If ever there was a prime example of how publicly funded media would inevitably grow to be a communist pox on the nation, this would be it. The BBC of course, should be giving them a voice — telling their stories — and letting the world know these victims are so oppressed they have to use cartoon codes instead of words like “vaccine” to even have a conversation.
If the victims are British, they are probably paying the BBC licensing fee and not only are they getting nothing for their money, they’re paying the salary of BBC smug know-nothings to silence them. The BBC has seen several groups, one with hundreds of thousands of members, in which the emoji appears in place of the word “vaccine”.
Facebook’s algorithms tend to focus on words rather than images.
The groups are being used to share unverified claims of people being either injured or killed by vaccines.
Once the BBC alerted Facebook’s parent company, Meta, the groups were removed.
“We have removed this group for violating our harmful misinformation policies and will review any other similar content in line with this policy. We continue to work closely with public health experts and the UK government to further tackle Covid vaccine misinformation,” the firm said in a statement.
However, the groups have since re-appeared in our searches.
The rules of the very large group state: “Use code words for everything”. It adds: “Do not use the c word, v word or b word ever” (covid, vaccine, booster). It was created more than a year ago and has more than 250,000 members.
Obviously with Facebook censoring vaccine critics, people have had to find a way to communicate in code.

But of course, newer data shows excess deaths are now accruing not just in the UK, but in the USA and Germany too. Even New Scientist admits there are thousands more deaths than usual, though it has no idea why. Not all the people speaking in carrots on Facebook will be relatives of a vaccine related death, some may be mistaken, but thousands of people are out there who are suffering and thousands more are not-dead but they have nerve disorders, rashes, pain and where are they allowed to talk?
If the BBC had sought out and reported their stories from the beginning, it could have saved lives instead of using state power to silence them.

I had a cup of tea (M*d*rn* mRN* b**st*r) just before Christmas 2021 and have since seen multiple doctors and specialists who have been unable to explain my symptoms. Initially, they were equally divided between those who could see that the v*cc*n* had somehow caused the symptoms and those who simply asserted that the symptoms had nothing to do with the v*cc*n*. But more recently, there has been a change: it seems fairly obvious to me that doctors have been restrained from making any statement that could be interpreted as being critical of the v*cc*n*. I did a scan of the US’s VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events) database, and found over 30,000 cases that appeared to be in the same category as mine, yet some medical professionals still will not accept that as a possibility. As I see it, the medical system is no longer run by medical people for the benefit of patients but is now run entirely by and for bureaucrats. Just like every other government department?

In some ways maybe but I would suggest if used correctly the benefits far outweigh the negatives. Consider “Lets go Brandon”. It very quickly got a life of its own and was even chanted on the streets of London on Monday when Brandon got stuck in a traffic jam.
Had the real sentiment been expressed the noddies would have been in like Flynn to shut it down. Instead they are faced with showing themselves up for over reacting to something very innocuous in itself. The additional benefit is any who still do not know the meaning of the statement would immediately ask why are people saying that and so the message still gets passed on and since the asker is involved in seeking an answer when that answer is given it may trigger further conversation/questions. Suddenly we go from a passing interest into serious consideration of why/who/when/where and this deeper involvement is more likely to have an impact on them which they are more likely to remember and perhaps even ponder. After all this is the ideal aim of any advertising to plant a memory/association to generate a reaction when that memory/association is triggered.

This same council also offers endless advise to “get vaccinated” to protect everyone else in the community. I have no doubt every family has similar stories to tell. Mine-personally, after 2 x AZ’s my psoriasis went crazy. New patches and where previous small patches now bigger. Wife, 2 days in bed after her AZ booster. Brothers and sisters (60’s) all spent probably at least a day ” sick” or in bed following their initial vaccines. My son ( 20’s) had a weird weekend after his 2nd Pfizer where he felt like he was on high level drugs. My DIL has experienced prolonged paralysis in one leg and other pain symptoms following her Pfizer booster back in February. Spent days in hospital, ED’s and numerous consults with neurologist, rheumatologist etc. No one can pinpoint the cause. She was a staunch critic of “anti-vaxxers” , but now is starting to realise the vaccine may have amplified her symptoms. She had always had bad migraines and symptoms of MS in previous years. But they were only transient prior. Now she’s had 7 months of continual pain and immobility. My theory, she still has spike protein floating around her body, causing all sorts of inflammation.

Ross, just a thought — your DIL may benefit from B12. Not necessarily cyanocobalamin (cheap, synthetic and common form), but one of the other forms methyl/adeno/hydroxo-cobalamin. Deficiency in B12 can increase migraines, and cause nerve damage. It’s a big molecule, and hard to absorb. As we age deficiency is more common. We only absorb 0.1% of a tablet. Sublingual is better. IM Injections are $5, no script needed. (Though we should all google side effects and contraindications, talk to a doc). Testing B12 levels is only so useful. Doesn’t always mean what people think. B12 is involved in restoring myelination (the insulation) on our nerves. Periferal nerve damage is one symptom of B12 deficiency.

The best he can can come up with is Functional Neurological Disorders ( FND ), which sounds like one of those “catch all” descriptors. I think she may have had some injections. Based on advice from my GP, from family pharmacist conversations and others I was convinced that the Astra Zeneca vaccine for COVID-19 was worthwhile to reduce the potential impact of the virus and therefore possibly avoid intensive care. But I also continued to take Vitamin D, Zinc, C and other supplements and to spend time most days sitting in the sunshine. I have not had COVID, and I have had three vaccinations.
I posted here a while ago that in between the first and second injection I noticed on my blood pressure monitor that BP was higher than my average normal and then that the irregular heartbeat symbol was flashing often but not every time I checked BP. After consulting my GP and several heart checks he referred me to specialists to have done it was confirmed that I had non-valvular atrial fibrillation but it is irregular. So my BP medication was changed (Atenolol doubled to twice a day) and blood thinner added (Alquist).
My BP remains slightly higher now but lower than it was and the irregular heartbeat is still intermittent.
I have been advised by the Pharmacist that she knows of another male of my age who had the same experience and I have been reading more acknowledgements that AF is not uncommon after the vaccine.

There is no law of biology that says it can’t be both (or neither) simultaneously. It does induce an immune response, though it might not be very long or very useful, and it appears to be net negative effect in the long run, but splitting technical hairs over the movable vaccine definition is not an easy win.
As for gene therapy, there’s no evidence it is genetically therapeutic. 😉 I mean really…

Kevin may not read my replies but hopefully others will. We know there are viruses through many independent methods. If viruses don’t exist there are a billion observations that need a better explanation, but no one has one. We can call viruses a mental model, but so is nearly everything in the universe. Semantics.
My point remains, if we ban people from using the word “vaccine” — a rather totalitarian approach — we just become a weirdo fringe enclave talking to ourselves.

As a youngster who grew up in the shadow of polio and welcomed the claimed immunity provided by the polio vaccine I was always enthusiastically pro vaccine.
The advent of the Flu Vaccine in recent years has disturbed me in many ways and this recent CV19 intrusion into our lives has been the end for me.
When we can no longer trust our governments to supervise the pharmaceutical industry to ensure that they produce safe, effective vaccines we must start to think for ourselves.
What happens under a microscope is irrelevant if a claimed “vaccine” doesn’t provide protection from the targeted microorganism; that’s its job.
If additionally, a claimed vaccine causes or is associated with an extraordinary level of adverse side effects then it doesn’t fit the definition of a Vaccine and the manufacturers, distributors and governments responsible must be prosecuted.
Calling such an intrusion “a Vaccine” , I believe, is misleading the public.

Define ‘vaccine’? It has been centuries since any ‘vaccines’ have had anything to do with cows. Eh what, you say?
Although it was already well known in the Subcontinent, the connection between cowpox and smallpox was not discovered in the West until it was observed that milkmaids infected with cowpox were immune to smallpox. That is how the Latin word for cow ‘vacca’ was adapted (Anglicised) and adopted for the new ‘vaccine’ treatment that was developed.
Actually, way before this, a practice called variolation was used in India (since who knows when!) where a tiny amount of the crusty scab of a recovered smallpox patient was scraped and smeared into a small cut in the arm of someone wishing to develop immunity. This process transferred antibodies from the healed person to the other. Technically this is a type of inoculation.
Although the words inoculation, immunisation and vaccination are nowadays bandied about and used interchangeably they are distinct, separate medical procedures. Perhaps ‘immunisation’ is the best word to use in the broadest sense, although these days shot, jab, vax or vaccination are increasingly popular. Variolation is a type of inoculation. Vaccination was originally immunity to smallpox acquired by developing antibodies from having cowpox. Using the general terms, Vaccination, inoculation and immunisation (acquiring and/or developing immunity) these days can be split up into many techniques:
1. Active and Passive
Passive- Immunisation such as for diphtheria and tetanus (eg the tetanus booster where antibodies are transferred from a healthy host). Also extended to antitoxins;
Active-
Inactivated (“killed” particles that cannot replicate);
Attenuated (“live” particles such as weakened microbes that induce antibody production but aren’t strong enough to make you sick);
[ *The first Polio vaccines (nothing to do with cows!) Salk and Sabin used either method. The latter was oral and the former was injected.]
2. Nanoparticle technology
Modern viral vector and messenger ribonucleic acid vaccines that use harmless genetic encoding in a part of the virus (the spike protein) that stimulate an immune response in host cells. They never enter the nucleus of the cell and therefore cannot alter the DNA which is only strictly inside the nucleus. It is only the RNA which is outside the cell. The antibodies thus produced later recognise the real virus and attack and kill it.
There are also other platforms and research into Subunit, Recombinant proteins, Peptides and other types of vaccines in development in many countries around the world.

As you say, the language changes with time and usage so that only very old people like us would associate “cows” with the word “vaccine”.
The meaning of the word for the average person implies a treatment that helps fend off a noxious spreading low life form and reduces spread.
If, as in the case of CV19 “jabs”, there is no protection against spread and no other apparent benefit there are a lot of questions that government must answer.
The jab is obviously causing much damage and giving little discernible benefit to recipients.
That doesn’t seem to qualify as a Vaccine.

Keith, I’m not suggesting the current “so-called” vaccine is much use, or more than barely worth the name, just that people are getting hung up on the semantic name battle and definitions of vaccine, but it’s not a war worth fighting. Applying that idea to the CAGW, Man Made Global Warming and death by incineration due to excess CO2 levels issue, would also be a great move.
The primary feature of the UNIPCCC push for Zero Carbon is that there is Absolutely and Incontrovertibly no Scientific basis for the claim of human causation of Global Warming.
It’s a total scientific nonsense to suggest that Man can heat the atmosphere in the manner claimed.
The fact that the “Warmers” push a scientific episode from a hundred years ago as “proof” of CO2’s super thermodynamic powers is mind boggling and defies all considerations of current understanding in the area of atomic physics. In the CAGW thing we really should be adopting the same approach to completely nullify all of the Planet Saving measures that have been dumped on us.

Correction, I had read most of that before, but Item 2 was interesting.
The text suggests that the new vaccines based on this concept are harmless in terms of side effects. I vaguely remember reports of the “testing” of a Gates related polio vaccine in Africa which was very damaging to recipients.
Recent introduction of the Flu vaccine has me worried and the performance of the CV19 Vaxxines has me terrified.
Vaccines are meant to save live, not end them.

Kevin has been informed that the virus has been isolated in code in full many times. (See my links in reply above in this thread to the last rounds of this same argument.) Indeed the exact sequence has been done more than five million times. He’s been asked to look at Nextstrain open source data to see that — its all there — listed in samples, in full code, with all the mutations described at every single one of the 29,000 bases of RNA, and the name of the labs, the town, the pathologist, the date, etc etc. (Yes, those numbers are all real, not made up for effect).
The virus has been photographed — individually. It’s been isolated in plaque assays. I’ve asked him to learn what a plaque assay is. We also use Eliza tests, symptoms, d-dimer blood tests, oxygen saturation levels and contact trace those infections. There must be a billion observations that Kevin has no explanation for.
Dr Sam Bailey and others talk about Koch’s postulates which are from the 1800s and applied to bacteria. They are outdated, irrelevant and viruses are not bacteria.
There is no such thing as a virus “monoculture”. A virus is not living, it is just a code. It can’t propagate without a cell. Therefore there is only one virus in a test tube for two weeks til it degrades to component parts, or there is tissue culture with a swamp of cells, debris and food and it’s very expensive to separate them all out. We do separate them out all teh time though, we do it with DNA or RNA assays, not with chemical extraction. A virus is a code and we’ve isolated the code.
You can’t find a computer virus monoculture either, because they don’t exist. Like we don’t have a box of gravity, but it seems to be real.
