Judge Blocks Further Certification of PA Election Results Over Mail-in Ballot Fight

A Pennsylvania state court issued an order blocking the certification of election results in the state, pending a hearing to be held on Friday, reports Fox News.
This is Judge Patricia McCullough’s court order. It’s not entirely clear what this means since Pennsylvania has been described as certifying the votes” already. Games of bluff are coming from both sides. Not surprisingly, officials in Pennsylvania are going to appeal this ruling.
Separately though, regardless of what is or is not certified, the elected representatives in Pennsylvania can choose to send their own electors in the event of major fraud.
Rudy Giuliani, who is leading the Trump campaign’s election legal efforts, on Wednesday suggested that Pennsylvania GOP state senators have the power to vote and choose their own electors, citing voter fraud allegations.

“If you were a Republican poll worker you were treated like a dog,” Trump said on a call as his lawyer, Jenna Ellis, held up her phone to the microphone. He was referring to complaints from sworn affidavits about poll watchers being denied access to vote-tabulation efforts on Nov. 3 and beyond in places like Philadelphia and Detroit.
“Our poll watchers were pushed out of the building … don’t be intimidated by these people,” Trump said, while also referring to threats and a pressure campaign against his legal team.

He was told there were more than 5,000 of these damaged ballots and that the actual number was unknown and could be higher.”

At 2020-11-06T02:32:41 GMT Trump and Biden were on equal votes after a big vote dump heavily for Biden. For the next 19 hours they both vote climb at EXACTLY the same increment each time (see yellow and green). Now this is despite the actual Mumber varied – so 166 votes for Trump and exactly 166 votes for Biden then next batch in next hour both count dump was 17 for Trump and 17 votes for Biden..they were both the same so – and it goes on for 19 hours.. !! There is then another vote dump ~4800 (red) for Biden. For another 21 hours the vote increment for each is again the same. Then there is another vote dump of ~4800 (red) for Biden. You guessed it, they then go at the same amount of vote increase again. Either the timestamp vote is wrong (taken from NYT) or this is straight up Fraud ..Some more detail “Column 1 is the time stamp in GMT, column 2 is the total vote count, columns 3 and 4 are the Trump, Biden ratio vote split, columns 5 and 6 are the Trump and Biden vote count. Columns 7 and 8 are the incremental vote counts and column 9 is the Biden/Trump incremental vote ratio.” Until they level pegged the data was as one would expect some times more votes for Trump sometime more for Biden but never exactly the same.. the weirdest one is the minus for Trump – now in all my years of election watching I have never seen votes go backward – until a recount..

After watching the video it appears the only difference between how the election was handled there and how elections are held in certain despot countries is in those other countries they often had armed soldiers controlling who can vote for whom. A major difference was Trump told his voters to go on election day & not to pre-vote or postal. With the democrats supporting pre & postal votes, you have an unequal distribution between the different methods. It is then perfectly logical to assume you could have 47% Dem vs 50% GOP on the day votes but 90% Dem vs 10% GOP in batches of postal votes for districts. Some evidence of “here’s a list of people who are dead but voted” were investigated to find the list contained people who were living and may have voted plus people who were dead and did NOT have a postal vote in their name. Interesting to see many ballots that supported Biden but also voted for GOP senate/reps/governors so less likely to be a Democrat forging votes (you would expect all races in the ballot would be for Dems by a Dem to be worth their effort to cheat).
But I’ll leave it to their courts to decide, they have until the 14th of December 2020 when it’s officially recorded. I’m 99% certain the results won’t change by then, Biden will be the next president. It’s a pity there aren’t decent 3rd or 4th options but another 4 years they’ll probable have a change of people and life will go on.

There are a few issues with what you have written. Firstly no honest state needs Federal oversight. Each state (the size of a country in itself) may chose to do things sightly differently but should still have no (or minimal) fraud. Take as an example the EU, another loose federation of States.
There are some statistics of the trends in mail-in pre-poll counting in the states that began counting early – Trump was featuring better than expected there. The problem of the disputed vote batches is not only the composition of the batches, which was not 10 to 1 but in at least in one case a 1000-1 ratio, but remarkably the number of votes was a rate higher than the scanners could scan… Please take note of this fact which was explained in the video that Jo posted. (Anyone who uses scanners knows their limitations- and no matter how fast that copier is, if we have 100 pages to print or scan it takes whatever the design rate x 100 to do it, it can’t do it faster..and we may as well drink coffee waiting for it).
Matt Braynard’s work is one of the most comprehensive on the statistics on dead, double, false address & other issues with Mail-in voting (such as no ballot is recorded despite ballot begin mailed by voter and a vote when no mail-in ballot was cast). He has a concrete list. His team made over 1 million phone calls. On his list of concrete confirmed cases (smaller than the full list of doubtful cases) they are indeed dead and they did vote. He has forwarded that list to the FBI. One or two being ‘debunked’ may or may not be useful. From the formally recorded responses to Braynard’s phone calls, Statisticians have extrapolated possible issues in hundreds of thousands in multiple states. The most interesting finding of the Braynard team is the ‘incapacitated’ category of mail-in (which had little oversight as to signatures etc), people when they rang them up were not incapacitated and who were out and about on their facebook pages – that list is getting longer as they had a sudden increase (not seen before in any other election) over 100 thousand to investigate.
One question to answer is this one from Patrick Byrne “Pennsylvania reported having mailed out 1,823,148 ballots, of which 1,462,302 were returned. Yet total mail-in votes number 2,589,242?
