Did they really say “Punishment”?

The Queensland government will allow unvaccinated teachers to return to work, but at a lower pay rate for 18 weeks. It has also sent them nasty letters to make sure they feel intimidated.  There are only so many words for vindictive, spiteful tyrants.

Do the vaccinated realize that this will bite them soon too? Once bureaucrats can inflict penalties retrospectively, capriciously and with no possible reasoning (they don’t even try) — then anyone can be the next victim.

John Ruddick (@JohnRuddick2)

What’s happening to the unvaxxed Queensland teachers is the opening salvo in a Beijing-style ‘social credit’ system in Australia.

The govt is pointlessly persecuting a minority to enforce conformity. https://t.co/y03tR08oGI

Meanwhile, the CDC says you can’t have the new omicron vaccine unless you take the old out-of-date vaccine first

Not that anyone is hankering to try another round of medical experiments, but in what immunological world does that make sense… The old vaccines prime immune systems to respond to a virus that hasn’t been seen for 18 months. Using an out-of-date vaccine increases the risk of Original Antigenic Sin and Antibody Dependent Enhancement where our bodies make antibodies that aren’t as effective or which help the virus infect our cells. It’s playing with immunological fire.

It’s so stupid it’s getting spooky. Here’s the CDC:

Omicron-specific Covid booster shots are just weeks away. Here’s who will—and won’t—be eligible

Newly updated Covid booster shots designed to target omicron’s BA.5 subvariant should be available within in the next three weeks. That begs an important question: Who’s going to be eligible to get them?

The short answer: anyone ages 12 and up who has completed a primary vaccination series, a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention spokesperson tells CNBC Make It. It’s unlikely to matter whether you’ve received any other booster doses or not before, the spokesperson says — but if you’re unvaccinated, you won’t be eligible for the updated formula until you complete a primary series with the existing Covid vaccines.

It’s like their main aim is to clear the superseded floor stock, or make more sales for Mr Pfizer, not your health.

Or are they really afraid there are still people around who can act as a control group?

What is it with these people?

Who gave any Australian state or federal governments or the US Government permission to do experiments on people without consent?

    Maybe the WHO, that’s who…

Human experimentation without informed consent is illegal under various laws.

When wwe were offered these experimental “vaccines” we were given the figure of 94% efficacy.

In use that figure wound back, to now tell us that “protection” may only last a few weeks and they do not even stop transmission.

To counter this, authorities keep moving the goalposts.

They have long passed the limit for doing this. The simple fact is that these vaccines are not “fit for purpose”. And still we see people seeking to enforce these “mandates”.

Pretty soon there will be people seeking compensation for wrongful dismissal and other losses imposed by these whacky mandates.

It is becoming clearer by the day that we cannot and should not believe anything the government tells us. I am always pleasantly surprised at the level of knowledge of people I thought were not interested in current affairs. Their knowledge comes not from the MSM but alternative sources with which most here are familiar. It is very heartening. Governments will find it harder to brainwash the population thankfully. Disappointing are the usually intelligent types who swallow the rubbish because they trust the likes of the ABC and SMH. They also vote Labor which says a lot.

      Exactly.
My experience is that the free thinkers tend to be self-employed business owners (tradies and farmers) who don’t watch TV.
Those reliant on MSM, in particular the ABC, seem to be connected by some kind of umbilical cord, dependant on it for all their cognitive sustenance.
I include all my extended family, and every one of my ex-friends in that category.

Even on this esteemed group you can see many of the non-free thinkers i.e. Leftists, only post during business hours suggesting they are public serpents posting on work hours….

And unlike any Leftist-oriented blog where conservatives and other free thinkers are banned, everyone is allowed to post here (Jo’s blog) because conservatives and fellow travelers are not terrified of alternative opinions like the Left are.

Lawrie. Facts are that very very very few people believe….or believed…the govt lies on Covid-19. Here’s proof…..

When the Novovax jab was authorized in Oz, numerous govt shysters stated that it would encourage the un-gene-jabbed (the”vaccine hesitant”) to go get vaxed since Novovax is not an RNA abomination…..

Since the claim was / is that each vax-hesitant Aussie would need 2-3 doses of Novovax….and the govt admits it bought 51 million doses of it…my maths indicates AT LEAST 17 million Aussies are “vax-hesitant”.= the huge majority of Aussie adults NEVER believed the scurrilous Govt liars at all. Anyone care to refute the maths?

BTW: Should some govt-operative-shill wish to claim the 51 million doses were pre-ordered and therefore had to be accepted…then feel free to explain how the Oz Govt-liars were able to ditch the 100 billion bucks worth of equally PRE-ORDERED French subs when they felt like it.

Go on, shills. Tie yourselves in knots defending the lies…..as usual!

One may recall the DDR ( Deutsches Demokratische Republik) , aka GDR or East Germany. Citizens were encouraged to dob in others who were perceived to be less than faithful servants to the State. STASI informs some unfortunate that certain privileges given by the State are withdrawn ( social credit)- or worse. Human nature is what it is and I can see this coming to our compliant, obedient polity.

The most radical revolutionary will become a conservative the day after the revolution

    Hannah Arendt

It’s just pointing out that revolutioaries are much more wedded to thinking for everyone. They usually win when they fight people not so sure that they will be on the right side of history. The easier the victory, the less likely the revolution needed despotic leaders.

If you look at the worst Labor leaders, they worshipped the Labor Party and despised the Liberal Party like they were football teams. That is why we get so much drivel about minority rights being trampled on rather than just things that need to be fixed e.g. new generation of stolen children instead of why children need to be removed from their parents for their own safety.

They get into power, and the narrative changes from abuse of power to the common good.

“The Queensland Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2022 (Reference No. 2) intends to refocus the well established principle of patient-centred care to “public confidence in health services”.

This legislation will end the practice of medicine as we know it and will result in the death of informed consent, medical ethics, and the very lives of many Queenslanders and Australians.”

Remember, the Australian Government purchased enough obsolete (and in any case useless and dangerous) “vaccine” doses for enough for ten doses for every Australian aged zero plus.

Most have had two or three doses, many true believers already have four. There is at least another six doses of the obsolete vaccine to go that the government is determined to get into you one way or another.

Liberal, Labor or Green, it doesn’t matter. They are just different factions of the one uniparty.

In past times, which are no longer taught in “schools” medical experimentation on humans without consent was considered a war crime.

At the war crimes trials in 1946 23 National Socialist “doctors” were put on trial for their crimes and seven were hanged and nine given long prison sentences. [snip]

There is a good reason why the Left don’t want real history to be taught any more.

Nate Silver: ‘Liberal elites’ pressured Pfizer to delay vaccine until after 2020 election

Nate Silver claimed “liberal public health elites” pressured Pfizer to delay fast-track approval of its COVID-19 vaccine until after the 2020 presidential election — thus denying then-President Donald Trump a political win before voters headed to the polls.

The number-crunching data journalist reacted to an article by Politico that cited a House report that claimed the Trump administration sought to expedite approvals for both vaccines and “unproven treatments” for COVID-19.

“‘Trump pushed for vaccine approvals too fast’ is the worst possible critique of the Trump administration’s COVID policy,” Silver, founder of the Disney-owned FiveThirtyEight political news and analysis website, tweeted.

“That probably saved a lot of lives. If anything approval should have been faster.”

In a subsequent tweet, Silver wrote that “liberal public health elites” pushed Pfizer to “change its original protocols” that govern its authorization of vaccines so that the decision would be put off until after Election Day two years ago.

Silver noted that Pfizer’s decision “had the convenient side-effect of delaying any vaccine announcement until after the election” and that the story “deserves more scrutiny.”

The FiveThirtyEight editor-in-chief said most public health officials “tend to be strong [Democratic] partisans” and that their push for Pfizer to take its time in announcing a vaccine “may have been politically motivated in whole or in part.”

There appears to be a plan in the pipeline to blame Trump for the vaccine injuries.

        Mike Adams
Once again, the independent media called this out well in advance, warning that President Trump was walking right into a trap by promoting covid vaccines and taking credit for rolling them out so quickly via Operation Warp Speed.

Now that hundreds of thousands of Americans are dead from the vaccines — with millions injured — the “Trump trap” is being sprung. Under the direction of the intelligence script writers, of course, the left-wing media is now reporting that Trump pressured the FDA into authorizing the deadly vaccines as part of a political ploy to win the 2020 election.

This narrative has just been launched, and you’re going to see mainstream media demonizing Operation Warp Speed and Trump’s pushing of the vaccines, cutting corners and skipping long-term clinical trials.

I was a Biology /Science teacher in my past life(retired now). When Covid erupted on the scene over two years ago.I began to do lots of internet research on the
Bat lady from the Wuhan institute of Virology a Bio security lab level 4 this and her activities in what could only be described as Bio weapon development-freaked me out.
As time went on I like everyone was waiting for a vaccine (from Phyzer, Moderna etc) .They came out -then I found out there were “mRNA” technology and I knew from
teaching about vaccines (traditional contain killed or attenuated virus particles) that this mRNA technology was something more akin to gene therapy -never been
done before in medical history. Alarm bells /red flags started ringing in my head. Then I found out the meaning of EUA (emergency use authority) which was given to this
experimental technology.I also found out that repurposed drugs -hydoxychloroquin and Ivermectin had to be banned in order for the EUA to be established.I began to
really see the light when I found out that the Phyzer trials only went for 6 months and not the minimum 4 years. Then I read Robert Kennedy’s book on this whole saga
-everyone should read it and all that I had found out was in the book.
When after this I found out that these injections made our cells factories for only one part of the virus -the spike protein this knocked my sox off as I new
our natural immune response and our adaptive immune response needs to see the whole viral particle in order mount a proper defence. At this stage there was no way
I was going to become part of an experiment that had never been done before!! as it had absolutely no hallmarks of proper informed consent. So I was glad I was retired
these mandated injections would have meant I would have resigned and as many teachers did those and also in the medical profession or at least mounted mass protests about
the likes of which in my lifetime Ive never seen before in this country.
Now to read that the dictatorial Queensland government is docking teachers pay over a dangerous minimal efficacy medical procedure the type of which
was literally outlawed on on Humanitarian grounds by the Nuremberg protocols is disgusting.
    Cheers Mike Reed

It is surely of great significance that the strongest resistance to these mandates has come from front line professionals. Here teachers, nurses and police. Doctors seem to be underrepresented, probably because they have seen what was done to Dr Paul Oosterhuis in the early days.

There is talk of a Royal Commission. There has to be. But we will somehow have to determine the terms of reference.

It is for sure and certain that the government will limit those terms to denigrating Scott Morrison and his government. We will have to mount a campaign which forces it by sheer weight of campaigning to grow to cover all aspects of CV19.

Like every enquiry entered into by any government the results will have been already determined. Standard public service operating procedure. Even knowing what the outcome will be still requires the government of the day to act on recommendations and thereby hangs a tail. Look at every Royal Commission into bush fires since the early 1900’s all remarkably similar findings and recommendations, the government that ordered the enquiry vows to implement every recommendation and yet here we are over a century later, still enquiring, still recommending and still enduring bushfires. Witch hunts for political gain that never seem to deliver any tangible changes to anything.
I fear any Royal commission into how the covid pandemic was handled will be exactly the same

The only way an RC would work would be to split it up. Maybe RC v1 would look at COVID lockdowns and the general initial response. Quarantine, success/ non success of all the NPI’s would be a start. Vaccines? Geez, I don’t there ever will be an honest review or RC there. The health authorities are still in self denial. But whatever Australia does will be influenced by the US, UK, EU. It’s interesting that the US left want to nail Trump because of Operation Warp Speed. So, where were the unions during all of this? Completely missing in action. In Victoria during 2021, members of the CFMEU started protesting about compulsory vaxxes for building sites and were not very happy that their union wasn’t representing their members views. It resulted in that famous demonstration outside the CFMEU headquarters, which then lead to a large group of these workers storming through the streets of Melbourne and onto the West Gate Freeway. What was their unions response? The leaders and others in the Labor Party called them names. Including trouble makers, Neo Nazis, anti-vaxxers and probably some other choice words. I would love to see Building Companies try to dock the pay of CFMEU workers for not getting COVID boosters. There would be nationwide strikes and virtual civil war on the streets outside building sites.

I work for Queensland Corrective Services as a sworn custodial officer. Officers who were covered by the same health order as teachers.
We have been suspended on full pay since December last year for not being vaccinated.
Our commissioner in his medical wisdom still wont allow us back to work having issued his own mandate the day before the health order expired.
We have been all but ignored by qcs. Threatened with dismissal, fines, pay cuts etc… yet still nothing.
I see this as an attempt to satisfy the active staff who were punished for doing the ‘right’ thing. While we were ‘rewarded’ with extended paid leave. Most active staff mostly just want us back. But our union leader is very vocal that we should be sacked. The department with terribly disorganised disciplinary action, flagrant disregard for natual justice are having our suspensions extended every week or few for almost a year.
But we have stuck to our guns.
Meanwhile since the Commissioner mandate, prisoners have never been required to be vaccinated. Understandably so. Yet chaplains, contractors, education staff…basically anyone not employed by qcs have no more mandate. The imposition on human rights and ‘safety’ of staff being the Commissioners reasoning for issuing his own mandate.

The govt has backed themselves into a very tight corner. Meanwhile prison conditions are more under staffed, dangerous and foul by the day.

Corrections is the other big public service that the public don’t hear about. The unseen sector. We deal with the most vile, the most real, the most tragic for 12 hrs per shift.

We will resist with the teachers. We will resist any such action if we are sent back to work. The govt will be facing legal action across all sectors for years to come over their actions in this pandemic.

I do too. At the very least the government has a problem. It desperately needs the unvaccinated to come back to work, but letting them come back without extra punishment will presumably make a lot of the unwilling-but-vaxxed ask themselves if obeying authority was worth it.

It reminds them that being unvaxxed is really an option (for some anyway). They may feel ripped off…

Exactly….. the crazy thing is they have now set the standard. The Commissioners mandate includes the need for boosters. Why on earth would vaxxed staff do that when they know they can be suspended on full pay.

“Though seeing they do not see, though hearing they do not hear” is it God blinding wrongdoers? I might think so if I was religious. But we can’t deny what is staring us all in the face, lest we be blinded ourselves.

Meanwhile they are madly recruiting 20 something year olds (a disaster in a maximum security jail) and keeping us on paid suspension. The teachers have come back to work. So they can’t rightly sack us either. Meanwhile visitors and contractors enter and have contact with no vaccination requirement.

The lunatics are running the asylum.

The county is busy running ads for employment because the long time staff have almost all moved on to retirement or used seniority to take less demanding jobs. I can’t say for certain that vax/notvax was the only cause but certainly covid19 was a significant part of the washout.

I dont really believe in these spook theories. I do however think people are stubborn and they hate being denied what they want so they keep insisting people comply to their demands.

        “they hate being denied ”

The core characteristic of anyone who becomes a politician or Govt employee! The more you refuse to do as you’re told, the harsher their demands come. A typical sign of people with a loser’s character.

GA- Maybe its a binary compound that needs component A in place and working before you add component B. Anyway, 12months will tell us, all new diseases and conditions arising as they roll it out. ..or it could be a slow system where each component kills you slowly, so they need to add them up as much as possible. A kills so many, B kills so many, but by themselves its not enough for our masters.

German Scientists Find ‘Toxic Components’ In Covid Vaccines NOT Listed in Ingredients

A team of German scientists has discovered highly unusual toxic components—mostly metallic—in all the Covid-19 vaccine samples they analyzed, describing the findings as “troublesome and perplexing.”

Making matters even more disturbing, the Working Group for COVID Vaccine Analysis says that some of the unusual toxic elements found in the AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Moderna vaccine vials were not listed in the ingredient lists from the manufacturers.

Alkali metals: caesium (Cs), potassium (K)
Alkaline earth metals: calcium (Ca), barium (Ba)
transition metals: cobalt (Co), iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), titanium (Ti)
Rare earth metals: cerium (Ce), gadolinium (Gd)
      Mining group/metal: aluminum (Al)
Carbon group: silicon (Si) (partly support material/slide)
      Oxygen group: sulphur (S)
These substances, furthermore, “are visible under the dark-field microscope as distinctive and complex structures of different sizes, can only partially be explained as a result of crystallization or decomposition processes, [and] cannot be explained as contamination from the manufacturing process,” the researchers found.

Any teacher who unquestioningly took the vaccine is also a teacher that doesn’t ask difficult questions about anything else.

They are therefore ideal vectors to propagate other government propaganda or encourage acceptance of things like electricity and food shortages, no rights of bodily integrity, encouraging racial and gender divisions, encouraging acceptance of socialism, acceptance of all ideas of Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty Four etc..

Okay. I’ve thought about it. We should embrace the precedent of retrospectivity. This could really catch on.

If there was ever any doubt about the intentional malfeasance of these tyrants it has long since dissipated. Let justice reign (and rain actually).

We can fire the public health bureaucrats, garnish their payout in its entirety, and recover the rest of the necessary compensation for their foul deeds from their superannuation and assets. The prospect of prison will remain for the most egregious…you cannot simply buy your way out of what you did. Nor will you be allowed to “Fauci” out of the building and into the reeds…

Actually, no reason we should limit the carnage to public health. Plenty of useful idiots and collaborators in other parts of the bureaucracy (that enjoyed themselves just a little too much over the last two-and-a-half years) – you know who you are…and so do we.

So, enjoy the last throes of your petty tyranny. The ‘I didn’t know…’ [Yes you did] and ‘I was just following orders…’ [Yeah, you sure were, weren’t you…] defences will be afforded all of the protection it has traditionally offered (just in case you were in any doubt of the compassion you should expect).

Future generations must know what is at the end of the heinous public conduct that has been allowed to be perpetrated against the free citizens of Australia and the world.

We mean to teach the lesson thoroughly.

    Never forget their thuggery

There is simply no legitimate defense for Covid authoritarianism and over-reach

    James Allan

The tide has turned. Finally. Recently that organ of pro-lockdown orthodoxy, the New York Times, ran an editorial to the effect that during the Covid pandemic no schools should ever have been closed. And that it would take decades to recover from this public policy fiasco. Sure, the NYT buried this editorial in a Saturday edition. But it’s a start. Especially for those of us who doubted the imposition of lockdowns from day one, publicly and in print, and were faced with a barrage of unhinged abuse about being ‘grandmother killers’ or ‘denying the science’ or having some talking head suffering from a toxic overdose of his own supposed virtue ramble on about ‘not on my watch’ as regards adopting the Swedish approach.

Last week the front page of the London Telegraph (far more sane through the pandemic, by the way, than the Australian) published a front page piece with a headline ‘lockdown effects feared to be killing more people than Covid’. In fact, the article by the paper’s science editor Sarah Knapton cites excess deaths data from Britain’s Office for National Statistics that make it plain this will happen. Knapton says that ‘over the past two months, the number of excess deaths not from Covid dwarfs the number linked to the virus’. Even some doctors’ organisations, who were all too willing to try to suppress and cancel lockdown dissenters for over two years, are doing about faces – not least the British Heart Foundation. Others, like the man who goes by the moniker ‘The Naked Emperor’ (for obvious reasons) on Substack, have taken this data and drilled down further. For instance, for the week ending 5 August there were 1,350 excess deaths in England and Wales.

Guess what? That is 14.4 per cent higher than the 5-year average. And you’re seeing those noticeably higher excess deaths in Australia too.

    From The Spectator Magazine –

“It is maddeningly foolish that in a time when Australia is facing a shortage of teachers, experienced (and clearly resilient) workers who love their jobs have come back only to be treated with scorn. They are spoken to by authority figures as though they are subhuman and punished for doing nothing wrong. The Department of Education should be thanking these teachers for having the grace to return to work after all they have been put through. But no, the Queensland state thinks they are ‘teaching them a lesson’.

Everything politicians and bureaucrats are doing, every injustice, every potentially unlawful policy, every injury caused, every life torn apart, every attack on human rights and freedoms – all of it will stack up against them and they will be judged by the sharp eye of history.

You may punish the powerless today, but eventually the shoe might be on the other foot.”

I visited 4 retail places in Ellensburg today. Small town, not a lot of people.
Still, I did not see a single mask.
The County Fair and The Ellensburg Rodeo start next week. The latter is one of the “old rodeos” and has earned its place as one of America’s Top 10 professional rodeos. There will be thousands of visitors and hundreds of participants.
There isn’t a clue in sight that Covid Panic ever existed.
Washington State was one of the first places to experience an outbreak when almost nothing was known about Covid. The state government did panic, and chaos resulted. About 70 % of the population has had one or more shots; that stabilized 6 months ago.
Now, no one gives a schist.

There are so many red flags with the covid vaccine that only the terminally intellectually compromised could ignore them . Spent some time with a group of people last week interstate and one of them had just had his fourth jab and was seriously ill (had to go home) and all the others were still on board with getting repeated jabs . Cognitive dissonance will kill then if the vaccine doesn’t……

…and the current Omicron wave is receding globally. So wonder who manufactured the new vaccines – the old firm again I believe – starts with a silent “P”? They need their $$$ so will be enabled…

    It is good science (seriously).

They don’t want the new Omicron vaccine to push the circulating variants to mutate back towards Delta etc.

Because all the COVID vaccines are non-sterilising, they provide an evolutionary pressure on the virus. Without recipients being vaccinated against the original strain, it’s possible that the virus would mutate backwards again towards the Delta variant.

If you think that having an Omicron vaccine makes sense, It makes good sense, and is a worthwhile risk mitigation.

They can’t say all this out loud, since they denied that the vaccination created the variants, and by doing this they are admitting it.

If there is one profession where I would consider taking the vaccine it would be teaching. I did a short spell of teaching once and came down with some terrible colds. Kids are filthy germ pots. I would hate to be in a classroom full of them with a virus of unknown qualities getting about.

But that was the early days. Now, time has shown us that it’s not that bad really, new variants aren’t as bad as Alpha and Delta, and many of us have already had the virus.

Those teachers really rolled the dice if you ask me, but they won. So good luck to them. This pay cut shows what psychopaths, and very poor thinkers the people in charge are.

Yep- 120K is certainly what a 32yr-old Dr is worth… Say, two years welfare for a North African immigrant family with plenty of kids.. Easy worth a doctor who had 35years of helping sick people ahead of him.

A bit like the $3000 if your husband dies here in Oz. All so typical of Govt.

I’m happy taking twice daily Quercetin, Vit C & D and Zinc tablets, either Fusion brand or Immuni’s Immune Defence rather than taking any of those garbage injections. Had covid and it was milder than the influenza I had a couple of months ago. Got over both in 4-5 days too! AND I’m a fat bastard!

Kentifc – although I have taken Quercetin as a precaution when exposed to Covid, I have been told by a very well qualified Pharmacologist that it is not wise to take Quercetin every day. All the other Vits are fine & I likewise take them. But Quercetin & probably Ivermectin are best kept for actual Covid infections or vulnerability to infection.

Control group still around? Oh yes – there are still some of us around, despite their best efforts.

And getting spooky? Yes it is. Trying to get maximum profit, who knows? It is just a dystopian nightmare as far as I am concerned.
