts:
From page 8, Child Liver Illness Fears (subtitle “Top doc issues calls to get young kids vaccinated now amid hepatitis concern”):
Doctors say it’s possible that the origins of a mystery liver illness in young children could lie with COVID.
Dr. Andrew Miller, former president of the AMA in WA, said while it was too early to say if the virus was the cause of the severe pediatric hepatitis – flagged as a cause for concern by the WHO this month – even the slim possibility that it could be involved made vaccinating children against COVID even more important.
“I just think that even the possibility that this hepatitis could be related to COVID makes it urgent to get them vaccinated. If it turns out that the hepatitis isn’t related, at least we’ve done our best to be precautionary, and do what we can.”
His comments came just a day after Moderna applied to the US FDA for approval to use its two-dose vaccine in children under six. It reported that the drug was about 51% effective <against Omicron> in children under 2 and about 37% effective in 2- to 5-year olds.
The hepatitis has so far been found in just under 200 children around the world, with 10% of cases leaving kids needing a liver transplant.

    From “Agenda”:
More than 160 cases have been reported from about a dozen countries.
No cases are reported to have been found on Australian soil.
“It’s still a mystery,” Dr. Fauci said. “It seems to be associated with adenovirus, but it isn’t a slam dunk.”
Though several of the kids have also tested positive for COVID-19, Dr. Tan <physician from Chicago, quoted in the article> said it’s unlikely the hepatitis cases are caused by SARS-CoV-2.
However, closer to home, Dr. Andrew Miller said it was also too early to rule out a connection with COVID-19.
Some of the children were also identified as infected with COVID-19.

Summary: no cases in Australia; no evidence of any relation to Covid-19; only “some” of the kids were infected with Covid-19; other physicians – including even Dr. Fauci – are not making any link with Covid-19; yet the “Top doc” Dr. Andrew Miller draws the conclusion that it’s urgent to get kids vaccinated – despite the woeful efficacy of the vaccines, even as reported by Moderna. Why would the West even be giving airtime to such nonsense?

Australia’s TGA is a much smaller equivalent of the US FDA. If you look at the FDA’s performance over many decades you can see what a very poor regulatory body they are. You only have to look at the oxycontin and fentanyl problems in the US to see how those drugs were unwisely promoted right under the FDA’s nose. Try watching a TV series called “Dopesick”. You start watching it and think this is really good fiction. Then do some research and you find out that was is portrayed in that series was actually real life. Particularly the part where in order to reduce the addictive nature of the drug oxycontin its manufacturer doubled the dose! All approved by the FDA. They don’t employ the best and brightest and there is an incredible amount of staff recycling between big Pharma and the FDA. They are probably also relatively poorly funded and lack resources. All that describes our TGA. They are effectively a rubber stamp for any approvals that go across their desk. If a product has already been approved by the FDA there is bugger all chance the TGA will question any aspect of the application. Can you imagine- “Hello Pfizer, its Joe Blogs from the Australian TGA here, I would just like to question the long term safety data for your vaccine?” Australia with a population of 26 m – he’d be lucky to get a call back. Maybe a perfunctory email at best. Big Pharma hierarchy is based around sales. Australia is very low person on the totem pole. So, our government (Greg Hunt and the federal CMHO’s) all had a major dose of FOMO. If they hadn’t put in their orders for the mRNA vaccines there was a chance we could have missed out. Or so they probably thought. Our shipments could have gone off to India or Indonesia etc. Also, you could expect some pretty unfavourable terms in any contracts between the Australian Govt and the likes of both Pfizer and Moderna.

    You know what scares me?

The government will seek to piggy back the poorly tested covid vaccines on top of proper vaccines like the yearly influenza shot. This has already been discussed.

That’s how they’ll get the ten doses for every Australian the government purchased or committed to purchase into the Sheeple.

The two federal government drug agencies pointed to above have a very feminine abundance in their composition. Not criticising the people but the gender specific makeup of the departments show the Feds/Hunt a very aware of the groups gender ‘balance’. The specialities of the committee members makes for interesting reading as well. Perhaps they are a little underwhelming on expectations. It makes one wonder just how resistant or otherwise they may be to fighting outside influences if that was called for.

Who or what made these people sack a hyperspecialist in the field these people were supposed to be responsible for. Many explanations should be demanded to be given to the Australian Parliament, especially by those members critical of the methodologies used to fight COVID-19.

    80

    • #
      David Maddison

Yes, in such obviously woke agencies with gender-specific appointments the question the thinking person asks of any particular employee is “are they a quota placement” or “are they a merit-based placement”?

They are government departments. It goes without saying – they are employing every new woke trend available!! Plus, for the last 2 years a lot have probably been working from home. Even, with Zoom it doesn’t create a very good workplace in a lot of situations. Plus, a lot of government departments have a fee for service basis. Also, a lot of their advisory review processes are now probably contracted out. So, not only can there be political interference, there can be commercial influence as well.
