Don’t mention the Australian vaccine: The TGA bans Aussie Professor from talking about his work
Australia has a mini Ministry of Truth already. It’s called the TGA.
Australians can probably still get a Pfizer vaccine in chemists and carparks across Australia, but they still need to fly to Iran to get an Australian-made vaccine. The good news is that at least this week it’s legal for Australians to finally fly to Tehran without taking Pfizer or Moderna shot first — as long as they don’t fly on an Australian airline. (Not mentioning any names, Qantas!)
The people mostly responsible for this situation are the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Association). They’re supposed to be looking after Australians health but somehow all their decisions happen to be exactly what a Pfizer CEO would want. Spooky eh? The TGA rushed the approval for the Pfizer vaccines, but still, millions of doses later, won’t release the procurement contracts, even under FOI. Signed on our behalf, and for our own good, yes? Did they even read the documents that Pfizer AND the FDA tried to hide for 75 years?
Now meet Professor Nikolai Petrovsky from Flinders University, Australia, who had already developed protein based vaccines against the original SARS in 2003 and MERS in 2012, so he was the obvious choice to develop an old fashioned protein based vaccine in Australia. (Hey, but it’s not like we want to develop our own vaccine industry, eh?).
So he went on to make a protein vaccine against SARS-2 and has got approval to use it in Iran. Last I heard (months ago) they had sold 6 million doses to Iran, apparently with great results.
With all the makings of a Great Banana Republic Australia promptly sacked Petrovsky for taking his own vaccine instead of one of the foreign ones approved by The Sacred T.G.A committee. We can’t have vaccine experts at uni picking their own vaccines can we?
Somehow the Australian government spent something like $6 billion on foreign vaccines but asked the small Australian company to pay $300,000 to get approved here. So Petrovsky ran a GoFundMe, and it was so popular it raised a million dollars. Finally he has permission and funding to run Australian trials, but now he doesn’t have permission to talk about it. Who knew he needed that? Apparently the TGA says it will fine him $13,000 or maybe one million (convenient, eh?) if he does. (Updated: I hear it’s an $11m threat now).
If only Australians were smart enough to hear the words of Professors without “protection” by unaccountable committees?
Unfortunately, Australians can’t take the Australian vaccine in Australia, and if they fly to Iran to get it, they still can’t return to their jobs in Victoria or WA. Who voted for the TGA? This committee controls what every doctor and medical professor can say in Australia. But doctors don’t even vote for them.
For those who are interested — Petrovsky’s “Spikogen” vax has no RNA or DNA — just protein, and there’s no Furin cleavage site, or TMP (Trans Membrane Protein) either. Those are two parts of the spike that might make it less likely to get into our cells, or to stick in the cell-membrane of our cells and poke out. (When our cells have those viral spikes displayed they will attract the attention of wayward immune cells and thus increase the risk of myocarditis and other autoimmune reactions). As to how well it works, we hear there are very few side effects. I’ve seen no data yet. If only the Australian Government was trying to help Australian researchers?
The Ministry of Medical-Truth are the same agency that also banned all doctors in Australia from prescribing ivermectin for Covid, because it might reduce the sales of Pfizer, I mean — because “people might not get vaccinated”. They actually said that. They also said they banned doctors from using it because some people who weren’t doctors on social media were getting the doses wrong. Like that makes sense. And apparently we were running out of one of the most common drugs on the planet, and still are, because no one in government thought to order any more from Indiamart?

These government functionaries attempt to regulate entire sectors of the economy, agency by agency. The agencies do not agree with each other. There is no central plan. There are hundreds of these agencies in the United States government, each independent, each with the authority to issue regulations. There are at least 250 agencies and departments. There may be as many as 430. No one knows. This is why they are autonomous. Their rules govern production. This reduces the authority of customers. Businesses are afraid of violating rules. They do what they are told by bureaucrats, not what they are told by paying customers.

Some are good in that they are trying to end medical mandates, reduce government interference in life and businesses etc – yet are fully on board with the insane “net zero CO2 emissions by 2050” mantra.
There is still a lot of ignorance out there in the minors and independents. Voters do not perceive that their choices are reduced by regulations. They do not understand that economic growth is reduced. They think they are being protected from exploitation by businesses. Instead, they are being exploited by bureaucrats.
A buyer assumes that he is being protected by the state from fraud or unsafe products. He assumes that he therefore has reduced personal responsibility for investigating the terms of a proposed exchange. This assumption of safety may not be true. True or not, he wants the state to protect him. This is the first step in his surrender of his personal responsibility, and therefore also his liberty, to the government. He has transferred to state bureaucrats the responsibility of protecting him. But by reducing his range of choices by forcing businesses to sell only on state-approved terms, the state may also suppress innovations that would benefit customers. The state’s bureaucrats determine what production processes and offers are best for customers. They substitute their judgment for the judgment of buyers and sellers.

Saving all living creatures from climate change is worth a very significant portion of the civilized worlds GDP. Iran has about 10% lower vaccination rate than Australia but Covid has all but gone there. Current death rate in Iran is 1/7th of Australia’s. Australia has daily average of 152cases/100k while Iran is down to 1 daily case/100k.
It could be that Iran’s high case rate before vaccines has provided natural immunity but I now know a number of people who have had Covid more than once.

In what looks to me like a related story, the Weekend West Australian ran a bizarre set of stories on Saturday: an article on page 8, and a full 2-page spread in their “Agenda” section (pages 40-41). I searched for the articles in the West’s website but couldn’t find them. Anyway they’ll be behind a paywall. So here are some extracts:
From page 8, Child Liver Illness Fears (subtitle “Top doc issues calls to get young kids vaccinated now amid hepatitis concern”):
Doctors say it’s possible that the origins of a mystery liver illness in young children could lie with COVID.
Dr. Andrew Miller, former president of the AMA in WA, said while it was too early to say if the virus was the cause of the severe pediatric hepatitis – flagged as a cause for concern by the WHO this month – even the slim possibility that it could be involved made vaccinating children against COVID even more important.
“I just think that even the possibility that this hepatitis could be related to COVID makes it urgent to get them vaccinated. If it turns out that the hepatitis isn’t related, at least we’ve done our best to be precautionary, and do what we can.”
His comments came just a day after Moderna applied to the US FDA for approval to use its two-dose vaccine in children under six. It reported that the drug was about 51% effective <against Omicron> in children under 2 and about 37% effective in 2- to 5-year olds.
The hepatitis has so far been found in just under 200 children around the world, with 10% of cases leaving kids needing a liver transplant.

Summary: no cases in Australia; no evidence of any relation to Covid-19; only “some” of the kids were infected with Covid-19; other physicians – including even Dr. Fauci – are not making any link with Covid-19; yet the “Top doc” Dr. Andrew Miller draws the conclusion that it’s urgent to get kids vaccinated – despite the woeful efficacy of the vaccines, even as reported by Moderna. Why would the West even be giving airtime to such nonsense?

Australia’s TGA is a much smaller equivalent of the US FDA. If you look at the FDA’s performance over many decades you can see what a very poor regulatory body they are. You only have to look at the oxycontin and fentanyl problems in the US to see how those drugs were unwisely promoted right under the FDA’s nose. Try watching a TV series called “Dopesick”. You start watching it and think this is really good fiction. Then do some research and you find out that was is portrayed in that series was actually real life. Particularly the part where in order to reduce the addictive nature of the drug oxycontin its manufacturer doubled the dose! All approved by the FDA. They don’t employ the best and brightest and there is an incredible amount of staff recycling between big Pharma and the FDA. They are probably also relatively poorly funded and lack resources. All that describes our TGA. They are effectively a rubber stamp for any approvals that go across their desk. If a product has already been approved by the FDA there is bugger all chance the TGA will question any aspect of the application. Can you imagine- “Hello Pfizer, its Joe Blogs from the Australian TGA here, I would just like to question the long term safety data for your vaccine?” Australia with a population of 26 m – he’d be lucky to get a call back. Maybe a perfunctory email at best. Big Pharma hierarchy is based around sales. Australia is very low person on the totem pole. So, our government (Greg Hunt and the federal CMHO’s) all had a major dose of FOMO. If they hadn’t put in their orders for the mRNA vaccines there was a chance we could have missed out. Or so they probably thought. Our shipments could have gone off to India or Indonesia etc. Also, you could expect some pretty unfavourable terms in any contracts between the Australian Govt and the likes of both Pfizer and Moderna.
